Disgraced former FBI agent John Guandolo joined Charlottesville radio host Rob Schilling on Monday to discuss the massacre in Orlando, which Guandolo said was the result of Democrats — who he said “feign shock” when such massacres occur — “paving the way for these jihadis.” Guandolo claimed that Democrats have defended “Al Qaeda terrorists” since 9/11 and are currently bringing “tens of thousands of jihadis” into the U.S. as refugees.
The Democratic Party, he said, “calls for gun control, it attacks patriots who speak the truth, and it defends known jihadis. There’s now a 15-year history since 9/11 of the Democratic Party, you know, defending Abdurahman Alamoudi, defending Anwar al-Awlaki, defending all these people who turn out to be terrorists and in some cases Al Qaeda terrorists. They’re letting known Al Qaeda fighters go free from Guantanamo Bay, they support that.”
“They support the public chastising of local police and taking away their powers and condemning them and putting them back on their heels, and then they’re shocked or they feign shock when something like what happens in Orlando happens,” Guandolo said. “They’re reducing the combat effectiveness of our Army and Marine Corps, specifically the Navy is in dire straits, our nuclear capability has been reduced, they call for a weakening of an already-weak immigration system and our borders and, of course, we’re being flooded with tens of thousands of jihadis right now through the refugee resettlement program.”
