Conservative talk show host Jesse Lee Peterson is calling on conservatives to buy Washington Redskins merchandise in order to stand up to Democrats as they “exploit a racial crisis” and try to “destroy successful and independent-minded, white business owners.”
In his WorldNetDaily column today, Peterson also warns that criticism of the NFL team’s name amounts to an attack on freedom itself: “Supporting the team and their owner, Dan Snyder, is supporting freedom.”
Harry Reid publicly slammed team owner Daniel Snyder and said the Redskins name was “racist.” Barack Obama, who never misses an opportunity to exploit a racial crisis, said if he owned the team he would change the name.
This interference is not about eradicating racism. It’s about intimidation and control! Reid and the left want to destroy successful and independent-minded, white business owners by forcing them to comply with the tyrannical demands of this administration and fringe activist minority groups.
