Last year, “Trunews” host Rick Wiles predicted that President Obama would “declare himself as God.” But yesterday Wiles floated a different idea of who the president really is: the Mahdi.
After arguing that Obama is allowing “his ISIS buddies to behead and crucify Christians,” Wiles said he’s “starting to believe that Mr. Obama may be in fact the Islamic Mahdi, the eleventh [sic] imam who comes to fulfill the ministry of the prophet Mohammad. He is a very evil, wicked and dangerous man.”
Wiles may need to take a class in Islamic theology, as he seems to believe that Obama is simultaneously an ISIS-supporting Sunni Muslim and a Twelver Shiite Muslim.
Wiles also insisted that the U.S. government “tipped off” ISIS fighters about sites targeted by the U.S.-led coalition’s airstrikes in Syria and Iraq “before the American bombers got there.”
