Klayman: "Pro-Muslim" Obama Surrounds Himself With "Self-Hating Jews"

Even though he’s busy suing Rachel Maddow for $50 million for slander against anti-gay extremist Bradlee Dean, Larry Klayman took time last week to attend Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Courage” rally in Jerusalem and is now the former Fox News host’s praises. Beck partnered with right-wing leaders including John Hagee, David Barton and Mat Staver for “Restoring Courage,” which Beck dubbed a “planet course-altering” event. Fewer than 5,000 people ended up attending the rally, and Beck didn’t exactly win over his host country – a few days before he was forced to backtrack from his criticism of an Israeli social justice protest movement that is supported by 88% of Israelis.

Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch, writes in Renew America that Beck’s rally was needed because “our pro-Muslim President Barack Hussein Obama” backed the Arab Spring. He goes on to attack not only President Obama but also his Jewish advisers and supporters: “Barack Hussein Obama, no matter how many apologists come to his defense, is bent on Islamic rule in the Middle East, and he and the self-hating Jews he surrounds himself with are dangerous. So, too, are many other liberal Jews who have forsaken their proud heritage and will not stand up and fight for their own people”:

So it came to pass that Glenn pulled off a magnificent spectacle, bringing Christians and Jews from all parts of the globe together to show their courage in supporting Israel.

Israel, thanks to the so-called "Arab Spring" so welcomed by our pro-Muslim President Barack Hussein Obama, is now surrounded by Arab states, like Egypt, that are even more hostile to the Jewish and Christian people. The Jewish state needs courageous "citizen soldiers" to support and fight for it. For if Israel is destroyed, the United States and the West will no longer have a vital democratic ally in the Middle East to serve as a check to radical Islam — thus also protecting our supply of oil — and our own heritage will be forever lost.

Let's be blunt. God gave this land to the Jews and by extension to all Christians. The followers of Jesus Christ were largely His fellow Jews, and we are one as a people. I am a Zionist and so, too, is anyone who takes the Bible and our God seriously. Israel is our land, and we must protect it.

This was the theme of Glenn's event, and it resonated not only around Israel but the entire world — as it was broadcast and reported in over 100 countries. Israelis especially took heart — having been chastened by what they perceive to be an American president they view overwhelmingly as not only anti-Semitic, but also hostile, in an underhanded way, to their right to exist. Barack Hussein Obama, no matter how many apologists come to his defense, is bent on Islamic rule in the Middle East, and he and the self-hating Jews he surrounds himself with are dangerous. So, too, are many other liberal Jews who have forsaken their proud heritage and will not stand up and fight for their own people. Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz, in praising Glenn's event — Dershowitz himself a liberal Jew — also said as much in a recent article. But that is not the case with conservative-minded Jews and especially evangelical Christians, who are the biggest supporters of the Jewish people and Israel.

Harvey Warns That The "Perpetual Pansexual Pagan Party" Is About To Get Crazier

Following the successful passage of marriage equality in New York, Mission America’s Linda Harvey was sure to speak out. In a ranting essay for WorldNetDaily against equal marriage rights, hate crime laws, pride parades, and anti-bullying initiatives, Harvey yet again makes clear her antipathy towards gay and lesbian Americans and their families, lamenting that Americans “are selling ourselves into bondage” by supporting LGBT equality:

New York now has "gay" marriage. The back-slaps and celebration will go on for weeks. The day before this historic vote ( a.k.a., "day of infamy"), Barack Obama spoke to a Democratic Party/homosexual donor dinner and shared his insights about social justice and the American way.

Obama said he looks forward to the day "when every single American, gay or straight or lesbian or bisexual or transgender, is free to live and love as they see fit [sic]."

The president stopped short of giving a thumbs up to same-sex marriage, although everyone knew he would be fine with that, and I'm sure he's congratulating New Yorkers right now. Besides, with the above comment, he has given us so much more.

This "freedom" will include much more than a perpetual pansexual pagan party. It will, and already does, include libel, slander, intimidation, corruption of youth, revolt in congregations, suppression of parental rights, revision of language, disease, loss of employment and loss of life.

Oh, and did I mention public sex, the porn explosion and public nudity?

Welcome to entitlement sex.

But is the debt already too large? Have we already reached a tipping point where only catastrophe can bring renewal? The sages among us – those "haters" and "bigots" who keep trying to sound the alarm – need to stay focused and not lose hope. We must keep educating others that this is not a civil-rights issue, that we have not gained freedom, but instead are selling ourselves into bondage.

Most of all, we must not give up the fight, because only God knows the outcome.

Right-Wing’s Dupnik Pile-On Continues

After calling for politicians and political commentators to tone down violent and hateful political rhetoric, Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is now experiencing himself the force of right-wing hostility and rancor. Dupnik never suggested that the deeply disturbed shooter was directly influenced by political debate, but called into question the use of vicious rhetoric and violent imagery that has become all too commonplace in political discourse today. “The anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this country,” Dupnik said, “is getting to be outrageous.” After facing a preliminary assault yesterday, now Dupnik is facing an all-out barrage from the Right.

Drudge Report is claiming that Dupnik blamed Rush Limbaugh for the attack:

Actually, Dupnik asserted that Limbaugh “attacks people, angers them against government, angers them against elected officials,” but never blamed Limbaugh. Now Limbaugh is responding, saying, “This sheriff out there, Sheriff Dupnik, you know, this guy, he's gotta be very careful. If I were him I wouldn't say another word about this….But the sheriff is out saying that everybody but the kid's responsible for this.” Limbaugh went on to say that “He has taken the occasion of this, a law enforcement officer, to politicize it, to advance his own political agenda, which he claims he doesn't even have.” Limbaugh then implied that the Sheriff may be botching the investigation of the case in order to cover his own failure to stop the shooting:

The shooter did what he did in your community! You're in charge of keeping that community safe, Sheriff. What did you do? Was this the first time you heard about the shooter or did you have knowledge of the shooter before this? I would wager that the sheriff knew of this shooter long before this event, but the sheriff has gone ahead now with these comments, and he's given... He has given the defense a case. My guess is the sheriff wouldn't mind president shooter's acquitted. After all, it's not the shooter's fault! If you carry the sheriff's logic all the way out.

David Limbaugh, Rush’s brother and a conservative commentator, slammed Dupnik for not having “a scintilla of proof to support his slander,” Allahpundit of the popular right-wing blog HotAir called Dupnik “a ludicrous political hack and a disgrace to his office,” and Michelle Malkin dismissed him as a “pro-illegal alien amnesty sheriff.” The Heritage Foundation accused the Sheriff of using “this tragedy for political gain” and the Media Research Center was riled that Tom Brokaw “praised Sheriff Dupnik of Pima County, Ariz. for condemning political vitriol.”

Of course, any time Rush Limbaugh is on the defensive a Republican congressman must get involved. Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA) told the Associated Press that Dupnik is an “irresponsible” sheriff: “I don’t see any link whatsoever at this point between vitriolic discourse and someone plowing down his fellow citizens. I think frankly it's irresponsible of the sheriff to say that.” Like Limbaugh, Rep. Kingston tried to put the onus on the sheriff: “If the local jurisdiction knew about this guy, there's a question to me of this sheriff who's so quick to condemn vitriolic political discourse ... how come he missed it?”

Religious Right Attack-Dog Fans Fears That Government Will Prosecute SPLC-listed “Hate Groups”

Brad O’Leary has been an emerging voice in the Religious Right thanks to books such as “The Audacity of Deceit: Barack Obama’s War on American Values,” “God and America’s Leaders,” and “America’s War on Christianity.” Today he received a platform in the Washington Examiner to spew his factually incorrect and conspiratorial views over the Southern Poverty Law Center’s latest hate group designations. He suggests that the SPLC’s descriptions of eighteen anti-gay organizations may lead to their future criminalization under recently-passed hate crimes law:

Their crime? These groups represent millions of Americans and speak for tens of millions more who support traditional marriage and believe that homosexuality is biblically wrong.

I don’t use the word “crime” lightly. Calling an organization a “hate group” used to be nothing more than a slur. But in today’s America, such a pejorative may have serious legal connotations.

SPLC knows this, because in 2009 the group was instrumental in getting the Democrat-led Congress to pass, and President Obama to sign, the Hate Crimes Prevention Act into law.

As I detail in my recently released book, America’s War on Christianity, this new law adds homosexuals and transsexuals to the list of uber-protected citizens under existing federal hate crimes law.

The measure effectively criminalizes any speech that may be “proven” to incite hatred that leads to violence against any of the special classes of citizens (homosexuals, transsexuals, etc.) who are protected under the law.

But regardless of what O’Leary might say, you can’t be prosecuted under hate crimes laws unless you actually commit a crime. The suggestion that the law “criminalizes” speech is a typical and unfounded claim by Religious Right activists like O’Learly, who dismiss the law’s clear stipulation that it cannot be “construed to prohibit any constitutionally protected speech, expressive conduct or activities.” Of course, O’Leary’s assertion that the SPLC may try to push the government into prosecuting or dismantling anti-gay groups ends with a plug for O’Leary’s own organization:

Attacking Christians during the holy season of Christmas is nothing new, and the SPLC has long been at the forefront of this bigoted tradition. But Christians and Christian groups need to be on guard, and understand that what was once nothing more than vile slander, may now be greasing the skids toward legal prosecution.

Fischer Violates 9th Commandment In Attacking Kagan For Violating Biblical Standards

As we know by now, the American Family Association's Bryan Fischer is quite serious when he says that our laws and behaviors in America ought to correspond to Biblical law ... as such, whales at Sea World ought to be put to death, and so should bears, and homosexuality should be criminalized, and people should be more like Phinehas, who saved Israel by killing two people who were engaged in sexual immorality.

And so it is no surprise that Fischer is now opposing Elena Kagan's nomination to the Supreme Court on the grounds that she violates the "scriputal standard of judgment": 

[T]here are very specific criticisms directed at any judge who would bend and distort the law in order to produce verdicts in favor of the poor.

Here are some examples:

* “You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness you shall judge your neighbor” (Lev. 19:15).
* “You shall not fall in with the many to do evil, nor shall you bear witness in a lawsuit, siding with the many, so as to pervert justice, nor shall you be partial to a poor man in his lawsuit” (Ex. 23:2-3).
* “You shall not be partial in judgment. You shall hear the small and great alike”(Deut. 1:17).

This is the standard of judging current chief justice John Roberts affirmed in his hearings. He said (paraphrasing), “If the law favors the little guy in my court, the little guy will win. If the law favors the big guy in my court, the big guy will win.” That is impartiality. That is the biblical standard for every judge at every level.

But listen in contrast to the words of nominee Elana Kagan. She wrote that the mission of the Supreme Court is to “show a special solicitude for the despised and the disadvantaged.”

In other words, she believes it is the role of a judge to bias the law toward the poor, whether the “despised and disadvantaged” are right or wrong. To put it bluntly, she believes in showing partiality to the poor in a court of law, the very thing repeatedly condemned in the Scriptures.

This is surely a recipe for injustice of the grossest kind.

This is and ought to be offensive to everyone who believes the Lady Justice ought to be utterly impartial, and offensive to everyone who holds the view of justice taught by the Judeo-Christian tradition ... When it comes to our courts and our judges, we must as a nation choose between a biblical view of justice and Elana Kagan’s view of justice,which in fact is not justice at all. Truth, common sense and American tradition are not with Ms. Kagan or our president on this one. To borrow a phrase from Ms. Kagan, it would be “a moral injustice of the first order” for her to be elevated to the Supreme Court.

Of course, Kagan was actually quoting Justice Thurgood Marshall with the "show a special solicitude for the despised and the disadvantaged" line that Fischer highlights.  

Now I am no Bible scholar, but isn't there something in there about "thou shalt not bear false witness"? In fact, if you read past Leviticus 19:15, which Fischer cites as proof that Kagan is unfit, to the very next verse, this is what you find:

Do not go about spreading slander among your people.

Maybe Fischer should try and take that advice some time.

Barber: I'm Not Slandering Obama, Because It's True That He's A Marxist Ideologue Out to Destroy America

Last week, Liberty Counsel's Matt Barber wrote that President Obama was, in essence, a traitor who was out to destroy America; perhaps not entirely, but at least destroy the nation "both as we know her and as our Founding Fathers intended her."

On Friday, Alan Colmes brought Barber onto his radio program to discuss this accusation and, to his credit, Barber more or less stood by it, despite the fact that Colmes repeatedly pointed out that Barber's claims that Obama is a Marxist/Communist is fundamentally absurd and that Barber is engaging in nothing short of McCarthyism. 

Barber insisted, repeatedly, that Obama's agenda is designed to fundamentally weaken America so that the government can eventually take complete control and that this is all part of a long-held philosophy that Obama learned from his Marxist mentors and professors ... and his Marxist mother.

When Colmes accused Barber of engaging in the sorts of baseless, ad hominem attacks that Barber typically decries, his response was that it is not slander to accuse the President of being a Marxist who is out to destroy America because the truth is that Obama is a Marxist who is out to destroy America:

It seems that Joseph Farah, founder, editor and CEO of the right-wing rag WorldNetDaily, is not much of a fan of Wikipedia:

– the first line of my bio in Wikipedia

The Internet has brought the world some wonderful sources of information.

And it has brought us some perfectly dreadful sources of misinformation.

Wikipedia falls into the latter category. And this column is my latest effort to demonstrate just how abusive this so-called "online collaborative encyclopedia" really is.

It is not only a provider of inaccuracy and bias. It is wholesale purveyor of lies and slander unlike any other the world has ever known.

If ever there were a website to avoid at all costs, it's Wikipedia. No good can possibly come from using this vast wasteland of error and deliberate deceit. You should get off of it and warn others away. You should make sure your children and grandchildren know what a corrupt and morally bankrupt institution it truly is.

We have no reason to question Farah's insistence that he is not gay, and the Wikipedia entry has reportedly been corrected, so it seems as if this little controversy will soon evaporate ... but still, you have to admit that it is pretty funny that Farah, of all people, is screaming that Wikipedia is a "vast wasteland of error and deliberate deceit" considering what is posted on his website at the moment:

WND's electronic petition calls on all controlling legal authorities to take seriously the matter of where and when and to whom Obama was born and whether he qualifies as a "natural-born American citizen," according to Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

And, of course, who can forget one of WND's most striking pieces of investigative journalism - soy makes you gay:

Soy is feminizing, and commonly leads to a decrease in the size of the penis, sexual confusion and homosexuality. That's why most of the medical (not socio-spiritual) blame for today's rise in homosexuality must fall upon the rise in soy formula and other soy products. (Most babies are bottle-fed during some part of their infancy, and one-fourth of them are getting soy milk!) Homosexuals often argue that their homosexuality is inborn because "I can't remember a time when I wasn't homosexual." No, homosexuality is always deviant. But now many of them can truthfully say that they can't remember a time when excess estrogen wasn't influencing them.

And yet it is Wikipedia, proclaims Farah, that is "not only a provider of inaccuracy and bias [but a] wholesale purveyor of lies and slander unlike any other the world has ever known."  

Defending the Obama-Hitler Comparisons

WorldNetDaily has distinguished itself for its seeming willingness to publish just about anything, regardless of how ridiculous it may be.  But even by the standards of WND, this may be the single most insane opening of anything I have ever seen published there:

Critics who denounce and slander their colleagues for comparing Barack Obama's meteoric rise to power with that of Hitler's are out of ideas or have too much time on their hands.

Notice that this isn't an attack on those who "denounce and slander their colleagues by comparing” Obama to Hitler but rather an attack on those those who “denounce and slander their colleagues for comparing” Obama to Hitler.  

That’s right – the author, Jerry Kane, is not only defending comparisons between Barack Obama and Adolf Hitler but actually accusing those who dare to point out that such comparisons are outrageous and offensive of slandering those who make those comparisons; comparisons, Kane insists, that are totally reasonable:   

The cult of personality and hysteria for a charismatic orator are frightening parallels between Obama and Hitler. Like Hitler, Obama too is a phenomenal political figure, extraordinary in American politics. No American politician has made such an impression on Americans. He receives excessive admiration and adoration from his admirers reminiscent of hero worship but with a messianic twist … Commentators do not say Obama is Hitler, but they do suggest that a dictator can rise in America and bring about a totalitarian state. For that reason, when the leader of the free world possesses a charismatic personality, comes from a socialist background, holds to a progressive worldview, rises to prominence through grandiose speeches, is hailed as the nation's savior by the masses, is admired by leaders throughout the world, and is elevated to the role of messiah by worshipful followers, it is both reasonable and necessary to wave red flags and sound alarms.

Publisher, Former Christian Coalition Hire Accused of Fraud

McCain Courts Armageddon Advocate

It seems as if the various candidates hoping to capture the GOP’s presidential nomination in 2008 are all but tripping over one another as they seek to win over the party’s right-wing base.

For weeks, Gov. Mitt Romney has been not-so-quietly making inroads with the Right, seemingly positioning for a showdown with Sen. Sam Brownback over which candidate can best represent the right-wing agenda as the campaign heats up.   

Adding to the mix is Sen, John McCain, who had been persona non grata for the Religious Right since 2000 when he blasted the Bush campaign for “pandering to the outer reaches of American politics” and labeled Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell “agents of intolerance.”

McCain has since made up with Falwell and has even made overtures to James Dobson, after Dobson said he would not support him.  In fact, McCain’s attempt to ingratiate himself to the GOP’s base has progressed to the point where he is openly bragging about it:

Sen. John McCain said Monday that he has tried to mend fences with conservative evangelicals in Texas and elsewhere as he seeks the Republican nomination for president.

"I'm very pleased with the relationship I have with many Christian conservatives, and I think many of them would consider me favorably," Mr. McCain said Tuesday during a Dallas visit.

The Arizona Republican told The Dallas Morning News that he has "established a very good relationship" with the Rev. Jerry Falwell and has reached out to Richard Land, a one-time Criswell College professor who heads the public policy arm of the Southern Baptist Convention.

In Texas, Mr. McCain said, he has met with San Antonio evangelist John Hagee to express a shared "commitment to the state of Israel."

During the 2000 presidential race, Mr. McCain criticized Christian conservative leaders, costing him key support among one of the GOP's most reliable voter groups. This time, he is taking care to cultivate support among Christian conservatives as he seeks the Republican nomination.

"They are a very important part of our party," said Mr. McCain. He added, "There are other parts of our party that are important as well."

This is exactly the opposite of what McCain said when he ran for president seven years ago:

I recognize and celebrate that our country is founded upon Judeo- Christian values, and I have pledged my life to defend America and all her values, the values that have made us the noblest experiment in history. But political intolerance by any political party is neither a Judeo-Christian nor an American value. The political tactics of division and slander are not our values, they are corrupting influences on religion and politics, and those who practice them in the name of religion or in the name of the Republican Party or in the name of America shame our faith, our party and our country.

But in addition to the obvious hypocrisy of all of this, it should be asked just what Sen. McCain is doing meeting with John Hagee?”

As we know by now, the American Family Association's Bryan Fischer is quite serious when he says that our laws and behaviors in America ought to correspond to Biblical law ... as such, whales at Sea World ought to be put to death, and so should bears, and homosexuality should be criminalized, and people should be more like Phinehas, who saved Israel by killing two people who were engaged in sexual immorality. Last week, Liberty Counsel's Matt Barber wrote that President Obama was, in essence, a traitor who was out to destroy America; perhaps not entirely, but at least destroy the nation "both as we know her and as our Founding Fathers intended her."
