‘Revolution May Be In Order’: Josh Bernstein Reacts to DOJ Decision Not to Prosecute Comey

Earlier today, the Department of Justice released a report finding that while former FBI director James Comey had violated FBI policy by leaking to news organizations the contents of personal memos he had written documenting his interactions with President Trump, he did not illegally release classified information and therefore would not be prosecuted.

In response to this news, radical rightwing commentator Josh Bernstein posted a video calling on conservatives to descend on Washington, D.C., to voice their outrage and, if necessary, prepare for revolution.

“We need to galvanize, we need to organize, we need to strategize, and we need to go to Washington, D.C., and do a peaceful, unarmed rally with hundreds of thousands of us and demand action against these deep-state criminals,” he said. “And if that doesn’t work, well, all I’ll say is this: There are other means that, if necessary, we may need to look at.”

“When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty,” Bernstein added. “Revolution may be in order, in order to restore law and order. That is my original quote.”

“I don’t know what else we can do here,” he said. “If they don’t do what we need [them] to do, there are other means—there are other means—to get the job done. I’ll leave it at that.”
