End Times Fanatics Defend Bachmann: 'They Don't Want To Believe The Truth'

Over the weekend, the host of the End Times radio program where Michele Bachmann repeatedly asserted that President Obama was ushering in the End Times defended the former congresswoman’s comments.

“Understanding the Times” host Jan Markell chided Obama, who joked about the remarks at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and others who poked fun at Bachmann’s comments, calling them intolerant people who despise Bachmann for merely “telling the inconvenient truth.”

“Those who celebrate diversity have been busy showing a remarkable display of a lack of diversity in recent weeks from the president all the way on down,” Markell said. “The tolerant ones are having violent fits of intolerance, the open-minded left have once again revealed themselves to be 100 percent close-minded.”

Of course, Markell didn’t consider the fact that Bachmann’s assertion that the president is responsible for bringing about the Apocalypse might also be categorized as a personal attack that represents gross intolerance.

Producer Larry Kutzler agreed with Markell’s assessment: “Michele was right in what she said, it’s just that they don’t want to believe the truth.”

End Times Pundit: Gay Marriage Linked To California Drought, Imminent Financial Collapse

After hosting a two-part series with ex-Rep. Michele Bachmann about the approaching Rapture and related natural disasters, Jan Markell spoke last week with "White House correspondent Bill Koenig about America’s collision course with God.”

When co-host Larry Kutzler asked if poor political leadership is a form of God’s judgment, Koenig responded that the election of President Obama was a sign of divine judgment because of his support for LGBT rights, adding that further judgment could come in a financial collapse at the end of 2015.

Koenig, who runs World Watch Daily, also suggested that the drought in California is a result of the state’s support for same-sex marriage and abortion rights: “We’ve got a state that over and over again will go against the word of God, that will continually take positions on marriage and abortion and on a lot of things that are just completely opposed to the scriptures and unfortunately a lot of times when it starts in California it spreads to the rest of the country and even spreads to the rest of the world. So there very likely could be a drought component to this judgment.”

Earlier in the program, Koening said that preacher Franklin Graham is “absolutely correct” to believe that the Obama administration is pushing an “Antichrist movement” on America.

Koenig was especially upset that pro-LGBT-rights Christians attended a recent White House Easter prayer breakfast, warning that “there will be consequences” for the inclusion of such Christians.

Right-Wing Pundits: Obama Persecuting Bachmann With 'End Times' Joke

At the White House Correspondents Dinner this weekend, President Obama made a joke about ex-Rep. Michele Bachmann’s repeated refrain that he is bringing about the Last Days, and the former Minnesota congresswoman is not pleased. She and other Religious Right pundits told the End Times outlet WorldNetDaily that the president’s joke was an act of anti-Christian persecution and suggested that people who disagree with Bachmann’s remarks are really denouncing all of Christianity.

“The blood moons of 2014 and 2015 are forewarnings of what is to come in 2016,” author Mark Blitz told WND. “President Obama, I believe, was only half joking when he made his comments.”

Another Religious Right commentator, Carl Gallups, said, “Regardless of how uncomfortable Bachmann’s comments might have made some feel, the biblical fact is that when a nation turns its back on Israel and at the same time celebrates, promotes, and legalizes homosexual marriage it is inviting end of days judgment upon itself.”

Radio host Jan Markell, on whose show Bachmann made the remarks, at least saw the bright side of Obama’s joke, telling WND: “God has His way of getting out a message about the end-of-days scenario.”

“The Bible is filled with exciting information about living life today and in the future, both in this life and in the life to come,” Bachmann told WND. “Any message that brings people closer to God’s wonderful plans for our lives is a good thing.

“God’s word is true and brings freedom and wholeness to all who read it and believe in Him.”

“Rarely has this nation witnessed the kind of hubris, arrogance and callousness as we did at the President’s Correspondents Dinner. President Obama and his left-wing supporters in the media think it is absolutely hilarious that his policies could have fostered in an apocalyptic atmosphere in the earth,” said Richardson, author of New York Times-bestseller “The Islamic Antichrist” and director of the film “End Times Eye Witness.”

“I am rarely offended by good humor, especially upon consideration of the context in which it is spoken. But I think what is unnerving about Obama to so many Christians is his consistent mocking of Christianity, the scriptures, the basic Christian message, and even the Judeo-Christian heritage of America. A quick search on Google reveals the veracity of these concerns,” said Gallups, author of “The Final Warning: Understanding the Trumpet Days of Revelation.”

...

Markell said she has known Bachmann for 20 years as a woman whose primary goal is “glorifying God and getting people into the Kingdom.”

“To see her hammered and trashed by the left, and even some on the right such as ‘The Christian Post,’ is very grievous,” said Markell, co-author of “Trapped In Hitler’s Hell” with Holocaust survivor Anita Dittman, which has also been made into a film.

“What is there about a godly Christian woman that is so offensive to so many today when they are simply telling the truth as Michele is?”

But two solid weeks of trash talking has accomplished more to get Bachmann’s message out than any single interview on a Christian radio station ever could, Markell said.

“God has His way of getting out a message about the end-of-days scenario. If he has to use a donkey such as the left-wing outfits that have trashed Michele for two weeks, then I thank God for His creativity,” she said. “One way or another, He will get His message out that He is coming soon. I am thankful that Michele Bachmann and I, who have teamed up for many years, can be used in this manner. God is calling all watchmen on the wall.”

Joseph Farah, WND founder, chief editor and CEO, believes Obama’s mocking of Bachmann is just the latest example of his disdain for anyone who actually believes what he reads in the Bible and is willing to discuss it publicly.

“Michele Bachmann, like me, was profoundly impacted by the stunning revelations of the New York Times-bestseller ‘The Harbinger’ by Jonathan Cahn about the way America has been inadvertently re-enacting an ancient script written and played out during the fall of Israel,” Farah said.

“To Obama and most other non-Christians, this is just silly superstitious stuff – the kind of thing you make jokes about for cheap laughs at the White House Correspondents Dinner. But remember who the cheap laughs come from – people who look at what Obama has done over the last six years and see success, progress, achievement, prosperity, wisdom. If that’s what you see in Obama’s America, then you will surely think it’s funny that the nation is threatened by God’s judgment for disobedience and turning from His ways.

“Time will tell who is right – and I don’t think it will be a long time before we know,” Farah added.

“Regardless of how uncomfortable Bachmann’s comments might have made some feel, the biblical fact is that when a nation turns its back on Israel and at the same time celebrates, promotes, and legalizes homosexual marriage it is inviting end of days judgment upon itself,” Gallups added. “The Word of God is clear concerning these matters.”

“Michele Bachmann is absolutely right that the church needs to be like the sons of Issachar who had an understandings of the times so they knew what Israel ought to do,” Biltz said. He said the church needs to “wake up to the times we are in,” as 2016 “will be one of the most pivotal years in prophetic history. The blood moons of 2014 and 2015 are forewarnings of what is to come in 2016. President Obama, I believe, was only half joking when he made his comments.”

Bachmann: Rapture Imminent Thanks To Gay Marriage & Obama

In an interview with End Times broadcaster Jan Markell that was aired this weekend, former Rep. Michele Bachmann said that people should “not despair but rejoice” that the world has reached the “midnight hour” and that “we in our lifetimes potentially could see Jesus Christ returning to earth and the Rapture of the church.”

The former Republican congresswoman from Minnesota said that President Obama’s policies, including support for marriage equality and nuclear negotiations with Iran, are to blame for the world’s imminent demise. “We need to realize how close this clock is to getting towards the midnight hour,” Bachmann said. “Barack Obama is intent, it is his number one goal, to ensure that Iran has a nuclear weapon.”

Bachmann made similar comments in the first half of her interview with Markell, which aired last week, insisting that Obama’s presidency will bring about natural and economic disasters along with the arrival of the Last Days.

After Bachmann said that Obama intends to “lift up the agenda of radical Islam,” Markell added that legal abortion and marriage equality for gays and lesbians are bringing about divine punishment on America.

“You are right,” Bachmann responded, lamenting that God will soon lift His “hedge of protection” over “pagan” America “and we will suffer the consequences as a result.”

“That’s why so many Christians I think are sad and despairing because we know what the word of God says,” she said. “But it is also a chastening as individual believers for our good and that, to me, is extremely exciting.”

Bachmann: End Times Are Here, Thanks Obama

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann suggested in an interview this weekend that President Obama’s “anti-Israel” and “pro-the goals of Islamic jihad” policies have brought the world into the biblical End Times.

Bachmann made the comments in an interview with radical talk show host Jan Markell in which she also warned that God is about to punish the U.S. due to President Obama’s foreign policy.

Insisting that Obama lied about disputed reports that Iran’s supreme leader issued a fatwa against nuclear weapons, Bachmann said that “our president is as ignorant of Islamic scripture as he is of Islamic history, or he is trying to intentionally lie to the American people.”

“He constantly talks about perverting Islam,” she said, “but we have literally centuries and centuries of theory and practice of the Koran and the Hadith, which are traditions, the works of Islamic jurisprudence, that say one complete, consistent truth and that’s that they want to have a nuclear weapon,” Bachmann said (apparently forgetting that nuclear weapons have been in existence for less than one century).

“There is no fatwa out there,” she added. “This is a lie, in my opinion, that the president is perpetrating. But that’s what we’ve seen, a doctrine of deception. From the time Barack Obama has come in, I have witnessed firsthand a doctrine of deception.”

However, Bachmann saw a silver lining in all of this in that now the End Times are upon us: “The good news that I want to transition to is that, remember the prophets said in the Old Testament, they longed to look into the days that we live in, they long to be a part of these days. That’s why these are not fearful times, these are the most exciting days in history.”

“Every single day we can talk about God’s time clock and the fact that Jesus Christ’s return is imminent,” Bachmann continued. “We have very little time, in my opinion, left before the second return of Christ. That’s good news. Maranatha, come Lord Jesus. So do we despair? The despairing is that we see that our world is not going the way of salvation and the way of blessing, the world is embracing degeneracy.”

Bachmann told Markell that just as some Muslim leaders are pulling for the Apocalypse, Christian pastors must also preach about “God’s time clock.”

Bachmann: God Punishing US With 'Economic Disasters, Natural Disasters' Due To Obama Presidency

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann appeared on the End Times broadcast “Understanding the Times with Jan Markell” over the weekend, where she claimed that America is facing the wrath of God in the form of natural disasters” because of President Obama’s Mideast policy. Later in the program, Bachmann said that Obama has thrown the world into the End Times.

Warning that Obama “embraces the ideas of an economic Marxist” and “a one-world-government point of view,” she said the president is deliberately weakening the country. Even worse, Bachmann claimed, Obama “in effect declared war on Israel from the United States” and is paving the way for divine “cursing” of America.

“If the United States turns its back on Israel, as our president is doing today, in my opinion, we cannot continue to indulge in the fantasy that the United States will be free from receiving the negative blowback, or curses, in biblical parlance, that could come our way and they could be severe,” Bachmann said.

After Markell pointed to economic troubles, the California drought and “unprecedented snowstorms on the East Coast” as signs of such divide punishment, Bachmann told her that such occurrences “are only the threshold or down payment.”

“If we actually turn our back on Israel, as we are seeing Barack Obama do today, if that happens then I think we will see a scale and a level of pushback in the United States, negative consequences. I don’t know what they are, but I believe that the Bible is true and I believe that what the Bible says is that our nation and the people of our nation will reap a whirlwind,” Bachmann said. “We could see economic disasters, natural disasters. The United States does not want to be in that position and unfortunately the people put into office Barack Obama, not only once but twice, and the people have to rise up against his actions and demand their leaders take steps accordingly.”

In previous interviews with Markell, Bachmann has claimed that Obama is a supporter of Al Qaeda who wants to impose Sharia law and restore the Caliphate.

Brigitte Gabriel: Obama Grew Up 'Praying Just Like Osama Bin Laden Prayed'

In an interview with Jan Markell on “Understanding the Times” this weekend, anti-Muslim activist Brigitte Gabriel claimed that President Obama won’t say “anything bad about Islam” because “the most beautiful childhood memories he has” are of growing up in Indonesia and “praying just like Osama bin Laden prayed.”

After Markell played a clip from Gabriel’s recent interview with Alan Colmes, the two agreed that liberals are “deluded” about Islam. Gabriel included in that assessment the president, whom she falsely claimed changed his name as an adult (he simply dropped a childhood nickname), attended a religious “madrassa” in Indonesia (he actually attended a progressive public school for under a year and studied for four years at a Roman Catholic school), and grew up “reciting the Shahada, the praying just like Osama bin Laden prayed.”

“So this is why President Obama cannot bring himself to calling radical Islam, or anything bad about Islam, because in his mind there couldn’t be anything bad about Islam, it’s the most beautiful childhood memories he has,” she said.

What the delusional left is not taking into the equation [is] that Barack Hussein Obama, who actually changed his name to a Muslim name when he got older because he idealized his heritage and his father, and remember, he actually went to Islamic schools as a child, he went to a madrassa.

So part of his homework was reciting the Shahada, the praying just like Osama bin Laden prayed. This is exactly why President Obama said that the sweetest sounds to his ear is the sound of the muezzin, the Islamic mullah, saying that prayers from the minaret. So you cannot take that out of him. People always idealize their childhood, they always look back fondly of certain memories, especially if they were happy memories of their childhood. So this is why President Obama cannot bring himself to calling radical Islam, or anything bad about Islam, because in his mind there couldn’t be anything bad about Islam, it’s the most beautiful childhood memories he has.

Marcus Bachmann Defends Ex-Gay Therapy At Controversial Clinic

Retiring Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann’s husband Marcus is defending the dangerous, pseudo-scientific, practice of sexual orientation conversion therapy that he conducts at his clinic Counseling Care, previously known as Bachmann & Associates.

Speaking with Jan Markell and Jill Martin Rische on “Understanding the Times” this weekend, Bachmann said that he was angry that his clinic faced criticism after several reports surfaced about ex-gay therapy taking place there.

Bachmann insisted that “we are people of ethics” who were only attacked for trying to “speak truth,” adding that “people will choose, they will ultimately choose what they are going to do with their life.”

He also said his clinic faced criticism simply for “creating a safe place” for LGBT people:

Once the far-left understood that we were actually creating a safe place, a place where people who said I have this issue with same-sex attraction, this desire. I’m a believer, I’m a person of faith and it’s conflicting with my values systems. Anyone who would walk alongside and then encourage that person’s values systems and their beliefs and bring that in alignment, that is like blasphemous to the other side. How dare you even consider being involved in someone who has decided or is desiring that to influence in any way shape or form another side in the book on this one?

Those who do not know you are blind. Send sweeping revival among your churches and an awakening of biblical faith that saturates those who do not know you, in every 'mountain' of culture in our nation - bring heartfelt repentance and a recommitment to the things that are important to you - including marriage. May our judges and legislators courageously defend marriage; and shake off the curse they are bringing upon our nation. Cause our highest court to grant Idaho a permanent stay; to review these and other marriage cases and to affirm the constitutional right of states to decide who is qualified to marry under their own state law."

Bachmann: ISIS Car Bombings Will Bring Down America, Thanks To Obama

While appearing on the Saturday broadcast of the End Times radio show “Understanding the Times with Jan Markell,” Rep. Michele Bachmann predicted that ISIS members are planning imminent attacks inside the U.S. and will make American cities experience levels of violence seen in Iraqi cities like Baghdad.

After arguing that ISIS members are entering the country as they illegally cross the southern border and “march through our United States airports,” Bachmann made the false claim that “President Obama released Baghdadi,” referring to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. In fact, he was released during the Bush administration.

“I don’t want to see the car bombings and all of the havoc and chaos coming to the United States that we see in Baghdad,” she said. “Since we have the Islamic State come into the United States, we’ll see a wave of car bombings and bombings that occur here in the United States that would begin the process of destabilization to bring them to the point of defeating us here in the United States.”

Ex-Gay Pastor: 'Anyone With A Brain' Realizes Gay People Shouldn't Be Treated Equally

On this weekend’s edition of “Understanding the Times with Jan Markell,” ex-gay activist Stephen Bennett joined Linda Harvey in denouncing the “miniscule” group of “militant activists who are trying to turn this country upside down” by advocating for LGBT equality.

“They’re basically marching in with their fist shaking, saying, ‘We demand equality, homosexuality is equivalent to heterosexuality.’ Folks, it is not, anyone with a brain realizes it is not equal,” he said. “People have strayed so far away from God’s design of marriage. Marriage isn’t to be decided by a government or judges or courts, this is God, God is the one who designed this.”

Linda Harvey: LGBT Rights Ushering In 'The End Times Or The End Of America — Or Both'

Mission America’s Linda Harvey appeared on “Understanding the Times with Jan Markell” over the weekend, where she warned that LGBT rights are pushing the world into the End Times.

After discussing the purported dangers that same-sex marriage presents to children, Harvey said that “we’re heading into the End Times, and it sure looks like we may be, or the end of America—or both.”

Harvey also called on cities to ban LGBT pride parades: “We need to go to our city councils and stop these parades. I think they are a blight on the community, they communicate exactly the wrong message: that homosexuality and gender change is totally fine, that it’s a big joke, because there are men dressed in feather boas, lipstick and heels in these parades, this is such a raw message to our children especially. My opinion is gay pride parades ought to be banned and we have every reason to do so, there is no redeeming social value, that’s my belief.”

She also criticized anti-gay leaders for not standing up more aggressively to LGBT-affirming Episcopalian and United Church of Christ pastors, arguing that they need to rebuff “vicious” LGBT rights advocates.

“Pastors are going to have to realize this has a huge impact on America, on our culture and on children,” she said.

“Everything we pass regarding acceptance and embrace of homosexuality or same-sex marriage, it’s not just some little population over there, it is being mandated in our schools and now in our courts and now in our workplaces that you have to embrace this and not just embrace this, you have to honor it or else we’re going to punish you.”

Conservative Activist Warns Sex-Ed Is A Plot To Increase Democratic Votes By Destroying Marriages

This weekend, “Understanding the Times” host Jan Markell spoke with Minnesota conservative activist Marjorie Holsten about Common Core, which Holtsen claims contains sex-ed material so graphic that it actually violates obscenity laws in several states.

The only reason schools would teach sex-ed, Holsten explains, is that educators are playing the long game in trying to increase the number of Democratic voters: “People say to me, why would they teach such awful things to our children? If you go deep down and you connect those dots, you see that when children are desensitized to sexual things, that affects their ability at a later date to bond with a spouse. And so if you have somebody who can’t bond, they’re not going to have a stable marriage. When you have unstable, broken households, how do they vote? Democrat. So this has a very evil underlying intent.”

Markell also warned that lessons about violence towards African Americans and Native Americans in early American history, along with curricula on child labor laws and the environment, smack of “liberal bias.”

Holsten even predicted that teachers will be punished if they do not “teach that Obama’s the messiah.”

Markell: Second graders are probably going to read about Cesar Chavez, as if seven-year-olds know anything about Cesar Chavez; sixth graders are going to read about Industrial Revolution, child labor; you just indicated that global warming is going to be part of the agenda.

Holsten: Oh yeah. When you read these reading lists, they are designed not only to indoctrinate but to also create in children an absolute hatred of reading.

Markell: The liberal bias seems to be what comes out at me and the fact that conservatives and probably Christians are going to be seen as the mortal enemy, dangerous, whatever. I heard someone say that our founding fathers are probably going to be labeled as racists, that early settlers of America were the persecutors of the indigenous people and again conservatives will be probably painted as a dangerous category of people.

Holsten: One of the insidious things about Common Core is that teachers get their raises and get their tenure based on how the students do on the test, so if a teacher does not teach something that for a Christian teacher would be absolutely repugnant to their values, the children are not going to do well on this test. If the teacher doesn’t teach that Obama’s the messiah, the children aren’t going to answer that question as desired by the Common Core grading system and so the teacher might not be able to retain her grade. So really we need an uprising.

Jan Markell Fears Yoga Is Turning America Into Nazi Germany

End Times radio broadcaster Jan Markell is not only convinced that President Obama is bringing Nazism to America, but also thinks that yoga will transform the US into a Nazi-like state.

At Markell’s “Understanding the Times” conference [PDF] in Minneapolis this weekend — where a Holocaust survivor at the center of a new WorldNetDaily film repeatedly likened Obama to Adolf Hitler — Markell warned that yoga is undermining Christianity, paving the way for Nazism.

Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign, with its messianic characterizations – the photographs where a halo was cast around Obama’s head, the worship-like adulation from crowds – gave Holocaust survivor Anita Dittman nightmares.

About Adolf Hitler.

A 20-minute preview of the film, which was produced by WND Founder, Editor and CEO Joseph Farah and directed by WND Films Vice President George Escobar, premiered at the conference where Dittman revealed her concerns for America.

Dittman said her nightmares were triggered by the left’s gushing adoration of Obama as a perceived savior.

Liberals’ blind idolization of Obama mirrored Germany’s hypnotic fascination with Hitler, Dittman said of the racist tyrant whose vitriolic rhetoric dehumanized the Jewish people as a prelude to his attempts at total annihilation.

The state of America’s churches also concerns Dittman, who said German churches fell away from the Bible before Hitler came into power.

She said many American churches are likewise walking away from the truth of Scripture, turning from biblical truths and opening the door to deception.

“That’s how Hitler got into the churches,” she warned.

Conference host Olive Tree Ministries Director Jan Markell agreed.

She also cited comparisons between Nazi Germany and America during the conference, including the country adopting socialized medicine, banning prayer from school and a growing fascination with mystical spirituality.

She said Hitler was fascinated with mysticism, because “he knew it would crumble the Christian faith,” and warned that Christian churches in America are likewise trying spiritual traps like walking the labyrinth, “Christian” yoga and contemplative prayer.

'End Times' Show Blames UFO And Alien Sightings On Satan

On Saturday, right-wing broadcaster Jan Markell uncovered yet another purported sign of the End Times: UFO sightings.

Mark Hitchock, the author of many End Times-themed books such as Blood Moons Rising, The Late Great United States and The End, told Markell that “unexplainable” UFO sightings are “demonic forces that are passing themselves off as some kind of extraterrestrial beings to draw and distract people’s attention away from God.”

“I think it’s very possible that these kinds of things also could be setting people up for various kinds of delusion in the End Times,” Hitchock said. “Demonic materialization disguised as UFOs or extraterrestrials or whatever that may be I think is just another one of Satan’s tactics, especially as we draw nearer to the End Times to deceive and delude and frighten and confuse and mislead people. I really believe that’s going to maybe even be heightened as the End Times draw near.”

Religious Right Pundits Claim The Phony Internet Scandal Will Lead To The End Times

It is pretty incredible how a right-wing conspiracy theory can continue to have legs even after it has been thoroughly debunked. Take the case of GOP congressmen and conservative activists crying foul over the Obama administration’s announcement of a sixteen year plan to transfer oversight of the Internet from the federal government to a nonprofit backed by the US Department of Commerce.

Critics warned the move would give control of the Internet to China, Russia and Islamic countries, but experts pointed out that the decision actually represented a setback for the Chinese and Russian governments, which wanted the Obama administration to instead transfer oversight to a United Nations-led panel.

Despite the fact the Obama administration actually rejected efforts to give more authority to a UN-backed group, right-wing pundits still insist that President Obama is empowering the UN panel.

On Understating The Times this weekend, hosts Jan Markell and Larry Kutzler were joined by Eric Barger, who thinks that Harry Potter and The Walking Dead are helping the Antichrist gain power, and all three agreed that the phony Internet scandal is a demonic plot that will bring about the End Times.

Barger attacked President Obama for the non-existent move to hand over oversight of the Internet to the UN, warning that it will lead to the arrival of the Antichrist and censorship of Christian radio outlets.

This will be a great tool for Antichrist to be able to shut off communications between people so that people won’t know what’s going on around the world and we’re seeing a microcosm of it right now just ahead of us if Obama gets his wishes to be able to turn the Internet over to an international body.

If the UN or a body like that would get a hold of the Internet then could they theoretically make it illegal for us to put our podcast on so that others around the world would be able to hear what we had to say? Would it be illegal for you and I and many, many others to write their newsletters and put them on the Internet to warn people about what is happening around us and to preach the Gospel faithfully, including speaking out against Islam? So you think about those points and you understand that this is a very, very perilous thing that Obama is proposing to do.

Not content with pushing just one discredited conspiracy theory, Barger also promoted debunked claims about Obama allowing INTERPOL to “kidnap” US citizens.

Kutzler said that the phony Internet scandal will lead to the 666 mark of the beast and one world government, while Markell warned it will create an “Antichrist system.”

Barger: When we make statements that Obama is slowly but surely, line upon line, dismantling the country, that is not an overstatement folks. And for those of you who would say ‘wait a second, why don’t you guys just preach the Gospel, get out of politics?’ Take a look around and see what that got us when that thinking came in, we need to be plugged in and involved. How many people listening right now don’t even know that Obama in 2009 signed an executive order to give INTERPOL the right to come into our country and to literally kidnap people and take them outside our country and try them elsewhere? He took out all the restrictions that President Reagan put on INTERPOL and he took those things out and gave them carte blanche to roam around our country and to look for whomever they want to to take elsewhere, to try and then convict of crimes. That’s the kind of thing that is going on and without the Internet, we would never ever have known about it.

Markell: I think we are in a kumbaya world right now and some think we’re all going to get along. Folks, you saw Vladimir Putin move into Crimea, move into Ukraine, who knows where he’s going next. This is not a nice world right now, it is not a safe world right now.

Barger: By the way Jan, Putin called for the Internet to be controlled by the UN. This goes on and on, whose side is Obama on I’d like to know?

Kutzler: I think some of this will all come to past because they’re going to sell us a bill of goods to say if they control it, they’ll have security issues in place, no more security theft or identity theft, and I think that’s something we have to be very careful of. I don’t believe they’re going to control things just for the sake of control, they’re going to control things and move it more into what Revelation 13 has to say about that one world government, that 666, where you cannot buy or sell without the number. To me that spells Internet.

Markell: Absolutely. He’s absolutely right. This is Antichrist system.

Over the weekend, the host of the End Times radio program where Michele Bachmann repeatedly asserted that President Obama was ushering in the End Times defended the former congresswoman’s comments. “Understanding the Times” host Jan Markell chided Obama, who joked about the remarks at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and others who poked fun at Bachmann’s comments, calling them intolerant people who despise Bachmann for merely “telling the inconvenient truth.” “Those who celebrate diversity have been busy showing a remarkable... Cindy Jacobs offers some prophetic insights:"Women will determine the next election, and Asians will be the swing vote. The states will polarize on an even greater level, and some will threaten to break with the union if their state constitutions are violated." Randall Terry has started a GoFundMe campaign seeking to raise $200,000, claiming to have received death threats from radical Muslims. Franklin Graham defends Tony Perkins: "I know Tony. After hosting a two-part series with ex-Rep. Michele Bachmann about the approaching Rapture and related natural disasters, Jan Markell spoke last week with "White House correspondent Bill Koenig about America’s collision course with God.” When co-host Larry Kutzler asked if poor political leadership is a form of God’s judgment, Koenig responded that the election of President Obama was a sign of divine judgment because of his support for LGBT rights, adding that further judgment could come in a financial collapse at the end of 2015. Koenig, who runs World Watch Daily,... MORE >

“The blood moons of 2014 and 2015 are forewarnings of what is to come in 2016,” author... In an interview with End Times broadcaster Jan Markell that was aired this weekend, former Rep. Michele Bachmann said that people should “not despair but rejoice” that the world has reached the “midnight hour” and that “we in our lifetimes potentially could see Jesus Christ returning to earth and the Rapture of the church.” The former Republican congresswoman from Minnesota said that President Obama’s policies, including support for marriage equality and nuclear negotiations with Iran, are to blame for the world’s imminent demise. “... Insisting that Obama lied about disputed reports that Iran’s supreme leader issued a fatwa against nuclear weapons, Bachmann said that “our president is... MORE >

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann appeared on the End Times broadcast “Understanding the Times with Jan Markell” over the weekend, where she claimed that America is facing the wrath of God in the form of “natural disasters” because of President Obama’s Mideast policy. Later in the program, Bachmann said that Obama has thrown the world into the End Times. Warning that Obama “embraces the ideas of an economic Marxist” and “a one-world-government point of view,” she said the president is deliberately weakening the country. Even worse,... MORE >

In an interview with Jan Markell on “Understanding the Times” this weekend, anti-Muslim activist Brigitte Gabriel claimed that President Obama won’t say “anything bad about Islam” because “the most beautiful childhood memories he has” are of growing up in Indonesia and “praying just like Osama bin Laden prayed.” After Markell played a clip from Gabriel’s recent interview with Alan Colmes, the two agreed that liberals are “deluded” about Islam. Gabriel included in that assessment the president, whom she falsely claimed... MORE >
