- Liberty Counsel announces that it “will present oral arguments on August 31 requesting the Virginia Supreme Court to hear the case against the School Board of Fairfax County regarding its illegal policy involving ‘sexual orientation,’ ‘gender identity,’ and ‘gender expression.'”
