Beck Offers ‘Duck Dynasty’ A Home At The Blaze, In The Name Of Diversity

Because Glenn Beck is a paragon of principles and consistency, it makes perfect sense that one day after blasting President Obama for not walking out arm-in-arm with gay athletes during the opening ceremony at the Winter Olympics to send a message to the world, he is now offering the Robertson family of “Duck Dynasty” fame a place on his network, vowing never to hinder their ability to spread their anti-gay views.

Beck suggests that all every member of the Robertson clan ought to just answer every question they are asked from now on by simply repeating the statements that got Phil Robertson suspended from the program and doing so until A&E cancels the show, at which point Beck’s The Blaze will pick it up.

“We’re not ashamed. We won’t fold,” Beck said. “We have people of diverse opinion here. There are people that are godly and atheist. There are people here that are liberal and very conservative. There are straight people, there are gay people. There are white people, there are black people. They all have an opinion and they’re all welcome at The Blaze. Duck Dynasty, we would be proud to have you. May I suggest, make your stand. You will never have a better change and, quite honestly, you’re our best shot as people. If we don’t get people to wake up to the fact that this is fascism, that we are not allowed to have another opinion – if we don’t get them to wake up now, they’re never going to wake up, and you’re our best shot. Diversity of thought”:
