Pat Robertson: Obama Elevates Islam Over America, Won’t Attack ISIS

Pat Robertson, apparently choosing to ignore the fact that the U.S. has built a multinational anti-ISIS coalition and launched 80 percent of the approximately 2,000 airstrikes against the extremist group, is very angry that President Obama is not making a “serious effort” to stop ISIS.

“If we would put together a serious effort, we would have a coalition of the willing,” Robertson suggested on “The 700 Club” today, implying that Jordan is the only country interested in fighting the group. Robertson added that Obama’s supposed failure to build such a coalition is proof that he is an Islamist sympathizer.

“There’s something about Obama,” the televangelist said. “He is — I think his stepfather was a Muslim and he was schooled in Indonesia for a while, he’s very sympathetic to Muslims and the last thing he wants to do is to offend Muslims. He has members of the Muslim Brotherhood coming to the White House for conferences and so forth and there’s a tendency in him to think Muslims are more important, in a sense, than the United States. I don’t understand it, but we’ve elected him and he’s in there for a little while longer. You just pray that he’ll have a wake-up call but until he does, we’re at very serious risk.”
