Earlier this month it was announced that the employer mandate provision in the health care reform legislation would be delayed until 2015, which Matt Barber sees as evidence that President Obama is acting “less and less like the elected executive of a constitutional republic and more and more like the self-appointed dictator or king in a banana republic.”
Barber went on to predict that the legislation will destroy our nation’s economy … and even though the legislation hasn’t been implemented yet, Barber declared it to be “an utter failure, hence [Obama’s] presidency is an utter failure”:
