Glenn Beck calls Rabbi Daniel Lapin "David Barton on steroids," so that pretty much tells you all you need to know about Lapin. Ohio's Republican Gov. John Kasich announced his support for civil unions ... and then immediately backtracked. I cannot believe that we were denied the joys of a Gingrich-Santorum unity ticket! "Family Research Council has taken a bold new action," by which it means launching a daily radio program hosted by Tony Perkins, for which it needs money, of course. Finally, James Dobson says that "at times it seems as though... MORE >

For Glenn Beck, nothing is ever what is seems and so when President Obama travels to Israel, it cannot be because that is just the sort of thing that presidents do, but rather because there is some nefarious agenda at work.
As Beck sees it, Obama already won the election and has no intention of changing any of his positions on issues pertaining to Israel or the region, so there is no reason for him to travel there ... but he did, and so there must be a hidden reason.
Beck found that hidden reason in a piece that suggests that Obama's visit there is designed to strengthen the Muslim... MORE >

Rabbi Daniel Lapin was the guest on "WallBuilders Live" today where he discussed "the health benefits of attending synagogues and churches." During the conversation with co-host Rick Green, Lapin made the case that God designed people to interact and thus social connections were integral to good health, which is why people ought to regularly attend religious services.
That prompted Green to complain that under President Obama's "socialized medicine," states where people frequently attend church and are therefore healthier will end up having to "foot the... MORE >

Rabbi Daniel Lapin appeared on AFA's "Today's Issues" this morning where he made the case that people are never supposed to retire because the word "retirement" does not appear in the Bible. In fact, it is because people retire that their health often deteriorates because they are basically saying to God that they are done serving people, and since that is the case, well "then who needs you"?

The US Embassy in the Czech Republic, as part of the State Department’s new LGBT rights initiative, is supporting a pride festival in Prague “to address discriminatory behavior based on sexual orientation and to promote a tolerant civil society and equal opportunities in the Czech Republic.” Already irate over Secretary Hillary Clinton’s speech on LGBT rights, American Religious Right activists joined their European, African and Latin American allies to denounce the Obama administration for “aggressively promoting the ‘gay’ agenda internationally... The Religious Right’s favorite rabbi Daniel Lapin visited Benny Hinn on This is Your Day to promote his new book, Thou Shall Prosper: Ten Commandments for Making Money. The partnership between Lapin and Hinn makes a lot of sense: Lapin was involved in disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff’s corruption scandal and Hinn’s Word-Faith ministry is corrupt to the core, using his cash-for-healings scheme to finance his lavish lifestyle.
Lapin told Hinn that God put him on this earth “to bring ancient Jewish wisdom secrets of making money to everybody” and that he attends... MORE >

Yesterday on Family Talk, James Dobson and Daniel Lapin came to the conclusion that ‘the pill’ paved the way for the destruction of civilization by increasing sexual promiscuity and reducing masculinity. Today, Dobson blamed Bill Clinton for the growing acceptance of “illicit sexuality” among politicians. Dobson, a prominent endorser of Rick Santorum, even lamented that the public isn’t having serious problems with supporting “an admitted womanizer,” Newt Gingrich. The Focus on the Family founder earlier claimed that he wouldn’t support... MORE >

Today on Family Talk, James Dobson interviewed Daniel Lapin, the Religious Right’s favorite rabbi with a history of extremist rhetoric and corruption. Dobson hailed Lapin at the beginning of the show as one of the most “brilliant” speakers in the country and asked him why he thinks American culture is a “mess” right now. Thankfully, Lapin knows just what is responsible for the collapse of civilization: the pill. According to Lapin, women who use the birth-control pill ruined masculinity and “created the possibility of perpetual male adolescence,”... MORE >
