On a recent episode of “America’s Survival,” hosts Cliff Kincaid and Jerry Kenney agreed that the five Supreme Court justices who wrote the ruling in United States v. Windsor, which struck ruling striking down part of the Defense of Marriage Act back in 2013 are literally insane and need to be removed from the court and placed in straitjackets.
Kenney said that since the justices ignored the law and instead based the ruling entirely on emotion, “they ought to be removed from the bench” because “they have proven that they have absolutely lost it, that they have no grasp of reality whatsoever.”
Kincaid was in complete agreement.
