Obsessed with an incident from last week in which a parent was arrested for objecting to Common Core at a forum in Maryland, Glenn Beck has now returned his focus to the issue, declaring on his radio program that not only it is turning America into a police state, but also insidious, Satanic, and fundamentally evil.
Claiming that the intent of Common Core is to determine careers for school children by the time they are in middle school, Beck ranted that “it is communism” before warning that “it’s insidious and we are not dealing with flesh and bone.”
“We are dealing with evil,” Beck said. “And there comes a time where you have to just say what it is, and it’s evil”:
