Sarah Palin: ‘Punk-Ass Thuggery Stuff’ Undercuts Trump’s First Amendment Rights

Today at a rally in Tampa, Sarah Palin told Donald Trump’s supporters that “thugs” have undermined the First Amendment’s freedom of assembly.

Protesters are using “all that petty, punk-ass, little thuggery stuff,” Palin said, in an effort to “take away your First Amendment’s rights, your rights to assemble peacefully.”

“And the media being on the thugs’ sides — what the heck are you guys thinking, media?” she said. “It doesn’t make sense.”

“I think the media and too many of the other candidates are undermining the wisdom of the people,” she continued. “You all are smart, you’re energized, you’re optimistic, you’re positive and that’s why you’re here today.”

Palin said that most Americans now recognize that “the status quo has got to go” and that “we need need a revolution” and “we’ve found our revolutionary: Donald J. Trump is that revolutionary.”
