The American Family Association’s Sandy Rios last week joined other conservative leaders in arguing that President Obama doesn’t love America, and went one step further by asserting that Obama doesn’t love the country in the same way as “people who were born and did grow up here.”

After suggesting Obama wasn’t born here, she then said: “Now I’m not saying that he wasn’t born here…I think that’s certainly a question we can ask.”

Rios went on to say that Hawaii is “very different” from the rest of America because “it’s not the mainland.”

She concluded her rant by asserting that Obama is “not that offended when Americans are killed” in places like Afghanistan, “He doesn’t have the same sense of protection and anger over it.”

Rios: People that didn’t grow up here don’t have the same kind of love for the country. I’m sorry, I think that includes our President, I don’t think he loves the country like people who were born and did grow up here. Now I’m not saying he wasn’t born here, I’m not even going to get into that, I think that’s certainly a question we can ask. But we do know that he spent a lot of his earlier years in Indonesia, in Hawaii, you know, it’s not the mainland, it’s very different.

I have always said from the time he was running that he doesn’t love this country enough to be its president. I stand by that, I said it a very long time ago, I stand by that statement. He’s not that offended when Americans are killed. He doesn’t have the same sense of protection and anger over it.

Well this comes as no surprise.

Larry Klayman, the birther attorney who is now calling for an armed revolution against President Obama, is representing a new group of Tea Party members defending Sheriff Joe Arpaio from a potential recall election.

The Judicial Watch founder is threatening to sue activists who are collecting petitions to recall the Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff. In a video posted by Arizona Nightly News, Klayman ironically calls Arpaio opponents “vigilantes” who seek to “harass” the sheriff and distorts state election law to claim that the recall attempt is illegal.

Poor legal advice aside, Klayman’s selection to represent the group may not be a boon to the image of Arpaio, who is currently under fire for hiring a child-sex offender for his armed posse to guard schools, since Klayman himself has been accused of child sexual abuse.

After unsuccessful attempts to knock President Obama off the ballot and defeat Obama after the election by throwing the Electoral College into chaos, WorldNetDaily now is petitioning Chief Justice John Roberts to refuse to administer the presidential oath of office. WND commentator Craige McMillan said that if Roberts doesn’t withhold the oath, he will face “impeachment and eternal dishonor.” He even compared the current state of the U.S. to Nazi Germany by warning that America will have its own Nuremberg Trials to prosecute those who had been “violating their own oath of office, continu[ing] the sham through a second presidential term”

Dear Mr. Roberts,

When you administered the oath of office to Barack Obama for his first term as president, you could have been excused for believing that Mr. Obama was qualified under the Constitution to hold the office of president, which he had sought and won. After all, Obama’s opponent, John McCain, never raised the issue of Mr. Obama’s qualifications.

Now that Mr. Obama has been re-elected and is preparing to serve a second term of office, there can be no doubt regarding his qualifications. This is because by Mr. Obama’s own admission, his father was of Kenyan nationality and perhaps holding British citizenship as well.

Your own oath of office, sworn before God and the American people, requires you to uphold the Constitution. (If not you, then who?) If you now administer the oath of office for the presidency to a man who by his own admission fails to meet the natural born citizen requirement imposed by that Constitution, you have violated your own oath of office and are rightly subject to impeachment by any House of Representatives, at any time, now or in the future.

If you choose the easy course of ignoring our Constitution, it does not change the fact that Mr. Obama is barred by that same Constitution from acting as president. I am sure that if you turn your judicial mind to the ramifications of this fraud, both foreign and domestic, you will understand that the harm you will have done insures your impeachment and eternal dishonor at some point down the road: If not this House of Representatives, then the next, or the next, or the next.

These things do not end well. One need only look to the aftermath of World War II and the Nuremberg Trials to see what awaits. Illegal wars. Illegal debts. Illegal laws. Will the rest of the Supreme Court’s justices, now knowing they are violating their own oath of office, continue the sham through a second presidential term? How, then, is the highest court of law in the nation any different than that pictorial proverb in Japan of the three monkeys who see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil?

Given the gravity of this situation, we therefore urge you to take the honorable course of action and refuse to administer the oath of office to Mr. Obama. And yes, this will also require you to explain to the nation in the clearest possible terms why you have been compelled to take this most extraordinary action.

Filmmaker, Bob Dylan enthusiast, and all-purpose conspiracy theorist Joel Gilbert has been getting plenty of attention recently for his film, “Dreams From My Real Father,”which presents his theory that President Obama’s real father was Communist organizer Frank Marshall Davis, who groomed the president from birth to lead a “revolution to end capitalism.” Gilbert has taken advantage of an undisclosed source of funds to send copies of his movie to 4 million swing-state households, where it has been met with decidedly mixed reviews. Gilbert’s film has earned effusive praise from the chairman of the Alabama Republican Party and Fox News’ Monica Crowley, but was panned by a Republican focus group, which found it “revolting.” A public screening of the film organized by a county commissioner in Texas has drawn promises of protests.

In the midst of this hubbub, though, Gilbert hasn’t neglected his continuing research into the president’s history. This summer, he speculated to Alex Jones that the Obama administration might have been behind the Aurora movie theater shooting. Earlier this month, he put on his “expert in Islamic history”  hat to uncover a secret “Islamic inscription” on the president’s wedding ring. And today, he drops another bombshell to World Net Daily’s Jerome Corsi: the president got a nose job (a.k.a. "facial forgery") because he was “concerned he was looking too much like Frank Marshall Davis as he got older.”

Filmmaker Joel Gilbert contends President Obama has altered his facial profile for the national stage of American politics, citing two nationally known cosmetic surgery experts he consulted who concluded Obama had a “nose job.”

“It appears Obama had some aesthetic refinement,” said plastic surgeon J. David Holcolm.

“Obama has gone to great lengths to obscure his past,” Gilbert said. “Now, in addition to the alleged document forgery and photographic forgery by Obama to hide his true identity, we now have evidence of facial forgery.”

Gilbert suspects Obama had the surgery because he was “concerned he was looking too much like Frank Marshall Davis as he got older.”

“I don’t think it was a coincidence that Obama chose to undergo a rhinoplasty before running for U.S. Senate and facing the national spotlight,” Gilbert said. “If Obama was identified as Davis’ son, it would connect the Marxist dots of Obama’s entire life journey.”

Gilbert said Obama “needed the Kenyan father fairy tale to misdirect the public away from the fact that he is a red diaper baby, the child of a Communist Party USA propagandist and Soviet agent.”

As evidence, Gilbert presents a somewhat unconvincing side-by-side photograph array.

Papers in Florida have been reporting recently on a curious DVD that has been turning up in mailboxes across the state. The video is none other than Joel Gilbert’s “Dreams From My Real Father,” a “documentary” narrated by a fictional Barack Obama claiming that Obama’s mother’s marriage to Barack Obama Sr. was a sham meant to cover up her relationship with labor activist and communist organizer Frank Marshall Davis, the president's "real father." Gilbert previously boasted that he sent the DVD to a million households across Ohio, but declines to divulge who is paying for his marketing campaign.

On Friday, Palm Beach’s WPTV reported that Gilbert’s film has managed to swing at least one Florida voter.

When Ron and Judy Cindrick received what was billed as "a must-watch DVD" in their mailbox, they decided to see what "Dreams from My Real Father" was all about.

Judy said what she saw shocked her.

"I was absolutely appalled when I began to watch this and they began to show pictures of Barack Obama's mother, his supposed mother, naked," she said.

Ron said watching the pseudo-documentary turns his stomach, and his vote. He believes the Obama conspiracy-type film has to be politically motivated.

"I am a registered Republican, and as of today, I will vote for Barack Obama after receiving this DVD," said Ron.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the film has also been showing up in mailboxes in Nevada and New Hampshire. In an interview with a Florida radio show on Saturday, Gilbert claimed a version of the film on Netflix Instant Play has been watched by 200,000 people.

Birther queen Orly Taitz remains isolated in her quest to prove that Barack Obama was not born in the United States and is ineligible to be president. In an interview with Vic Eliason on VCY America, Taitz alleges that Barack Obama’s Social Security number is invalid, insists that “we are getting very close to a dictatorship” in the United States today, and expresses disappointment that she has not received support from fellow birthers Donald Trump and Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona.

Taitz claimed that Obama’s Social Security number is a “Connecticut number which was issued to another individual,” and states that the number he is using is “not a valid number.” She was stunned that her “persuasive” evidence was rejected by courts in Georgia. Taitz concludes that judges continue to shoot down her allegations against the president not because they are wrong, but because the conspiracy goes all the way to the top. Eliason affirms this belief, asserting that judges are merely “intimidated” by “dealing with a case that is so volatile, [that involves] the highest executive in our country.”

Eliason: I cannot understand at a time when the vetting of a presidential candidate, checking if they are qualified, how all of this can be just brushed aside like a fly on the table and ignored completely when there’s been an awful lot of evidence brought forth.

Taitz: You should ask the judges, people are allowed to write to a judge and ask those questions, I’m the person who brings all this evidence. You know I had a case in Georgia and there I spent a lot of money, I spent $14,000, I brought witnesses, I brought a senior deportation officer from the Department of Homeland Security testifying that Barack Obama’s social security number is invalid, that it’s a Connecticut number which was issued to another individual, we brought E-Verify showing that this number that he’s using that he posted on his tax returns that he put online that it’s not a valid number. We had all the evidence and at the end the judge there ruled that it’s not persuasive enough and to me it’s just hard to believe, how could that not be persuasive enough, when you have a senior deportation officer providing this evidence?

Eliason: Could it be Dr. Taitz that there are judges who are so intimidated dealing with a case that is so volatile, dealing with the highest executive in our country, and then to find — I think maybe there are those that say they are afraid of the truth because if this comes to light and it is verified there is going to be egg all over the face of who knows how many.

Taitz: Yeah, yeah.

Taitz said that her inability to remove Obama from the ballot is further proof that “we are getting very close to a dictatorship” akin to the Soviet Union.

Eliason: Folks the thing that has me bewildered, Dr. Taitz, is if someone is an imposter, someone who is portraying something that they are not, if they were caught flying an airplane and they weren’t a pilot or somebody in a bank that was functioning in a way that they were not qualified, you wouldn’t wait for six months or a year to deal with it, you deal with it immediately, why is it that elections suddenly bring immunity?

Taitz: You know I lived in the Soviet Union which was a dictatorship and now we’re seeing such enormous corruption in the government that we are getting very close to a dictatorship.

Yet even the greatest supporters of the birther movement have failed to back Taitz. Taitz was “disheartened” that Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a leader of the “Cold Case Posse,” did not show up at her trial to testify. Donald Trump has also been unresponsive to Taitz.

Taitz: I have to say that I attempted to subpoena Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and I’m really disheartened by the fact that he did not show up, we tried to subpoena him in Georgia, Mississippi and Indiana and I’m really concerned about the fact that Sheriff Arpaio went around the country, raised several millions of dollars on this issue, did press conferences, but when he is asked when appear in court, either he or Mr. [Mike] Zullo, and I was willing to pay for them to fly here, they are not appearing in court. That’s something hopefully your listeners will address with Mr. Arpaio because if he would’ve been here today there is a very high likelihood that the judge would’ve granted a preliminary injunction.

Taitz: For example, Donald Trump, you know he talks about this quite a lot but I don’t see him, I’ve never heard back, he never donated one cent, just to give you an idea, it is extremely hard for me to put up evidence.

Joel Gilbert, the filmmaker behind the theory that President Obama inherited a Marxist worldview from his “real father” Frank Marshall Davis – a theory adopted this week by the chairman of the Alabama Republican Party -- spoke last month with right-wing radio host Michael Savage.

Gilbert told Savage that Obama’s 2008 “Change” slogan was actually “a code word for a revolution to end capitalism” and assured listeners that by the end of his second term, the president will “achieve what he wants, which is to make America irreversibly socialist.” Part of this transformation, Gilbert said, is that “the middle class’ health care is going to be given away to poor and illegals.”

Savage: How is Obama’s campaign different this time around?

Gilbert: Well, what’s different is he was being very general and vague about ‘hope and change’ and everybody just read into it what they wanted, nobody really knew what ‘change’ meant from the socialist point of view. ‘Change’ is a code word for a revolution to end capitalism. Now his Marxist ideology is just coming through loud and clear. His entire campaign is based on the top one percent, of the breathtaking greed of a few. He talks about how the rich don’t pay their fair share. Well, anybody can just Google it and see that the top income brackets do pay up to 40 percent of income and it kind of goes down from there. So his entire campaign is based on this lie, this absurd notion that we don’t have a fair tax system. But this is the classic Marxist rhetoric that Obama would have gotten during this indoctrination from his real father, Frank Marshall Davis.

Gilbert: National healthcare is simply a socialist tool to eliminate the middle and upper classes. So for Obama, poor quality, long waits and high taxes in this national health care doesn’t matter. It’s just a socialist tool. For Obama in the next term, the middle class’ health care is going to be given away to poor and illegals. Middle class’ employers are going to be taxed and regulated out of business. And the middle class’ retirement will evaporate into a bankrupt, socialist state, and Obama will achieve what he wants, which is to make America irreversibly socialist without anyone ever realizing how it happened.

Speaking to a Republican women’s group in Alabama yesterday, state GOP chairman Bill Armistead recommended to his audience a fringe birther movie that claims that President Obama’s real father is American labor activist Frank Marshall Davis, according Mobile Press-Register political editor George Talbot, who was reporting the event on Twitter:

 The movie Armistead reportedly recommended, “Dreams From My Real Father,” represents a breakout fringe of the birther movement. The film, according to its director Joel Gilbert, “presents the case that Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA organizer and propagandist, was Obama's real father, both biological and ideological, and indoctrinated Obama with a political foundation in Marxism and an anti-White world view.”

A trailer for the film cuts to various right-wing bogeymen including Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and ACORN in between misleadingly edited snippets of speeches by the president and Michelle Obama:

Gilbert’s film has divided the birther movement, since its assertion that Davis is Obama’s real father would seem to be incompatible with the theory that the president was born in Kenya. Jerome Corsi of World Net Daily, apparently untroubled by the contradiction, has embraced the film. Birther leader Orly Taitz, however, claims that by promoting the film, Corsi is “trying to kill the case by making up an American citizen father for Obama.”

Thanks to an aggressive campaign by Gilbert, “Dreams From My Real Father” has had a remarkably wide reach. In September, the New York Post ran a full-page ad for the movie. Yesterday, World Net Daily reported that Gilbert has sent 1 million copies of the film to households in Ohio and plans to send 1 million more out in swing states. Gilbert and Corsi both fault the mainstream media for ignoring their film, which Gilbert claims they’re doing “because they support national health care.”

In a National Press Club appearance this summer, Gilbert expanded on his theory, claiming that Obama and strategist David Axelrod were both “red diaper babies,” born of communist parents to carry on the cause; that Obama is pursuing Davis’s “dreams of a forced imposition of a classic Stalinist-Marxist agenda upon America at home and abroad”; and that Obama worked with ACORN to cause the subprime mortgage crisis as part of a plan to “use minorities and the poor to collapse capitalism.”

This is the first we’ve heard of a political leader embracing Gilbert’s conspiracy theory. Armistead is a former state senator who a became the Alabama GOP Chairman last year.

“We have to win this election. This is about our country. Our country will not be the same,” Armistead said. “I’m convinced, if Obama wins, our children and grandchildren will not live under the same conditions that we’ve lived in these wonderful years. Obama has a different ideology than we do.”

Armistead suggested that audience members see the movie '2016: Obama’s America,' a documentary by conservative commentator Dinesh D'Souza that is critical of the president.

“If you haven’t seen it, you should,” he said. “But I’m going to tell you about another movie. The name of it is ‘Dreams From My Real Father.’ That is absolutely frightening. I’ve seen it. I verified that it is factual, all of it. People can determine.”

Earlier this month we reported on an upcoming conference that seemed exceptionally crazy even by right-wing standards, as it plans to focus on the purported connections between Communism and Sharia law and the claim that Barack Obama’s real father is Frank Marshall Davis, the late civil rights activist and a friend of Obama’s grandfather. Conference organizer Cliff Kincaid, who also heads Accuracy In Media and America’s Survival, appeared on Secure Freedom Radio last week with Fred Grandy, the former Republican congressman and actor (‘Gopher’ from The Love Boat) who was filling in for host Frank Gaffney, to promote the summit and push the charge that Davis is Obama’s real father and still, even though he passed away in 1987, “has an influence over our President.” But this new Birther saga undermines the classical Birther conspiracy that Gaffney now pushes on Secure Freedom Radio, in which Obama’s mother travels with Obama, Sr. to Kenya (for some reason) to give birth.

Grandy: Another one of your panelists at your event next week is actually going to be trying to make the case that perhaps—and I’ve heard this rumor before—that Frank Marshall Davis was more than just a surrogate father to Barack Obama, he may well have been this guy’s real father and Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., to some degree, is merely a minor influence in this kid’s life. How much credibility do you put into that?

Kincaid: I put a lot into it now that I’ve seen Joel Gilbert’s film, it’s called Dreams from My Real Father. It’s an incredible film. He’s going to show excerpts, he’s going to talk about his research. He’s expanded upon what we and Paul Kengor have done and I think it deserves a fair hearing. Now, whether or not he was a real father or not, the fact is Frank Marshall Davis has an influence over our President and that’s the critical issue but if indeed if he was Obama’s real father and the comparison’s photos are striking then we’ve got even more of a mystery behind this guy in the Oval Office.
