GOP Rep: Jeb Can’t Lecture Us On Iraq When His Brother ‘Sent 4,000 Americans To Die’ There

Rep. Walter Jones appeared on far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ “InfoWars” radio show today, where he slammed Jeb Bush’s recent speech on the conflict in Iraq.

The North Carolina Republican, who last week said that his vote to authorize the Iraq War is one he will “go to my grave regretting,” told Alex Jones, “If my brother had sent 4,000 Americans to die in an unnecessary war, I don’t believe I’d be making those statements.”

“We never had to go into Iraq,” he said. “It was manufactured intelligence.”

“We had no business going into Iraq, taking out Saddam is part of the problem that we’ve got with the Middle East right now,” he added.
