RWW’s Paranoia-Rama takes a look at five of the week’s most absurd conspiracy theories from the Right.
While we are disappointed that the many prophecies about a financial crash or a natural disaster hitting the U.S. in September were pretty much a bust, right-wing commentators have new predictions about America’s future, this time involving Mars, Pope Francis and the United Nations.
5) One Billion Dead, Thanks Pope Francis
The pope’s message about the dangers of climate change is terrifying “InfoWars” host Alex Jones, who said this week that Pope Francis is creating a “1984 society.” Jones sent David Knight to report on the pope’s event last week at Ground Zero, which Knight said was part of the effort to create a “one-world religion.”
Jones said that the pope’s climate change message is aiding the “eugenics-extermination” movement that “will kill a billion people”
“He knows full-well that this is an exterminist agenda,” he said.
4) Rush Limbaugh Knows What’s Really Going On With Mars
Speaking of climate change, Rush Limbaugh knows the truth about the discovery of flowing water on Mars! And the truth is that NASA is a corrupt, dishonest institution that will do anything to “advance the leftist agenda” and push climate change propaganda:
I said ‘what do you think they’re gonna do with this news?’ I said ‘look at the temperature data, that has been reported by NASA, has been made up, it’s fraudulent for however many years, there isn’t any warming, there hasn’t been for 18.5 years. And yet, they’re lying about it. They’re just making up the amount of ice in the North and South Poles, they’re making up the temperatures, they’re lying and making up false charts and so forth. So what’s to stop them from making up something that happened on Mars that will help advance their left-wing agenda on this planet?’

NASA has been corrupted by the current regime. I want to find out what they’re going to tell us. OK, flowing water on Mars. If we’re even to believe that, what are they going to tell us that means? That’s what I’m going to wait for. Because I guarantee, let’s just wait and see, this is September 28, let’s just wait and see. Don’t know how long it’s going to take, but this news that there is flowing water on Mars is somehow going to find its way into a technique to advance the leftist agenda. I don’t know what it is, I would assume it would be something to do with global warming and you can — maybe there was once an advanced civilization. If they say they found flowing water, next they’re going to find a graveyard.
Limbaugh’s remarks were, unsurprisingly, met with mockery and amusement, which the right-wing radio host said was only further proof that he was right all along: “And the very fact that my objection to this is being noted is proof positive that there is an agenda attached to this. Otherwise they would leave my comments alone. There is an agenda attached to it and they’ve got to try and discredit anyone, in this case me, who is attempting to attach whatever they’re doing with Mars and the news they’re reporting to the Democrat leftist agenda, which, of course, is climate change.”

3) Agenda 2030 Is The New Agenda 21
Speaking of nefarious leftist plots, a new United Nations initiative on sustainable development known as Agenda 2030 is getting the exact same treatment from the far-right as Agenda 21 has for years, sparking warnings about Big Government schemes and environmentalist domination.
Glenn Beck, who “wrote” a nightmarish book about Agenda 21, a nonbinding agreement backed by President George H.W. Bush in 1992 that has since become the focus of many right-wing conspiracy theories, said this week that Agenda 2030 is part of a United Nations-Islamic Caliphate plot to gain total domination.
One End Times author, Paul McGuire, explained that Agenda 2030 is part of a globalist scheme to create a one-world government and religion with the help of Syrian refugees and Pope Francis.
2) Another Bachmann Prophecy
Speaking of the End Times, ex-Rep. Michele Bachmann has a warning for America: Keep letting gay people marry and funding Planned Parenthood and you will end up just like Sodom and Gomorrah.
Bachmann previously claimed that God is planning to remove His “hedge of protection” over “pagan” America as a result of the nation’s policies on abortion rights and gay marriage.
1) Erik Rush Has Some Thoughts
Speaking of gay rights, WorldNetDaily columnist Erik Rush is outraged about [] President Obama’s comment at a Democratic National Committee LGBT fundraising event that “our religious freedom doesn’t grant us the freedom to deny our fellow Americans their constitutional rights.”
According to Rush, Obama is granting “the homosexual lobby” the power to rescind religious freedoms and other rights, giving gay rights activists the gumption to push for classes to teach kindergarteners about sex acts:
Pray tell, what constitutionally guaranteed rights have been denied homosexuals in recent memory? Their perceived “right to marry” is a wholly subjective interpretation of law, and ensuring homosexuals anything under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment is a lube-slathered slope toward their legitimately demanding whatever their perverted little hearts [sic] desire in the future. Practical labs in fisting for kindergarteners, anyone?
