Religious Right activist Gordon Klingenschmitt praised a Catholic school district in Canada for cancelling several scheduled performances of a play about gender identity, saying that by doing so, the administrators were protecting innocent children from demon-possessed LGBTQ activists who were trying to recruit them into homosexuality.
“The evil spirits are influencing the homosexual recruiters,” Klingenschmitt said on a recent episode of his “Pray In Jesus Name” program. “And then the homosexual recruiters are using and influencing the children and causing them maybe to choose gender confusion, causing the children to choose homosexuality, causing the children to participate with the demonic spirits that are already at work inside of the actors.”
“The homosexual activists are already demonized,” he added, “but they want the children to be that too, Roman Catholic children. Gee, don’t you think the Roman Catholic parents ought to have a say in whether or not their children [are] violated at their school?”
