Farah: Anti-Gay Christians Will Face Persecution 'Unlike Anything Previously Experienced In America'

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is not pleased with the recent Politico Magazine story on the increasing embrace of LGBT rights among evangelical Christians. In a column this weekend, Farah took issue with Politico’s description of conservative evangelicals’ “longstanding hostility toward gay people,” calling the description “hellishly bigoted.”

Gay-affirming churches are the “ones who are truly hostile and unloving to homosexuals,” he argues, and “are actually condemning them to death.”

Meanwhile, Farah contends, anti-gay Christians will soon face “persecution and martyrdom” that will be “unlike anything previously experience [sic] in America.”

I just read a Politico magazine piece that demonstrates why biblically minded Christians are becoming the targets of real bigotry and will, almost assuredly, soon be the victims of real persecution – unlike anything previously experience in America.

Titled “Evangelicals are changing their minds on gay marriage,” the article, written by a religion reporter for the Orange County Register, focuses on “The Reformation Project,” which is described as “a nationwide network of pro-gay evangelicals committed to ending their church’s longstanding hostility toward gay people.”

Let me first say that this is a hellishly bigoted comment by people who claim to be fighting bigotry.

Today, in the popular culture, it’s cool to be “gay” – a word that has been hijacked by a political movement that embraces sin.

It may be popular to embrace sin today, but those who do so in the name of Christ are the ones who are truly hostile and unloving to homosexuals. They are actually condemning them to death.

There is nothing loving about rationalizing sin as an alternative lifestyle.

I don’t doubt that there is a new movement within the church that takes this upside-down view of what Christianity is all about.

But notice the way those who disagree with the view – all those who follow biblical Christianity – are portrayed: They are “hostile to gay people.”

Where does that kind of thinking lead?

It leads only one place – bigotry and persecution.

This movement is not about rejecting bigotry as it claims. It is about creating a new form of bigotry – against those with sincerely held, biblically supported worldviews.

Ben Carson Thinks Obama Is Engaging In A Leninist Plot To Intentionally Destroy The Economy

Readying for a potential presidential bid, Ben Carson has been speaking out about how everything from health care reform to gay marriage is part of a long-term communist plot to bring down America, inspired by Vladimir Lenin and Saul Alinsky and orchestrated by none other than President Obama.

In the second part of Carson’s interview with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah last week, which he began by tying together pot use, Benghazi and the Pharrell song “Happy,” the conservative activist said “people need to wake up” about the subversive communist plot.

He suggested that communists in government, following the teachings of Lenin, have deliberately added on debts in order to destroy the U.S. economy. “Of course they don’t talk about it, I’ll tell you who does talk about it: Vladimir Lenin. One of the ways to destroy the United States? Unsustainable debt. People, you got to wake up, you got to wake up.” This, of course, would make George W. Bush the biggest Leninist of all.

However, Carson insisted that he was merely just asking the question: “I don’t know if it is intentional or not, but whether it is intentional or not doesn’t matter, we’ll still be destroyed.”

Ben Carson Thinks Politicians Are Promoting Pot Use To Make People Dumb, Distract From Benghazi

Ben Carson sat down yesterday with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah to promote his new book “One Nation” and his potential presidential bid. It was quite amusing to watch Carson and Farah lament on WorldNetDaily — which regularly runs articles about how Democrats are literally demonic — that political activists too often “demonize” their opponents.

Carson told Farah that he worried politicians like President Obama and Eric Holder are surreptitiously encouraging marijuana use in order to create a dumb citizenry. That way, doped-up Americans will be distracted by controversies like the name of the Washington Redskins instead of focusing on stories about Benghazi and Fast and Furious.

“When we do things like have our Attorney General and our President say, ‘marijuana is not that bad, I used it and look how I turned out,’ well that’s the problem.”

Instead of smoking pot and listening to songs like “Happy” all day, Carson said Americans should focus on the real issues of the day…like Benghazi.

He said that Americans should instead focus on “the real enemy”: the communist in the White House who wants to “fundamentally change America.”

Mike Huckabee Says Todd Akin Was Attacked For Being A Christian

WorldNetDaily runs a glowing profile today of failed Senate candidate Todd Akin’s new book — which WND just so happens to be publishing — including plaudits from Mike Huckabee, Oliver North and WND editor Joseph Farah.

According to Huckabee, Akin was the victim of a conspiracy by Democrats, the media and “establishment Republicans” to silence good, decent, conservative Christians and take away their freedoms. Huckabee, who campaigned aggressively for Akin, tells WND that criticism of Akin was “destructive to the country we care so deeply about.”

Although Akin attempted to apologize for his infamous “legitimate rape” remark during his campaign, he now says that nothing he said was wrong and insists he was attacked for simply trying to promote biblical values in politics.

“Todd didn’t ask for a war with the party establishment, but he sure did get one,” he writes. “No one in American politics knows better than I do the immediate bias and attacks that come from liberals and the media establishment when Christians with sincere convictions make a move into the political arena. We’ve got to deal with their attacks and have even come to expect them. More shocking are the attacks on social conservatives from party bosses, partisan power brokers and the entrenched GOP establishment. I’m deeply offended by this infighting within the Republican Party, because it is so destructive to the country we care so deeply about.”

“I expected Democrats to pounce on Todd,” Huckabee says regarding the infamous “legitimate rape” interview on a local TV show. “But I was disheartened and outraged when Republicans circled the wagons – not to support Todd and help him overcome an obstacle but instead as a firing squad pointed at the congressman.”

Oliver North had this to say about Akin’s spirited defense of life that got him pilloried, first by partisan Democrats, then by the media and finally by the Republican establishment: “I admire Todd’s stand for the sanctity of life. His steadfast resolve against an onslaught of media bullies and party bosses is the stuff of legend.”

WND.com’s Joseph Farah, who agreed to publish Akin’s “Firing Back,” had this to say: “I could never quite figure out what Todd Akin said that was so offensive to the supposedly pro-life Republicans who attacked him viciously. Had they actually watched the interview? It represents in its entirety one of the best articulations of the life ethic. There’s simply nothing in there that is factually wrong or offensive – unless you are looking to be offended by something. I have watched that interview over and over again in context. Even the interviewer clearly didn’t see anything in Akin’s words to indicate a ‘gotcha.’ He quickly moved on to a different subject without missing a beat. This wasn’t even a minor gaffe. He was technically and scientifically accurate in what he said. This was an example of a media and political lynching.

What does he want to get out of this book? Is it written for revenge? To restart his political career? No, Todd Akin wants what he always wanted – what drove him to run for Congress successfully in the first place. “Everywhere, freedom’s enemies are busy twisting word meanings and attempting to force their opinions on others through what is known as ‘political correctness.’ We should resist this tactic by defending the truth and each other, especially those on our own team. We need to defend truth especially in those areas where liberals are attacking.”

“True freedom builds from the bottom up, and it starts with our ‘selves,’” he writes in “Firing Back.” “In early America, when people heard the word government, they would first think of how each of us, led by God’s Spirit, manages his or her own life. They called it ‘self-government.’ They understood that the character of a citizen was critical to the nature of the country. A nation peopled by wise, hardworking, loving citizens would be altogether different from a nation of dishonest, self-seeking rogues.” (p. 178)

But to be a self-governing people, there must be consensus on what is right and wrong, Akin suggests.

“Perhaps one of the greatest opportunities to return to good ideas and refute bad ideas is through the church,” he writes. “Churches exist in part to warn people of the bad consequences of bad ideas and teach obedience to God’s laws. The source of the Founders’ good ideas was the Bible. They saw the beautiful harmony between God’s Word and the natural world around them. Today, for all the good work our pastors do, many make the mistake of not applying the Bible to the critical issues of our day. This is probably one of the most urgently needed changes in America.” (p. 182)

Joseph Farah Offers 'Tough Love' To Elton John: Homosexuality Is A 'Vile Practice'

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is outraged that Elton John cited the teachings of Jesus Christ as a reason to support marriage equality, because obviously only anti-equality activists are allowed to point to scripture.

In a column yesterday, Farah offered the musician some “tough love” that is “designed to save people from really bad decisions.”

After calling same-sex marriage an “absurd” “oxymoron” that validates a “vile practice” and will bring down civilization, Farah argued that gay people can only take part in “make-believe marriages.”

“A marriage that is not consummated has long been considered incomplete, not deserving of any legal recognition whatsoever,” he wrote. “So please tell me how a same-sex couple consummates one of these make-believe marriages? Acts of sodomy were never considered consummation in the eyes of the law.”

Not only has man put asunder individual marriages, but people like Elton John, Barack Obama and a host of judges have, some in the name of Jesus, attempted to put asunder the entire concept of marriage.

Mind you, just the practice of homosexuality is an abomination, according to Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 23:13. Romans 1:26-27 show this view did not change after Jesus’ death and resurrection. But what Elton John is advocating and practicing is something more than just the practice of an “abomination” and a “vile practice.” He’s also promoting the profaning of marriage, an institution Jesus said was created by God in the Garden of Eden.

Let me lay some cards on the table, not with the intent of being mean to people who feel differently, but in the spirit of tough love, designed to save people from really bad decisions:

1.Same-sex marriage is an oxymoron. “Marriage” is and shall always remain an institution between one man and one woman. No civilization or culture in the history of the world has ever experimented with same-sex marriage, though there were questionable experiments with polygamy, always fraught with severe and negative consequences. Bible-believing Jews and Christians consider marriage a divinely created institution. This account was confirmed by Jesus in the gospels when He was asked about divorce. What today’s proponents of same-sex marriage seek to do is redefine marriage, claiming this institution that has long been seen as the literal building block of civilized, productive and self-governing societies is “discriminatory” because it prohibits homosexuals from participating. Nothing could be more absurd.

2. Legally speaking, though, even in an increasingly secular society like ours, there is a reason same-sex marriages could never be recognized. A marriage that is not consummated has long been considered incomplete, not deserving of any legal recognition whatsoever. A marriage union that remains unconsummated never happened in the eyes of the law. So please tell me how a same-sex couple consummates one of these make-believe marriages? Acts of sodomy were never considered consummation in the eyes of the law. Again, this suggests that whatever it is the homosexual activists are trying to achieve through their relentless campaign, it is not marriage. It would have to be some complete and utter corruption of the idea of marriage.

It’s time to lay it on the line with some plain talk: Two men cannot marry each other because they cannot consummate that union. Period. End of story. Two women cannot marry each other because they cannot consummate that union. Period. End of story.

Joseph Farah Predicts Obama Readying A 'Clone' To Succeed Him In 2016

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is pretty sure that Hillary Clinton will never win the presidency, and one reason is that President Obama has already found a “clone” of himself who he is grooming to succeed him as president

Farah doesn’t know who this Obama clone is, but he reminds us that “the unknown, undocumented, underachieving Barack Obama arose from nowhere” too.

Point No. 4: I don’t think she can get the nomination. I know what you’re thinking: Who’s going to beat her? The Democratic leadership back bench is not exactly deep. But, let’s face it: It wasn’t in 2008. And that’s when the unknown, undocumented, underachieving Barack Obama arose from nowhere.

Today, Obama remains the de facto leader of the Democratic Party, and he will remain so until the party nominates a new leader. He may not have much in the way of accomplishments as president to speak of, but he has done one thing in the last eight years: He has built a formidable political machine. Don’t you think he’s going to use it? Don’t you think Obama is going to have a say about who succeeds him? And do you think, with the animosity that is so palpable between the Obamas and the Clintons, he’s going to go with someone other than Hillary?

I don’t know who the Democratic nominee will be. But I doubt it is anyone commonly mentioned by the pundits today. That person is known to someone though. It’s known to Barack Obama.

That’s what I think. He’s going to find a clone. And they’re going to run the same drill they ran so successfully in 2008 and 2012.

Will the Obama clone win? I hope not. Depends who the Republicans nominate. If it’s Jeb Bush or Chris Christie, the unnamed Democrat wins – hands down. Even Hillary can beat either one.

Impeach Obama For Not Accepting Donald Trump's Generous Offer

Remember when Donald Trump swung the election to Mitt Romney and led to the collapse of the Obama reelection campaign with his “big announcement”?

“What difference does it make who won debate? Donald Trump is going to decide the election in 2 days,” WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah wrote at the time.

Of course, the much-awaited “big announcement” ended up being a YouTube video of Trump offering to cut a $5 million check to charity if Obama released his college applications and transcripts.

Obama’s decision to decline Trump’s benevolent offer, former Indiana GOP lawmaker Don Boys writes today, is just one more reason to impeach him:

Obama’s appointment of left-wing socialists and Communists are myriad, mysterious, and maddening to freedom-loving Americans. It seems there is a concerted effort to destroy this nation. Maybe the Manchurian Candidate wasn’t just a novel (1959) and subsequent movies.

Many intelligent, honest people have serious doubts that Obama is even a U.S. citizen! He says he was born in Hawaii; however, there is evidence that he was born in Kenya. Why not remove all doubt and provide original documents to prove his birthplace? There is evidence that he traveled to Pakistan on a passport that reveals his true place of birth but he refuses to provide the documents.

He refuses to provide the information about his education at Columbia and Harvard. Is he concerned about his poor grades or would the documents reveal he was a student from a foreign nation? I don’t know but Obama could easily settle the issue by surrendering the documents. Moreover, Donald Trump has offered to give $5 million to Obama’s favorite charity if he reveals his school and passport records. What reason could Obama have for not doing so unless it is fear?

Do the members of Congress know how to spell impeachment? Get to it. Or maybe this November’s elections will bring in better spellers.

Joseph Farah Warns Gay Athletes Like Michael Sam Will Harm 'Innocent Children'

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is upset about “the recent flood of self-outings” by gay athletes. In a column today, Farah suggests that gay athletes stay closeted, while at the same time wondering “why the announcement of a preference and practice of a certain type of sexual activity is considered a heroic act.”

He concludes that since “it is especially cool to be a ‘gay’ athlete,” Americans must be valuing “abhorrent sex” over “innocent children.”

In his first major televised interview on the situation on his friend Arsenio Hall’s show, [Magic] Johnson vehemently and even pridefully denied being homosexual – and was cheered by the studio audience.

Why is this significant 23 years later?

Because today sports stars who say they are “gay” are treated like heroes by sports franchises, the media and the public as well. Back in 1991, that clearly wasn’t the case.

It was always cool to be an athlete. But now it is especially cool to be a “gay” athlete. Consider the recent flood of self-outings:

• Robbie Rogers became the first openly “gay” male athlete to play in a professional American sporting match last year when he took the field for Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy during a match against the Seattle Sounders.
• Sheryl Swoopes, a retired WNBA star and coach of the Loyola University Chicago’s women’s basketball team, came out in 2005.
• Brittney Griner, selected No. 1 in the 2013 WNBA draft by the Phoenix Mercury, is openly “gay.”
• In an exclusive interview with CNN, former San Francisco 49ers player Kwame Harris came out as “gay” after rumors circulated in the media.
• Gareth Thomas of Wales spoke about being gay to a British news channel in 2009.
• Germany’s openly “gay” Judith Arndt won the silver medal in cycling at the 2012 Olympics.

What’s the takeaway? What am I suggesting?

• I believe there it is unhealthy for a society to obsess over sex – especially abhorrent sex. Let me say it loud and clear for all those professional athletes who have been forcibly muzzled by their franchises under cartel control.
• It wasn’t long ago that most Americans would have agreed that homosexual activity is sinful. I don’t know what the polls show today – or even if anyone would dare conduct such a poll. Today, our culture celebrates sin. I’ll let you decide for yourself if that’s a good thing.
• Innocent children are among the most enthusiastic consumers of sports. Has anyone besides Derrick Ward considered the impact this shift in cultural sensitivities has on them?
• And, lastly, can someone please explain to me why the announcement of a preference and practice of a certain type of sexual activity is considered a heroic act? I don’t get it. I’m eager to hear from those who agree or disagree.

Pamela Geller, Joseph Farah Compare Obama-Supporting Jews To Nazi Appeasers

Anti-Muslim activist Pamela Geller is outraged that the USC Shoah Foundation, a genocide history project founded by Steven Spielberg, is giving an award to President Obama at its upcoming “Ambassadors for Humanity” gala.

Geller, who believes Obama is “single-handedly paving the way for the next holocaust,” told WorldNetDaily that the award “is illustrative of the willful blindness of liberal Jews” who have “traded their religion” and “traded G-d (and their morality)” for political clout.

“Shame on Steve Spielberg for rendering ‘never again’ an empty slogan, devoid of meaning,” she said.

WND editor Joseph Farah, evangelist Ray Comfort and Laurie Cardoza Moore of the Christian Zionist group Proclaiming Justice to the Nations also denounced the USC Shoah Foundation, likening the group to Nazi appeasers.

“With all the work Steven Spielberg has done in increasing awareness of the Holocaust, and not just ‘Schindler’s List’ but his Shoah project as well, he just doesn’t get it. It’s astonishing,” she told WND.

Geller said the attitude “is illustrative of the willful blindness of liberal Jews.” “They have traded their religion for their politics. They have traded G-d (and their morality) for whomever is carrying the torch for human secularism. And now it is Obama,” she said.

She warned that Obama, through his action, or inaction, regarding Iran, is “single-handedly paving the way for the next holocaust.”

Geller said for the Jewish people, it’s “the late ’30s all over again.”

“Then too, the record of the establishment American Jews was shameful,” she said. “Then, too, Jewish leadership in America went along with the delusion that keeping the Jews out of Israel was the best course – because FDR said so. The American Jews went along then and they are going along with Obama now. Shame on Steve Speilberg [sic] for rendering ‘never again’ an empty slogan, devoid of meaning.”

Farah said no U.S. president since Israel was reborn in 1948 has been less of a friend to Israel or the Jewish people than Barack Obama.

“He seeks to redraw the nation’s borders in a way that would leave Israel unable to defend itself. He has sought to freeze building by Jews in and around Israel’s capital. He seeks a so-called peace agreement that would involve ethnic cleansing of Jews in a future Palestinian state. Obama is not operating in the spirit of Oscar Schindler. On the contrary, he is operating in the spirit of those who appeased Adolf Hitler in the 1930s. He is operating in the spirit of those who looked the other way as six million Jews were exterminated.”

Moore said that only are Spielberg’s comments “an insult to Jews around the world, but they are also an affront to the thousands of Christians and Muslims in the Middle East who are being slaughtered as a result of Obama’s failed foreign policy.”

“In giving this award to Obama, Spielberg and the Shoah Foundation have been shown to be both contemptible and irrelevant,” she said.

Evangelist Ray Comfort, whose projects include “180 The Movie,” said it’s “a tragedy beyond words that a man who produced ‘Schindler’s List,’ a producer who said ‘I ‘was put on this earth to tell the story of the Holocaust,’ would now honor a president that has done more than any other president to further the American holocaust of the killing of babies in the womb.”

Joseph Farah Insists 'You Just Don't Find Racism' In The GOP

While sitting down with Alex Jones of InfoWars today, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah defended Cliven Bundy but chastised Donald Sterling for his racist remarks.

Farah explained that unlike Bundy, Sterling is definitely a racist because he’s a “lifelong Democrat” and a “big time Democrat.” Jones asked, “What would have happened if the owner of the Clippers had been a Republican?”

Unfortunately for Farah and Jones, along with the other conservative activists who picked up this insanely dumb line of argument, Sterling has actually been a registered Republican since 1998.

Farah — whose media outlet is involved in a fight with Google over racist content and has actually defended both Bundy and Sterling — went on to say that racism doesn’t exist in the GOP. “I know lots of conservative people and Republicans and unless you get into the Republican establishment, country club Republicans, you just don’t find racism there,” he said.

Alex Jones Warns 'We Have Become A Decadent, Wicked Country And We're Going To Be Judged'

InfoWars host Alex Jones may be feuding with Glenn Beck, but he appears to be emulating the former Fox News pundit’s drift into televangelism. Jones spoke today with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah and the two agreed that the United States is experiencing God’s wrath.

“We have become a decadent, wicked country and we’re going to be judged,” Jones said. Farah interjected that “this is judgment, what we’re experiencing now is judgment.”

Later, Jones added that “the judgment’s only beginning though, I have a real feeling of dread in my spirit about what’s coming.”

WND Defends Cliven Bundy As Victim Of 'Entrapment,' 'Communism'

While Cliven Bundy’s allies at Fox News have either gone silent or distanced themselves from the lawless rancher after the New York Times reported on his racist rant, the right-wing pundits at WorldNetDaily are standing by their man.

After publishing an interview with Alan Keyes that tried to absolve Bundy of racism, WND editor Joseph Farah said that the New York Times must have deliberately misquoted Bundy, calling him an “entrapment target” and victim of a “sting operation.”

This was a sting operation by the New York Times. The entrapment target wasn’t so much Bundy, but anyone in public life who denounced the Bureau of Land Management’s Gestapo-like tactics in dealing with him.

Cliven Bundy won’t be so fortunate after been stung by the New York Times.

But it won’t change Bundy’s life much. It wasn’t intended to. It was intended to isolate those in public life who stood up to the obvious brutishness and injustice perpetrated on Bundy by the federal authorities and public officials who targeted him.

Unfortunately for Farah, Bundy’s unprompted remarks are available for the world to see on video, as they were made at a public press conference.

Another WND story found that Bundy couldn’t be racist because he is planning to invite Latinos and African Americans to a party:

“Friday night we are actually planning a party and specifically inviting blacks and Latinos,” said [Shawna] Cox. “We started planning this party way before these comments were made.”

Cox told WND that after last Friday’s party, Bundy began asking why it was that not many blacks or Latinos were present. So the controversial rancher met with some of the minorities in the community on Monday or Tuesday, she said, to reach out to them and invite them to today’s party.

WND managing editor David Kupelian attacked Harry Reid for calling on Republicans to “show a united front against this kind of hateful, dangerous extremism by publicly condemning Bundy.”

Kupelian accused Reid of employing Communist Party tactics by using the phrase “unite front,” warning that the Senate Majority Leader wants “to provoke a war with some rightwing ‘domestic terrorists.’”

“National Republican leaders could help show a united front against this kind of hateful, dangerous extremism by publicly condemning Bundy.”

“United front.” Where have I heard that term before?

Oh yes, it’s leftwing code, which even Wikipedia accurately deciphers:

The united front is a form of struggle or political organization that may be carried out by revolutionaries or communist political regimes. The basic theory of the united front tactic was first developed by the Comintern, an international communist organization created by communists in the wake of the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution.

According to the thesis of the 1922 4th World Congress of the Comintern: “The united front tactic is simply an initiative whereby the Communists propose to join with all workers belonging to other parties and groups and all unaligned workers in a common struggle to defend the immediate, basic interests of the working class against the bourgeoisie.”

The united front allowed workers committed to the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism to struggle alongside non-revolutionary workers. Through these common struggles revolutionaries sought to win other workers to revolutionary socialism.

OK Harry, we get the message. It’s important for even the hated Republicans, whom you revile daily, to join in your “united front” against the rancher in your state who is disputing his grazing fees on constitutional grounds. Ever hear of civil disobedience? It’s how the Civil Rights Movement of the ‘60s was won.

You, Sen. Reid, have been a major player in harming the nation that has so graciously given you wealth, power, fame and comfort – particularly through your role in dismantling the world’s best healthcare system – but now, with our nation and world aflame, old Clive Bundy is the one with whom you are most obsessed.

Could it be that, deep down in their conniving, progressive brains, leftists like Reid kind of want to provoke a war with some rightwing “domestic terrorists”?

I hope – I pray – restraint will win out, and the situation resolve peacefully, and with finality.

WorldNetDaily Warns Universities Are Turning America Into North Korea

Channeling Mike Huckabee, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah writes today that liberalism inevitably leads to “the end of freedom” and “death on a massive scale.”

Farah writes that he once “swam in the cesspool” of the progressive movement, and knows how it “works and why it is such an effective weapon of intimidation and coercion.”

He goes on to warn that universities have “indoctrinated” students into a “venomous, anti-American and anti-liberty ideology,” arguing that academia is “redefining right and wrong” in order to “achieve a totalitarian state” akin to Nazi Germany, Pol Pot’s Cambodia and North Korea.

It has wreaked havoc on the world whenever it has spread, but it has always been part of the left’s identity. That’s why we have the term “political correctness” – unabashedly coined way back in the late 1960s, when I was taken in by the left.

I swam in that cesspool. I understand it. I drank deeply of the Kool-Aid. I know how this works and why it is such an effective weapon of intimidation and coercion.

America has permitted multiple generations to be indoctrinated into this venomous, anti-American and anti-liberty ideology. We’ve done it since the 1960s when young people were encouraged to shut down the universities they were privileged to attend to force their views on others.

Academia is a breeding ground for this kind of mob rule akin to what was experienced in the French Revolution and Mao Zedong’s Cultural Revolution.

Ultimately, it not only spells the end of freedom. It spells death on a massive scale.

We may not be there yet in America, but I don’t believe it’s as far away as most think.

Don’t believe this is just a passing phase – something new under the sun.

It’s not at all.

It’s a necessity to achieve a totalitarian state. It means redefining right and wrong. Adolf Hitler did it. Josef Stalin did it. Pol Pot did it. So did the Democratic Republic of North Korea, which has never recovered from it.

Is it wrong to compare the soft left in the U.S. to these tyrants and tyrannies?

If we fail to see the patterns and similarities, we are doomed to suffer the same fate.

Birther Leader Joseph Farah Freaks Out After Obama Makes Birth Certificate Joke

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah was at the forefront of the birther movement for several years until he suddenly denied ever playing a role in it when he realized that his central claim — that President Obama was born abroad rather than Hawaii and therefore is ineligible to be president — could haunt the presidential ambitions of the Canadian-born Ted Cruz.

But Obama’s joke about the “crazy” birther movement in a speech at the National Action Network last week has set Farah off again.

Today, Farah writes in a WorldNetDaily editorial that Obama’s remarks prove he “hoodwinked” voters and is still hiding his real birth certificate!

I didn’t bring it up. Donald Trump didn’t bring it up. Jerome Corsi didn’t bring it up. Obama did.

“Just to be clear, I know where my birth certificate is,” Obama said, a little bit self-consciously, perhaps aware that anyone watching the recording outside of the friendly venue of the National Action Network conference might be thinking about it.

“You remember that? That was crazy,” said Obama. “I hadn’t thought about that in a while.”

Haven’t thought about it in a while?

Do you believe that?

I don’t think he has stopped thinking about how he conned the American public into giving him the presidency without genuine, fraud-free documentation. He only produced something a few days after Corsi and WND Books released the No. 1 best-selling book in the nation, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” – with the intent of halting the sales of a book that proves beyond a reasonable doubt Obama is as phony as his birth certificate.

Watch the video for yourself. Obama’s laughs went on self-consciously long.

“Ha, ha. I think it’s still up on a website somewhere,” he said. “Ha, ha, ha, ha.”

Then he took a long pause.

“You remember that? That was crazy,” he said. “That was some crazy stuff. Ha, ha, ha. “I hadn’t thought about that in a while,” he said, shaking his head. “Ha, ha, ha. Ha, ha.”

Har har hardy ha har.

Are you laughing about this?

Were you part of the media establishment chorus that laughed off the eligibility question? This is where that laughter leads.

Are you still laughing?

Now that he has hoodwinked the American people into allowing him to be president for five years without proper identification, the story is that he wants anyone to VOTE without it, too!

I’m glad he brought up his birth certificate again. Maybe it’s time for Americans to give that phony document the examination it should have received when he released it.

Farah: Obama Is 'A Tormentor Of Christians' And An Enemy Of God

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah writes today that President Obama is not a Christian but “an enemy of believers – a tormenter of Christians, a persecutor,” who believes that “God is truly the enemy because He is the author of liberty.”

Obama is steering America to an “ungodly destination” by using “abortion and homosexuality as battering rams against the Christian faith,” Farah warns, leading to “disaster, catastrophe, death, destruction, misery [and] hopelessness.”

I can’t tell you how many times I was instructed and admonished about Jesus’ words from Matthew 7, “Judge not, that ye be not judged.”

But, as a Christian, scripture informs me that we will know people by their fruits. Obama’s fruits were well-known and well-documented by the time he first ran for president. Any true believer in the One True God would have had the discernment to view what he had sown and reaped.

Today it’s growing increasingly clear that far from being a believer, as Obama claimed in 2008, he is an enemy of believers – a tormenter of Christians, a persecutor.

I believe Obama and the agenda he personifies have used abortion and homosexuality as battering rams against the Christian faith.

For the proponent of unlimited government, God is truly the enemy because He is the author of liberty. He is the enemy because no one must serve a higher god than government. Men have been placing themselves in God’s place, divining right from wrong, since the Garden of Eden. There’s nothing new under the sun. It always leads to one end – disaster, catastrophe, death, destruction, misery, hopelessness.

Obama can scarcely take all the blame for our arrival at this ungodly destination. Believers are more responsible. They let it happen. They continue to allow it to happen. They have the power to direct the nation in a reverse course – just as the children of ancient Israel had the power.

Farah: FCC Study Is Just Like What Happened During The Holocaust

WND's Joseph Farah was the guest on "Understanding the Times with Jan Markell" over the weekend to discuss "the possible loss of press freedom in America which could trickle down to Christian radio and TV [because this] is what happens when a President appoints himself as king."

One area of concern for Farah and Markell was the totally bogus right-wing freak-out over the FCC supposedly placing government "monitors" in newsrooms all over the nation in order to control the news. Even though the entire story was total nonsense, Farah and Markell logically declared that this is a sign that America is heading in the direction of Nazi Germany.

Farah asserted that the Founding Fathers knew that America would only succeed so long as the citizens were both moral and informed, but thanks to the government, media, and education, Americans today have become secularized, demoralized, and uninformed, which has put this nation in danger.

"After the Holocaust, everybody said 'never again,' Farah warned. "But it will happen again when the same conditions are repeated and that's exactly what we see today."

"That's very true," Markell agree. "This happened in Nazi Germany, so this really troubles me":

Farah: Jan Brewer Should 'Resign In Disgrace' For Vetoing Anti-Gay Segregation Bill

When Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed her state’s “right-to-discriminate” bill, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah was so upset that he said her decision would lead to the end of freedom.

Today, Farah writes that Brewer “should resign in disgrace,” warning that now “all of the freedoms we have known in the U.S. for 238 years could vanish overnight.”

Farah writes that opposition to the anti-gay segregation bill proves that “the left hates religion” and “hates God,” and is bent on eroding the “religious freedom, press freedom and free speech” by leading a “statist, socialist, anti-American political onslaught.”

Here’s the first problem: The left hates religion. It hates God. It doesn’t recognize any behavior as sinful, with the possible exception of voting Republican. To undermine all it hates, it pushes the political envelope. It divides people up into groups rather than recognizing all people as individuals made in the image of God. It then serves up special privileges for groups as a way of buying their votes.

Here’s the second problem: The left excoriates and vilifies its opponents when they take positions contrary to their own. They are labeled racists and homophobes and worse. Slowly but surely, they know some of their opponents will do almost anything to escape the ad hominem attacks and hateful labeling.

Here’s the third problem: Non-left politicians who should be counted on to do the right thing will cave on almost any issue under that kind of fire.

That’s what happened when Jan Brewer capitulated on the freedom of religion bill known as Senate Bill 1062, which offered clear protection for people who do not want to be coerced into actions or behavior that violates their moral and religious precepts.

So why was the left so threatened by this bill?

For the same reason they detest the Constitution’s protections of religious freedom, press freedom and free speech.

They don’t believe in liberty!

That’s why the First Amendment is really in danger in America today. We could lose it very quickly. That’s why the Second Amendment is constantly threatened and under siege by the left. That’s why, ultimately, all of the freedoms we have known in the U.S. for 238 years could vanish overnight unless Americans awaken quickly and completely and stop sleepwalking through life.

Jan Brewer surrendered to the lies, the insults and the deliberate distortions. She should resign in disgrace.

The Constitution is on life support because there are so few men and women with courage, principle and a sense of right and wrong in politics today in the Republican Party, which, sadly, represents the only hope of reversing the statist, socialist, anti-American political onslaught.

Farah: US 'Becoming The Persecutor' Of Christians, Leading To Next Holocaust

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah claims that the United States under the Obama administration is emerging as a chief “persecutor” of Christians, which may result in another Holocaust.

Farah points to the case of the Romeike family as proof that “next time it will be Christians” who will be victims of the Holocaust. The Romeikes, a German homeschooling family, recently lost their case for asylum in the US until the Department of Homeland Security granted them “indefinite deferred status.”

Before and during World War II, hundreds of thousands of German Jews seeking safe harbor in the U.S. were unceremoniously turned away and returned to certain death in the Nazi Holocaust.

“Never again,” has been the popular refrain for Jews ever since.

Jews had to found a well-defended state of their own to protect themselves against similar horrors.

Maybe the next time it will be Christians.

Until 48 hours ago, the Christian, homeschooling Romeike family, fleeing Nazi-era laws still on the books in Germany, was about to be sent back to Germany to face persecution. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, after the Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal of their case, the Department of Homeland Security offered a reprieve.

A society that could even think about turning people like the Romeikes away to face certain persecution is one short step away from becoming the persecutor.

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is not pleased with the recent Politico Magazine story on the increasing embrace of LGBT rights among evangelical Christians. In a column this weekend, Farah took issue with Politico’s description of conservative evangelicals’ “longstanding hostility toward gay people,” calling the description “hellishly bigoted.” Gay-affirming churches are the “ones who are truly hostile and unloving to homosexuals,” he argues, and “are actually condemning them to death.” Meanwhile, Farah contends, anti-gay... He... MORE >

That way, doped-up Americans will be... MORE >

Huckabee, who campaigned aggressively for Akin, tells WND that criticism of Akin was “destructive to the country we care so deeply about.”... MORE >

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is outraged that Elton John cited the teachings of Jesus Christ as a reason to support marriage equality, because obviously only anti-equality activists are allowed to point to scripture. In a column yesterday, Farah offered the musician some “tough love” that is “designed to save people from really bad decisions.” After calling same-sex marriage an “absurd” “oxymoron” that validates a “vile practice” and will bring down civilization, Farah argued that gay people can only take part in “make-... WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is pretty sure that Hillary Clinton will never win the presidency, and one reason is that President Obama has already found a “clone” of himself who he is grooming to succeed him as president Farah doesn’t know who this Obama clone is, but he reminds us that “the unknown, undocumented, underachieving Barack Obama arose from nowhere” too. Point No. 4: I don’t think she can get the nomination. I know what you’re thinking: Who’s going to beat her? The Democratic leadership back bench is not exactly deep. But, let... MORE >
