Joseph Farah says that times are tough over at his conspiracy theory website and that WND now faces an "existential threat." Sure, Richard Viguerie once said that Donald Trump was totally unstable and had "serious psychological problems," but that was before; now he says that anyone who won't vote for Trump should just "drop the charade and have the guts to defend your choice to advance Hillary Clinton's campaign and take ownership of the destruction of liberty and constitutional government that her election will surely bring." The latest... MORE >

Richard Viguerie, who once called Donald Trump "a serious narcissist" with "serious psychological problems," now says that the billionaire mogul can unify the GOP and win the presidency if he names Newt Gingrich as his running mate. Joseph Farah says that he is positively terrified of Trump but will still support him nonetheless. Kris Kobach feels "somewhat vindicated" by Trump's primary victory. Scott Lively says that the Supreme Court's 1996 Romer v. Evans decision striking down Colorado's anti-gay Amendment 2 was "the beginning... MORE >

The latest announcement in the Ted Cruz presidential campaign’s ongoing rollout of endorsements from right-wing leaders is a group of more than 50 “Catholic influencers” led by Robert George, the intellectual muscle for the Religious Right, and Ken Cuccinelli, former attorney general of Virginia and failed gubernatorial candidate. The campaign announced the endorsement of Robert George yesterday; some others on the list have also been announced previously. Not surprisingly, the list of Catholics for Cruz is heavy on culture warriors who have been fighting to criminalize... MORE >

The Center for Immigration Studies, a group that wants to cut back on legal immigration, released a report this month on the growing percentage of the country’s population that’s made up by immigrants, which has greatly alarmed the far-right news outlet WorldNetDaily. For comment on the news, WND turned to Phyllis Schlafly, who told them that it was all part of a “deliberate” plan by President Obama for “letting in all these people in who don’t want to be Americans, who don’t want to speak English” in order to bring about the “death to the... In an interview yesterday with WorldNetDaily’s Radio America, longtime conservative activist Richard Viguerie predicted that “a lot of Democrats” would back a GOP effort to impeach President Obama, or at least a vote to shut down the government, over his planned executive actions on immigration reform. Viguerie said that voters of all stripes would back impeachment, which has the support of a majority of Republicans but only a third of Americans, because they would realize that Obama is “threatening our very form of government.” I think the American people... Richard Viguerie, the renowned conservative campaign operative, is warning that President Obama’s stated plan to use executive action to relieve some undocumented immigrants of the threat of deportation may cause a civil war. Viguerie told WorldNetDaily yesterday that such a move “could ignite, quite frankly, a civil war across America against the Democratic Party,” which he says has become “an elite special interest party” seen as indifferent and hostile to working Americans. At least, according to longtime conservative fundraiser Richard Viguerie, who has a... MORE >

David Lane declares that "until America restores the authority of the Bible in public education and the town square, our freedom hangs in the balance." Glenn Beck reveals that he was one approached about being a contestant on "Dancing With The Stars." Sadly, he said "no." Brian Camenker says that "Elizabeth Warren is just sort of an empty skirt." Richard Viguerie blasts that "the national leadership of the Republican Party for failing to nationalize the 2014 midterm election and missing a once in a lifetime opportunity to... MORE >

Texas Gov. Rick Perry ran his campaigns for governor in close alliance with Religious Right leaders in the state, and he launched his 2012 presidential bid with a prayer rally organized by dominionist leaders. All that makes it a bit surprising that the “Take Back America” survey sent out by Perry’s political action committee RickPAC today does not ask about abortion, gay rights, or religious liberty, the big three of Religious Right groups’ organizing and fundraising efforts. The email from Perry says “RickPAC is dedicated to electing conservatives who will work... MORE >
