Alan Keyes is out with a new column today arguing that Christians should not shy away from violence in the face of the “gruesome violence [that] is being done to Christians.” He also argues that the U.S. government may soon join in on the anti-Christian “genocidal threats," perhaps as a result of the gay rights movement.

“[I]t's not at all unreasonable to see, in certain recurring reports, signs that the U.S. government is preparing our military forces to do violence against Christian denominations that refuse to abandon God's Word on matters like homosexuality,” Keyes writes, urging Christians to “be prepared to execute God's law” and “release the power of God's Word against the perpetrator of evil.”

Ironically, in these offensively evil times, self-professed Christians who feel outrage at the thought of associating Christ with violence may be playing into the hands of Christ's adversary. After all, incomprehensibly massive, government- perpetrated slaughters occurred with striking regularity during the twentieth century. Today, in various parts of the world, gruesome violence is being done to Christians with frequency. Events in Africa and the Middle East have Christians and Jews being systematically targeted for violence by groups that have seized control of governments, or are poised to do so.

Moreover, it's not at all unreasonable to see, in certain recurring reports, signs that the U.S. government is preparing our military forces to do violence against Christian denominations that refuse to abandon God's Word on matters like homosexuality. Just the other day, I read that "soldiers in the U.S. military have been told in a training briefing that evangelical Christians are the No. 1 extremist threat to America....Catholicism and ultra-orthodox Judaism are also on the list of religious extremist organizations."

Given these signs of the times, the notion that "gentle Jesus, meek and mild" is the only accurate, Gospel-authorized example for Christians may ironically lead them to strike a pose of defenseless piety in the face of these genocidal threats. Since the prospect of an easy kill emboldens cowardly bullies, this defenseless pose increases their temptation to do evil. Are Christians required to become a near occasion of sin for those inclined to prey upon the defenseless? Are we required by Christ's example to make ourselves fodder for evil?

Righteous action thus requires, in the first instance, people who are willing, as Christ was, to give their lives in order to release the power of God's Word against the perpetrator of evil. But people of goodwill who witness it are authorized to take action against the perpetrator, on account of their respect for God. But in order to do, in this respect, what the Word of God authorizes them to do, they must be equipped for action, in spiritual and material terms. They must be prepared to execute God's law.

Alan Keyes’ conservative news site Renew America is out today with a column from Paul Kokoski, who reveals the Ten Commandments that “Satan has thus given the homosexual lobby” in order to advance the demonic goal of “deceiving Mankind and destroying souls, deceiving Mankind and destroying souls.”

Kokoski argues that Satan is using the gay rights movement to “attack God” and “redefine joyful” words like “gay” to give homosexuality “an innocent, natural and pleasing appeal.”

The Bible tells us that Satan has the ability to "appear as an angel of light." Nowhere is this more evident than in the radical attempt to promote homosexuality in society today as something good. For the purpose of deceiving Mankind and destroying souls, Satan has thus given the homosexual lobby the following 10 commandments.

1) Always see your sexual opponent (anyone who rejects homosexual acts) as the enemy. Project what they see as your sexual disorder onto them by repetitiously calling them "homophobes";

2) Separate the act of sex from its natural purpose of procreation by referring to all homosexual relationships as expressions of "love" rather than "lust";

3) Fight to deny those who oppose homosexual acts their right to free of speech. At the same time enforce your own right to free speech on others by copiously using the liberal media and other outlets to label your opponents every unsavory thing from "bigot" to "idiot." Use the words "equality" and "hate" often and unrelentingly as if only you – the homosexual – understand their meaning. If anyone objects, accuse them of discrimination. Keep in mind that politicians and judges are your friends. Many of them are openly practicing homosexuals and the rest, swayed by power and the almighty dollar, will do anything for your vote. Remember, too, that in today's politically correct and morally relativistic society there is no objective moral order and that it often takes only one civil judge to side in your favor for you to achieve your ends;

4) Use the "race card" unceasingly against your enemy by equating homosexual behaviour (which can change) with a person's color (which, by one's will alone, cannot). Most people don't know the difference;

5) Build yourself up in the eyes of the indifferent masses – who are mere sheep – by claiming to be a modern person of tolerance and peace – one who is accepting of all. The people will believe you because in today's materialistic word people are focused primarily on themselves and their own gain. They have little or no concern for what others do as long as it does not effect them. Ridicule and undermine the intelligence of your more worthy opponents by resorting to ambiguity and sarcasm. Never resist a chance to claim that they are living in the "Dark Ages";

6) Act and speak as if homosexuals have a corner on the truth and that they alone – not their opponents – can demand of society what is right and wrong. Use every form of deceit imaginable including the use of straw man arguments and false scientific studies – anything that will appeal to the simpleton. Lie, deceive, put on a false front. Pretend you are a friend. Talk of peace and brotherhood. Make pledges of co-operation and mutual assistance. In short, destroy your opponent with a kiss;

7) Confuse the distinction between "hating the sin" and "loving the sinner." This is an absolute must since everyone – especially parents – know the time-honored value of disciple and "tough love." This can be effectively achieved by introducing special "anti-bullying" laws into schools that aim at protecting homosexuals from the enemy. If you find that someone suspects your true motives and resists on the grounds that homosexuals should not be given special status in this regard or that such laws are merely an attempt to normalize homosexuality in society, use both the "equality" and the "separation of church and state" card against them;

8) Never lose sight of the fact that God is your ultimate enemy. Attack God and all religion as something oppressive, hypocritical and evil. This is easily done by take biblical quotes out of context to suite your own purpose and meaning. At the same time avoid all talk of the murderous regimes of atheists like Hitler and Stalin;

9) Assure everyone that no religion will be made to suffer from societies' acceptance of homosexuality. Speak always and often of equality and co-existence. Claim, as a sham, snare, and illusion, that tradition marriage and homosexual marriage can live side-by-side in complete harmony. Dismiss as silly and unviable any attempt to show that the "Pill" – which was introduced to separate and tear asunder the act of sex from the gift of life – has led to the disintegrated of the family. At the same time, and wherever possible, work diligently behind the scenes to drag your religious opponent into court whenever his moral values even begin to clash with yours. Test and try every court until you find a judge who is your friend. Especially work on religious adoption agencies and church ministers who lecture on the evils of homosexuality and same-sex marriage in their sermons. Where this is not possible infiltrate the priesthood so as to corrupt religion from within,

10) Redefine joyful and well-established words and symbols like "marriage," "spouse," "gay" and "rainbow" and attach them to homosexual acts in order to give sin an innocent, natural and pleasing appeal.

This, in effect, is the homosexual lobby manifesto that is sweeping the world. Yes indeed folks, Satan is among us!

Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman is angry about President Obama’s trip to Israel, and somehow managed to use a column about the visit to attack Hillary Clinton for endorsing marriage equality and speculate about her sexual orientation. After arguing that Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “engaged in political sex” instead of working to stop Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, Klayman reported that “two of Bill Clinton's extra-marital lovers” said that she “is, at a minimum, bi-sexual,” and “that the reason for his cheating was Hillary's gayness.”

Klayman, who has a tendency to claim that his political opponents are gay, even claimed to know “the names of several of Hillary's female lovers,” but that he won’t expose them “for a variety of reasons.”

While he refuses to name her supposed “lovers,” he said Clinton is a hypocrite and committing “fraud on the American people” because she “has not come out of the closet.”

This week was a "potpourri" of hypocrisy and fraud, not that this is anything unusual these days.

First, there was the dog and pony show put on by both President Barack Hussein Obama and the President and Prime Minister of Israel, Shimon Peres and Benjamin Natanyahu [sic] – a shameless display that sought to effectively defraud the Israeli people, and Jews and Christians in the United States and throughout the world.

Netanyahu, who, with his conservative Likud Party, recently took a hit during the recent elections last January, and now has a very weak hold on his prime ministership, then proceeded to roll over and himself heap praise on Obama as Israel's greatest friend – having been politically outflanked by his American and Israeli rivals. As a result, both the Israeli public and Jewry worldwide were treated to an attempted fraud – as both Obama and high Israeli officials backed away from committing to take any immediate forceful action to stop Iran's nuclear program and instead engaged in political sex. In short, all parties, Obama, Peres and Netanyahu disgraced and disserved their own people by attempting to lull them to sleep on the immediate threat of an Iranian nuclear Holocaust.

The second greatest hypocrisy and fraud committed this week was by none other than Hillary Clinton, who finally followed her "heart and sexual preference" and endorsed same sex marriage. Timing her announcement at a time that it would be less widely reported – as she and her hubby Bill had previously opposed it during their administration – Hillary positioned herself nevertheless for her near certain presidential candidacy in 2016 by going with the flow – where politicians of all stripes have thrown in the towel to this moral issue.

Before now, Hillary had steadfastly wanted to stay away from "gay marriage" as it is widely known that she is, at a minimum, bi-sexual. During my tenure at Judicial Watch I was told by Gennifer Flowers and Dolly Kyle Browning, two of Bill Clinton's extra-marital lovers, that the president had told them that the reason for his cheating was Hillary's gayness. During the course of Judicial Watch's many cases and investigations, I indeed learned the names of several of Hillary's female lovers, but we never exploited this for a variety of reasons. And, then to cap it all off the famous left wing investigative writer Seymour Hirsch once told me that it is widely known that Hillary likes women.

That Hillary has not come out of the closet, while now endorsing same sex marriage, is the height of hypocrisy and another continuing fraud on the American people, and her own gay and lesbian constituency.

Religious Right activists seem to be keen on outdoing each other with their over-the-top defenses of Todd Akin and his comments on “legitimate rape.” The latest comes from Alan Keyes, who in his latest column “What really drives the GOP's anti-Akin lynch mob?” warns that the “elitist mobocracy” was just “waiting for an excuse to hang Todd Akin from the yardarm.”

Given what Todd Akin went on to say, this is quite clearly the meaning he had in mine, since he was specifically referring to the violent trauma involved in "forcible sexual assault." We all know that Akin's use of the word "legitimate" in this way is not uncommon. (In fact, it has passed into common slang in expressions like "I think he's legit," which crop up all the time.) It's also not hard to see that far from failing to acknowledge the violence inherent in the definitive crime of rape, he was specifically thinking of it. The tribe of elitist pundits and scribes who labor in the GOP's media vineyard can't be unaware of this common usage. I wouldn't disrespect their intelligence by suggesting they are. So why do they abet the slanderous assumption that his words somehow implied that the crime of rape can or ought ever to be considered lawful when, with a little thought, it's easy to show that they do not?

Akin's assertions about the effect of the physical trauma of rape on the possibility of conception are scientifically questionable, and should be questioned. But if one statement based on highly questionable science means that a candidate should bow out of contention, what about Mitt Romney's repeated statements about climate change and global warming? His straddle on the issue includes statements that would be questioned by scientists first on one side of the issue and then on the other. I don't hear the nabobs of the elitist mobocracy calling for his head. To be sure, the speed with which they formed their lynch party suggests that little or no thought went into their chorus of disapprobation. It's precisely as if they were waiting for an excuse to hang Todd Akin from the yardarm.

Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy In Media also attacked Mitt Romney and conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh for not standing up for Akin, noting that Limbaugh has no right to criticize Akin since he doesn’t even understand birth control:

Once again, in ganging up on Akin, Republicans and conservatives lost sight of the real extremist, Barack Obama, while ceding ground to the liberals and allowing them to control the parameters of the public debate. It is a scenario that is played out over and over again, as if the Republicans never learn.

Or perhaps a Republican like Romney, who supported abortion rights in Massachusetts, knew exactly what he was doing and where this is all going — the eventual elimination of the social issues from the national Republican agenda. Romney has made it quite clear that he wants no part of them, preferring instead to run on economic and financial matters. He doesn't even want to talk about security problems in the State Department, in the person of Muslim Brotherhood-connected official and Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

We've seen the result of this trend in Britain, where the Conservative Party has become a pale imitation of the socialists. The British Conservative Party has moved far to the left in order to attract votes from the sexually different and now supports gay marriage. "I support gay marriage because I'm a Conservative," says Conservative Party leader and British Prime Minister David Cameron.

Another despicable performance in the Akin matter was turned in by Rush Limbaugh, who said Todd Akin's comments on rape and abortion were "stupid." This is the guy who advertised his own stupidity in accusing law student Sandra Fluke of being a slut for demanding birth control services for women. Limbaugh didn't understand that birth control pills have legitimate medical purposes and are not used exclusively to prevent pregnancy. Limbaugh apologized for his remarks.

Thanks to Limbaugh, Fluke became a national and sympathetic figure and is speaking at the Democratic National Convention on behalf of Obama. Indeed, Limbaugh's role in sparking Democratic charges of a Republican "War on Women" helps explain the Republican overreaction to Todd Akin's comments.

In his latest column, Larry Klayman predicted that people will increasingly stock up on firearms because President Obama’s “dishonest, non-responsive and incompetent government” is “invading our individual and family rights and taking away our liberties,” and are just waiting “for the revolution to come.” The founder of Judicial Watch went on to argue that Americans see “no one on the horizon who can lead this nation back from Armageddon” and worries they will eventually turn to violence: “Let us pray that violent revolt will not break out before all other options are exhausted, but our Founding Fathers, faced with a similar dilemma, were forced to eventually choose this path by risking, and in many cases sacrificing, their fortunes and lives”:

It is obvious to anyone other than an anti-gun public-interest group like the Brady Center — which wants to claim credit for reducing ownership in firearms to generate more donor contributions — that the American people, true to the intent of the Founding Fathers as embodied in the Second Amendment, are largely stocking up on guns during this time of economic and international crisis and peril to protect themselves from the evils of a dishonest, non-responsive and incompetent government that has brought the nation and the rest of the Western world to the brink of total collapse. This so-called government — as seen with Obamacare, the threat of increased taxes and other forms of fiscal confiscation and violation of property and privacy rights, to name just a few "atrocities" — is busy invading our individual and family rights and taking away our liberties. And, all the while the so-called opposition political party, the Republican "leaders," sit by and play patty cake, feather their own nest and simply watch as the vision of our Founding Fathers is eroded and destroyed by Obama and the rest of the socialist establishment hacks, particularly in Washington, D.C., and the media.

It is evident that the people have near lost total hope and now are arming themselves to the hilt for the next revolution. And why have they lost near total hope at this time? Simply put, because they see no one on the horizon who can lead this nation back from Armageddon.

And, even were one of the Republican dwarfs to miraculously win the presidency, there is little to no hope of great, much less responsive, political leadership on the horizon. The people see this and are busy arming themselves, in self-defense, for the revolution to come.

Let us pray that violent revolt will not break out before all other options are exhausted, but our Founding Fathers, faced with a similar dilemma, were forced to eventually choose this path by risking, and in many cases sacrificing, their fortunes and lives.

Is the past a prologue? With no functioning form of representative government likely to be installed in 2012, it well may be!

The testing of the national emergency alert system today appears to have been a big flop, which must be a relief for Renew America’s Sher Zieve, who warned us all that the alert would be the beginning of President Obama’s totalitarian dictatorship. As Zieve eloquently wrote last month:

I never realized how thoroughly submissive to totalitarianism we had become, until recently. I thought we still had a chance to survive. I actually thought we would fight. On one thing Obama is correct. We HAVE become soft.

Now, in a secondary move to seize all power in the country for himself and his syndicate, Obama has decided that he will confiscate ALL television and Radio broadcasts for a supposed "test" of the EAS (Emergency Alert System). Communication for both US television and Radio will be cut off on 9 November 2011 for at least 3-4 minutes. This is both unprecedented in our history and constitutes the final phase of Obama's testing of his ability to seize communications in the USA at will. In the past, real Presidents of the USA have asked for time from the various broadcast networks when there was an emergency and they needed to speak. No more. We are now firmly in the bowels of the Obama dictatorship and said tyrant is violating each and every principle and law contained with the US Constitution.

The Obama-supported and implemented "Occupy Wall Street' flea circus has provided Obama with both an "if you don't give us what we want, we'll turn violent" crowd and an almost perfect cover for his implementation of the finalization of his Police State. Anyone still think Obama is naive and incompetent? Not a chance. As I've been writing since before he usurped the Office of POTUS, Obama has been hired to destroy the USA and once he's in power we may not be able to get rid of him. He knows precisely what he's doing. Any more questions?

But the columnist for the conservative news site isn’t alone in her fears about the test of the Emergency Alert System. Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association went on a similar rant on Focal Point today (at the 3:05 mark) about the potential of the airwaves being “completely owned, occupied, operated by President Obama” who he feared could later “declare an emergency and then he could co-op all of the broadcast media in the country, and it would be all the president, all day”:

Conservative columnist Monte Kuligowski wrote today in Renew America that the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell will help “sink the country” because God will stop protecting America “when the official position of the state is the thumbing of the nose at God.” “Americans once had the confidence that their divine protection was a strong, impenetrable fortress,” Kuligowski writes, “but now we might hope in vain for a cardboard box as the various storm clouds gather.”

Continuing his anti-gay screed, Kuligowski mocked a Navy lieutenant for marrying his partner immediately following the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, warning that as “America grows weaker her enemies grow stronger and more emboldened” until the country eventually falls into “complete ruination”:

Welcome to our upside down world where wrong has become right and right has become wrong.

In celebration of the new era of open homosexuality in the U.S. military, USA Today featured a story on Sept. 20 of a Navy officer rushing to "marry" his male lover — complete with a photo of the new husband (wife?), Lt. Gary Ross wearing his Navy dress uniform during the ceremony.

That which has always been considered dishonorable in America is now honorable to the hard left.

The real danger we now face is that the state is sanctioning homosexual practice by law. We've gone from longstanding state-sanctioned disapproval to state neutrality to state-sanctioned approval in a fairly short span of time. The difference between saying, "What people do in private is their business," and, "It's right for the state to sanction and protect immoral behavior" is overwhelming.

Religious traditionalists have warned and will continue to warn that the extraordinary blessings Americans have long enjoyed cannot be presumed to continue when the official position of the state is the thumbing of the nose at God — the same Almighty God our founders relied upon for divine protection as they pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor in the contest for our faith-based liberty.

Americans once had the confidence that their divine protection was a strong, impenetrable fortress; but now we might hope in vain for a cardboard box as the various storm clouds gather.

For those who think that it's just coincidence that liberals happen to be federally sanctioning open homosexuality at the time of a national debt problem so enormous that many fear the very end of American civilization as we know it — they might want to think again.

As we can learn from ancient civilizations, moral and economic decline are coinciding shipmates which, ultimately will sink the country. As America grows weaker her enemies grow stronger and more emboldened. For now, a false security is found in the fact that complete ruination seldom happens overnight.

After warning that marriage equality in New York will hasten the coming of the Antichrist, Renew America’s Michael Bresciani claims that Satan is behind the LGBT-rights movement and using demons to spread lies that will turn people away from God. “In our world most of those spreading the gay lie are liberals, activists, spineless academicians, Hollywood sellouts, and now we can throw in a president and a large contingent of fully duped politicians,” Bresciani writes, adding, “There is little doubt that the entire gay and lesbian community is guided by a powerful demon spirit who is subordinate to Satan.” He claims that at the center Satan’s lie is that people are born gay:

The work of the devil throughout the centuries has kept pace with the so called enlightenment of man. He has not tried to lay ideas on us collectively until we were well prepped to receive them. I'll skip all the increments in between and pull you into the present. In the last days before the second coming of Christ the bible says demons are released in great numbers all over the earth. Their work is to prepare people who have already decided that God must have been wrong about a lot of stuff, to get ready to receive the, lawless one, otherwise known as the antichrist.

The lies will be disseminated by the willing propagandists that first believe the gobbledygook themselves. In our world most of those spreading the gay lie are liberals, activists, spineless academicians, Hollywood sellouts, and now we can throw in a president and a large contingent of fully duped politicians.

The greatest of them place rulers into place and guide nations and kingdoms while the lower level minions cover everything else in the realm of lust, greed, violence and perversion along with a few dozen other areas too many to mention. There is little doubt that the entire gay and lesbian community is guided by a powerful demon spirit who is subordinate to Satan.

One of the easiest ways to determine if a new trend is a lie of the father of lies is to compare it to what God has said. If it is off center, subtly askew or slightly perverted it is probably wrong. In the case of being gay, or even worse, being born gay, that lie is directly opposite of God's word.

Unlike the lie that alcoholism is a disease, this lie of Satan may endure until the second coming because it is part of what precipitates the final judgment over a lawless and reprobate world. In the absence of the magic alcoholic's gene that no one ever found, and the need to curb spending alcoholics were bounced off social security disability benefits all at once years ago. Gays are not drawing benefits for being gay but are yet clamoring for same sex civil unions and gay marriage benefits for their so called spouses.

The most damning aspect of Satan's lies about being born gay is that it reveals who the source of the lie is, and at the same time identifies the believers of the lies, as his very own children.
