E.W. Jackson: My Anti-Gay Comments Were Taken Out of Context, I'm Just Against the 'Rabid Radical Homosexual Activist Movement'

Virginia Republican lieutenant governor nominee E.W. Jackson told Newsmax TV yesterday that the media has taken all of his anti-gay comments out of context and that his derogatory remarks were only directed at the “rabid radical homosexual activist movement.”

Jackson claimed he has only condemned the “gay rights movement, so-called, the homosexual activists,” which he said has an “absolutely horrendous” record of “desecrating the sacraments” and “engaging in all kinds of demonstrative behavior to try to call attention to what they view as their plight.”

“The rabid radical homosexual activist movement is really trying to fundamentally change our culture and redefine marriage and do a number of things that I just think are not good at all,” Jackson said.

Jackson can scream persecution all he wants, but his past words stand on their own.

Jackson has alleged that homosexuality “poisons culture,” “poisons our children,” “destroys societies” and will bring divine punishment:

He has said that the “homosexual community” is composed of “perverse,” “degenerate” and “very sick people”:

He even suggested that gays and lesbians abuse children in order to make them gay and that an increasing number of black men are “recruited” into homosexuality:

He does realize that these anti-gay remarks are all on tape, right?

Harvey: Children 'Suffer the Most' from Marriage Equality

Following the Supreme Court’s decisions on DOMA and Prop 8, Mission America’s Linda Harvey attacked the “clueless, immoral leadership” of the Supreme Court for breeding “chaos” and not thinking of the children.

“It’s our children, especially those children in the states and the District of Columbia where this is now legal, who will suffer the most because their access to truth is going to be denied,” Harvey said. “Homosexual militants will now have their dreams fulfilled that American children will march to this new tune.”

Harvey even called on parents in marriage equality states to take their kids out of the public school system: “Concerned parents would be wise in same-sex parents states to remove your children from the public schools, things are about to get very oppressive for people of faith.”

Swanson: Gay Marriage Leads to Laptop, Pet Rock Marriages; 'Drags Feces' over Institution of Marriage

Fresh after blaming gays and women wearing hats and pants for the Colorado wildfires, Colorado pastors Kevin Swanson and Dave Buehner on Generations Radio have responded to the Supreme Court’s rulings on DOMA and Prop 8 by predicting the legalization of marriages to inanimate objects.

Harkening back to an earlier program about how Star Trek allegedly promotes bestiality, Buehner claimed that “cross-species” marriages and unions with “non-life forms” will soon become all the rage: “there are some people who love their MacBooks.” Swanson even wondered about people who “want to marry their Pet Rock.”

But don’t get too excited about marrying your laptop or Pet Rock just yet, as Swanson notes that “at this point it’s the destruction of civilization.”

Swanson and Buehner both agreed that gay couples don’t actually want to get married but only seek to “stick a finger in the eye of God and to destroy civilization,” and not to mention “drag feces all over one of the most beautiful things God has created.”

“It’s all about committing cultural suicide,” Swanson explained, “the Supreme Court of the United States took a gun, put it to its own head and pulled the trigger because now we’re looking at a civilization committing suicide.”

Rick Wiles Laments Lack of 'Intelligent Discussion' on Gay Rights, Warns of Gay 'Nazism'

Dr. Den Trumbull, head of a tiny anti-gay professional association called the American College of Pediatricians, clearly isn’t even trying seem like a legitimate medical authority. Case in point: Yesterday, Trumbull appeared on TruNews, where he discussed gay rights with conspiratorial and extremist radio host Rick Wiles. The two focused their conversation on ACP’s opposition to the mainstream and significantly larger American Academy of Pediatrics and its initiative fighting homophobia.

“Science is being left behind” in the AAP’s work, Trumbull warned. Wiles predicted that free speech will soon be criminalized and lamented that “it’s almost impossible to have an intelligent discussion in public about these issues.”

That’s right, the radio talk show host who has repeatedly blamed gays and lesbians for North Korea’s nuclear threats, referred to gay rights laws as “spiritual sodomy” and warned that Rachel Maddow viewers will orchestrate an anti-Christian holocaust is upset about the lack of “intelligent discussion in public” on LGBT issues. Later in the program, Wiles said that the gay rights movement “is like Nazism coming down in this country.”

Trumbull later asserted that “children or teen who subscribe to a lifestyle of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual, and questioning” do not face health challenges like depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation as a result of “stigmata [sic] from society,” but because of “deep-seated internal conflicts that we believe are related to the non-heterosexual orientations.”

He argued that “as many as twenty percent of teens may pass through a phase of sexual preference toward the non-heterosexual persuasion and it’s transient if not validated or encouraged.”

Crouse: Gay Marriage Will Lead to the 'Imprisonment' of Christians

After arguing that gay marriage is a threat to children and community spirit, Janice Shaw Crouse of Concerned Women for America took to the Washington Times today to warn about the approaching “bleak future Christians” in which people of faith will experience “harsh retribution in the form of fines and imprisonment” if gay marriage becomes legal.

Crouse lashed out at “in-your-face media campaigns to normalize homosexual relationships” and pointed to an opinion piece by a Heritage Foundation fellow in CNN.com to claim that the DOMA ruling is a threat to democracy.

“It contradicts centuries of experience across time and cultures for the best family structure for strong nations,” Crouse writes about same-sex unions. “It represents a national experiment in social reconstruction at the expense of our children’s futures and the future of America.”

Regarding the Proposition 8 vote, the Supreme Court, in an instance of legal maneuvering that trumps common sense, said that those sponsoring the California initiative did not have “standing” to defend the constitutional amendment passed by more than 7 million voters. This amounts to the court saying, if we don’t want to address the issue, we simply say you don’t have the right to raise the issue with us. Thus, the California officials who refused to enforce the law got away with rejecting the will of the majority in their state.

In the Defense of Marriage Act vote, the Supreme Court struck down Section 3, which defines marriage as the union between one man and one woman for federal purposes. The narrow victory grants federal benefits to same-sex couples who live in states where such “marriages” are legal. In effect, though, the decision overturns the 1996 action of a bipartisan majority in Congress, even though the decision allows states to determine their own definition of marriage. Even CNN pointed out: “This is a serious loss for federalism and democratic self-government.” Section 2 of DOMA, which remains, makes it clear that no state is required to recognize another state’s same-sex “marriages.”

The technicalities, though, are obscured by the media “victory” won by the homosexual activists. More and more Americans are viewing same-sex “marriage” as inevitable, and the in-your-face media campaigns to normalize homosexual relationships are successfully changing the popular culture.

The bottom line is that the Supreme Court rulings fly in the face of a growing mountain of social science research showing that the best household arrangement for children is a married mom and dad. It contradicts centuries of experience across time and cultures for the best family structure for strong nations. It represents a national experiment in social reconstruction at the expense of our children’s futures and the future of America. These decisions repudiate — with a vengeance — the sacred trust of the Founders who built this great nation “under God” and on a foundation of Judeo-Christian principles that have stood the test of time.

Worse, the rulings warn of a future where Christians will have a choice: Keep silent about their faith or face not just being cast as a social pariah, but harsh retribution in the form of fines and imprisonment. It is hard to envision such an outcome, but the pivotal changes and losses of religious freedom and freedom of speech over the past few years portend a bleak future Christians must take seriously.

Nothing is Safe: Austin Ruse Upset He Had To See a Lesbian on the Food Network

Austin Ruse of C-FAM, the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, filled in for Sandy Rios yesterday on her American Family Association radio program, and quickly proved that he is more than able to fill her shoes. Ruse kicked off the show by recounting a harrowing experience where he had to see a lesbian…with her arm around her wife…on the Food Network.

Ruse said that he started to worry when he realized that one of the chefs on Chopped “looked like a butch lesbian” and put his finger on the remote just in case he got exposed to gayness. “But this is the Food Network so we don’t have anything to worry about, right?” he said.

But it was too late. Despite his best efforts, Ruse and his daughter were forced to see a lesbian couple:

So I didn’t have my hand on the trigger fast enough when they did a hard cut to a backstory about this lesbian chef and don’t you know it she’s got her arm around her ‘wife,’ she refers to her ‘wife,’ and I was too slow in fast-forwarding. My eight-year-old Lucy, sweet Lucy, turned to me and said: ‘Did she say wife?’ And I said, ‘No, I think she meant girlfriend.’ And Lucy said, ‘I think she said life.’ God bless the innocence of this child. But they will not let us off the mat, the ideologies who want to cram this thing down our throats no matter where we go.

And it gets worse. Ruse laments that unwitting children may have had their vacations ruined by an edition of USA Today that featured a gay couple kissing:

The day after the decision of the Supreme Court was a full page photograph of two men kissing on USA Today. This is a paper that lands in front of hotel room doors all over the country, this is vacation time, families open that door, children may have opened this door to see two men kissing. They are making us explain things to our children that we don’t want to explain and they know what they’re doing, they absolutely know what they’re doing.

While Ruse complains about being persecuted by the Food Network, let’s remember that this is same anti-gay activist who condemned the United Nations for investigating “discriminatory laws and practices and acts of violence against individuals based on their sexual orientation and gender identity.”

American Decency Association: Gays Are 'Disgusting'

After claiming that the Supreme Court’s ruling on DOMA was comparable to the attack on Pearl Harbor, the American Decency Association put out a statement today from president Bill Johnson calling gays and lesbians “disgusting.”

“How many men would stoop to having intimacy with another man?” Johnson asks. “How disgusting. How unnatural.”

Johnson adds that homosexuality “defies natural law” and criticizes TV networks for “shoving their pro-homosexual programming down our throats.”

It is unbelievable to me to see how those who lead us lack righteous indignation. They lack righteous indignation. How can this be?

Years ago when network television began shoving their pro-homosexual programming down our throats, some ministries began early to oppose the pro-homosexual movement.

I thought seriously? What’s to worry about? How many men would stoop to having intimacy with another man? How disgusting. How unnatural.

Having sex with someone with the same anatomy as their partner defies natural law. Natural law - God’s law.

Substituting the truth for a lie. Decisions of huge magnitude guided by a lie, by irrationality, foolishness. We are now led by multitudes of so-called leaders who have exchanged the truth for a LIE.

Louie Gohmert Mocks Supreme Court Justices and Gay Marriage Supporters for Believing in Evolution

While Justice Antonin Scalia has problems believing in biology, Rep. Louie Gohmert takes issue with any Supreme Court justice who understands evolution. On last week’s edition of Washington Watch, Gohmert spoke to conservative activist J. Christian Adams about the court’s decisions in the DOMA and Prop 8 cases, which he had previously warned signal the collapse of civilization.

Gohmert reacted to the court’s rulings by quoting “the wisest man in the history of mankind,” King Solomon, while lamenting that his wisdom was “ruined” by engaging in polygamy (which also happens to undermine Gohmert’s case that there was just one definition of marriage in the Bible).

“He should’ve stuck with one man and one wife and I think he’d stay wise the rest of his life,” Gohmert said of Solomon, “but during a period of wisdom he said, ‘There is nothing new under the sun,’ and the holy quintet [the Supreme Court] had not apparently realized that, they really thought this was something new and improved.”

The congressman then delved into the world of philosophy: “From a philosophical standpoint, you know, we got intellectuals on the court who are believed to support the idea that evolution is how mankind got here and there is an ongoing evolution occurring. And I can’t just help but wonder, as these brilliant intellectuals have gotten to this point, how marriage between two men fits into the evolving of producing higher offspring that make the species higher and better.”

Adams added the justices have sought to “change the laws of nature” and “alter what is reality,” while Gohmert referenced a Chiffon margarine commercial to warn the justices that they “shouldn’t mess with Mother Nature.”

Barton: Gay People Will 'Enlist In the Military Just So They Can Have Gay Marriages'

Reiterating false claims he made in an interview with Glenn Beck following the Supreme Court’s ruling on DOMA, David Barton today once again alleged that the Obama administration plans to compel chaplains and Central American nations to administer same-sex marriages against their will.

Barton, speaking on Wallbuilders Live today, suggested that gays and lesbians will now enlist in the armed forces just to get hitched: “Now that there is no longer a definition of marriage as a man and a woman and DOMA’s struck down, guess what? Guess what happens in the military? Guess what is going to happen in the military? Guess who is going to enlist in the military just so they can have gay marriages and force chaplains to do that?”

He accused the State Department of telling other countries that “you gonna have to get on track with gay marriage and you gonna have to get homosexuality in the nation.” And he finally named which Central American country the US is supposedly forcing to legalize same-sex marriage: Belize.

Of course, Barton was completely off base: the State Department criticized Belize over its harsh law criminalizing homosexuality and for unbridled harassment and discrimination against gays and lesbians.

“So the United States has now become an evangelist for gay marriage, homosexual marriage, across the world,” Barton said. “This is unconscionable.”

Feder: Gay Marriage Means America Is 'Doomed to Extinction'

World Congress of Families spokesman Don Feder claims that the Supreme Court’s decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act will legalize polygamy, incest, pedophilia and bestiality, and will ultimately mean that society is “doomed to extinction.” In fact, Feder writes in a column today, “Members of the North American Man-Boy Love Association celebrated [the ruling] by forming a chorus line in trench coats, waving candy bars.”

Feder calls the push for marriage equality “marriage mutilation” and asserts that gays and lesbians are a “breeding ground for all sexually transmitted diseases,” warning that their “death-style” only produces “disease and chaos.”

Oh give me a home where the loving couples roam and constitutionally-protected sexual choices hold sway.

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Section 3 of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which essentially said that if a state was stupid enough to establish ersatz marriage, federal taxpayers weren't required to subsidize the travesty.

Writing for the majority, Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy – Ronald Reagan's most tragic mistake, surpassing even Bush '41 – said the wicked and iniquitous DOMA "places same-sex couples in an unstable position of being in second-tier marriages. The differentiation demeans the couple, whose moral and sexual choices the Constitution protects…."

Of course, the Constitution does no such thing. It no more protects "sexual choices" (under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments) than it creates a sphere of privacy (under the First Amendment) which permits abortion-on-demand. A society incapable of differentiating between a family and a perversion is doomed to extinction. Concurring with DOMA's 5-4 majority, the nation's Love Doctor, Barack Hussein Obama, exalted: "I applaud the Supreme Court's decision to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act. This was discrimination enshrined in law. It treated loving couples as a separate and lesser class of people….We are a people who declared that we are all created equal…. And the love we commit to one another must be equal as well." (Emphasis added.) All the love we "commit" – including polygamous love, incestuous love, "intergenerational" love (pedophilia), cross-species love, and masochistic love (taxpayers voting for Democrats)?

We the People, in whose name the Constitution was ordained and established, have decreed – frequently and volubly, in the only polls that count – that we reject marriage mutilation.

No matter. Windsor makes clear what will be the inevitable outcome of the current charade. Again, from Scalia's dissent: "It takes real cheek for today's majority to assure us, as it is going out the door, that a constitutional requirement to give formal recognition to same-sex marriage is not at issue here – when what has preceded that assurance is a lecture on how superior the majority's moral judgment in favor of same-sex marriage is to the Congresses' hateful moral judgment against it."

Besides democracy, loving couples also trump public health.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (when last I checked, not an arm of the Family Research Council), "men who have sex with men" or MSMs (AKA, male homosexuals), made up 61% of all new HIV cases in 2010, while constituting between 2% and 4% of the male population.

Conservatively, that means male homosexuals are 50 times more likely to become HIV-positive than male heterosexuals. By contrast, a male smoker is only 23 times more likely to develop lung cancer than his non-smoking counterpart.

Loving couples are a breeding ground for all sexually transmitted diseases. Again, according to CDC, a male homosexual is 46 times more likely to contract primary or secondary syphilis than other men. Apparently, all of the love they commit does nothing to ensure anything remotely approaching fidelity and restraint.

One type of family produces children, social order and the future – the other disease and chaos. Which is to be preferred? SCOTUS says differentiation between them is unconstitutionally demeaning.

But government-mandated homosexual marriage is only part of what awaits us. With the gay lobby, there's always the next big thing. They will demand that you endorse their death-style – publicly and on bended-knee. Ultimately, it's about the mailed fist of the state smashing religious liberty and conscience.

During oral arguments, in questioning a lawyer for gay marriage – who claimed that, of course, there would be limits to deconstructing a millennia-old institution – Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor (part of the DOMA majority) asked: "If you say that marriage is a fundamental right, what state restrictions could ever exist? Meaning, what's the restriction with respect to the number of people that could get married, the incest laws – mother and child? What's left?"

The obvious answer is nothing – which is why polygamy advocates welcomed the DOMA decision and members of the North American Man-Boy Love Association celebrated by forming a chorus line in trench coats, waving candy bars.

Renew America: Obama Ushering In The Antichrist and Gay Sharia

Extreme anti-gay columnist Michael Bresciani of Renew America is warning that President Obama is a harbinger of the Antichrist, who will rule over the world with a mix of Sharia law and LGBT rights. In his latest column, Bresciani argues that Obama is part of a long line of evil rulers including Nero and Adolf Hitler, and may be even worse because of his support for same-sex marriage.

Bresciani writes that Obama’s endorsement of marriage equality was the “most defiant, divisive and destructive policy ever presented to any nation in history.”

“The prurient, perverted lifestyle and practices of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender population is the only thing noticeably promoted in the first and second term of Barack Obama,” Bresciani writes. “It is Barack Obama's unique and particular brand of evil, and yet it is being presented as a great win for civil rights.”

After insisting that Obama is “doing everything to prepare the way” for the Antichrist’s future reign, the Renew America columnist wondered if America will soon be governed by Islamic law or become a gaypalooza: “Will it be the free for all of the LGBT with parades and open shows in media and public, or the dark portent of Sharia law where women are entombed in black potato sacks and reduced to the social level of cattle? Will America be a nation ruled by a political party led by Jihadists or a big party put on by the LGBT.”

Every period of time in this world has had its despots, and tyrants who forced their particular brand of evil on those they ruled.

To insult the Jews, Antiochus Epiphanes (Antiochus IV) slew a pig in the most sacred spot in the world for Jewish people, the Holy of Holies.

Herod wanting to please the Romans hoisted up the Roman Eagle over the door of the Temple; which was a clear defilement in the eyes of every Jew.

Later Roman Emperor Nero began killing Christians for sport and to entertain his willing blood thirsty citizens.

Fast forward to modern despots. There are so many we will hone in on the best known. Hitler killed Jews and anyone else who resisted his diabolical Third Reich. Millions died before his twisted schemes could be reined in and Germany brought down to a heap of smoldering rubble.

All successful despots throughout all time have shared one thing in common; they knew that crowd control was not something that you do when everything has gone out of control; it is something you do so it won't ever go out of control. Julius Caesar was known for saying that if you gave people a piece of bread and a spectacle you could do anything you wanted with them.

Enter Barack Obama, unlike any President before him he tosses those with a nanny state mentality a pile of freebies, cuddles up with Hollywood moguls and celebs who keep us titillated and laughing and sits down to dinner with the kings of earth on the taxpayer's dime. His wife flourishes in her role as the queen of America, with TV appearances, worldwide trips and $3,000 per night stays in world-class hotels.

At home DOMA has been dumped due to the dilettante 'evolved' morality of the president and every major guide and tradition has been abandoned for the whims of man with no known accomplishments to his credit and over twenty hidden and never seen documents about his past.

The Bible, the constitution and 6,000 years of human adherence to the laws of nature and common sense regarding marriage have been dumped under the auspices of a single man who has promised a change that is now becoming the most defiant, divisive and destructive policy ever presented to any nation in history.

What contribution has Barack Obama made to American greatness and her way of life on any level? Honesty would convulse if we named any area at all – but one. The prurient, perverted lifestyle and practices of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender population is the only thing noticeably promoted in the first and second term of Barack Obama.

It is Barack Obama's unique and particular brand of evil, and yet it is being presented as a great win for civil rights. It is dragged up and paraded as something akin to the great civil rights struggle of the blacks. At the very least, it is touted as the means by which Obama has streamlined America and brought her into the twenty first century.

The path to a nation's demise and doom has been well catered or pimped depending on your view, but a confetti strewn floor and a few straggling balloons, once the party is over, will hardly be an answer for a nation whose greatness was the most remarkable accomplishment of civil government in the history of the world.

When Obama announced he would not defend DOMA, the courts were weakened and on the fortieth year of the inception of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court made its second worst decision in the nation's history.

The world mocks those who proclaim that antichrist will soon emerge and reign for the last few years of time before the Lord Jesus Christ returns and takes the reins of power away from men. Yet, we have a man said to be the leader of the free world doing everything to prepare the way for such a man.

Yes, the rest of the world is also chomping at the bit to enter the changes that Barack Obama is proposing here in the U.S. To those who understand prophecy that is only proof that the stage is being set for the coming the 'Man of Sin.' (2Th 2: 3)

Will it be the free for all of the LGBT with parades and open shows in media and public, or the dark portent of Sharia law where women are entombed in black potato sacks and reduced to the social level of cattle? Will America be a nation ruled by a political party led by Jihadists or a big party put on by the LGBT. Will the Muslims bring Sharia to Hollywood first to cover up the nudies and thus end the excesses virtually overnight? Which confusion will emerge to take us into the twenty first?

Dobson: Marriage Rulings Will Lead to the Disintegration of Society

On his radio show today, Focus on the Family founder James Dobson discussed the Supreme Court’s marriage equality rulings with Family Research Council president Tony Perkins and Bill Becker, an attorney affiliated with right-wing groups such as the Alliance Defense Fund and the Discovery Institute.

As you could imagine, Dobson was aghast at the decisions, arguing that same-sex marriages “threaten the entire superstructure” of society. “I believe it can come down,” Dobson warned. “This has been devastating. Even if eventually legally we somehow walk it back a bit, I don’t see our ever completely recovering from what has happened here.”

Becker went even further, saying that civilization crumbled the day the court released its rulings: “We’re talking here about the foundation of civilization and I wrote today that I believe we’ve seen the collapse of Western civilization in one day.”

Becker also quoted from Ephesians to suggest that the LGBT rights advocates represent “spiritual forces of evil,” adding that they plan to “indoctrinate” children.

Fischer: New Yorker 'Promoting Child Endangerment and Child Abuse' by Having Bert and Ernie In a 'Homosexual Clinch' (VIDEO)

Expanding on his earlier column, American Family Association spokesman lashed out at The New Yorker for putting Bert and Ernie in a “homosexual clinch” on their new cover. “Ladies and gentlemen they are cuddling on a couch, this is a romantic interlude,” he said.

“I don’t know which is which.” After quoting statistics from the very very very discredited Mark Regnerus study about same-sex parenting, Fischer said, “This is grossly irresponsible for The New Yorker to promote this, they really are promoting child endangerment and they are promoting child abuse.”

Swanson Links Gay Kiss and Women Wearing Hats and Pants to Colorado Forest Fires

Last week on Generations Radio, Colorado pastors Kevin Swanson and Dave Buehner addressed the forest fires hitting their state. They wondered why God was punishing Colorado with the fires, and specifically targeting the heavily conservative city of Colorado Springs.

The two ultimately determined that the forest fires were linked to the state’s liberal abortion laws and the recent success of civil union legislation. Swanson added that a Denver Post photograph of State House Majority Leader Mark Ferrandino kissing his partner also played a role in inviting God’s wrath.

Buehner: Why Colorado Springs? Understand that Colorado itself is a state that has been begging for God’s judgment. How did we do that? Well, we were the first state to make abortion legal; you could murder your baby as long as it’s in your womb.

Swanson: 1967.

Buehner: Gov. Love, a Republican.

Swanson: Two ironies there, not just one, the man’s name was Gov. Love and he’s responsible for killing more babies than probably anybody in the history of this country because he’s the guy who started it.

Buehner: Our legislative session opened up this year and their very first order of business, their most pressing order of business—

Swanson: They could hardly wait, they could hardly wait.

Buehner: Like the very first day, was to pass a civil union bill, which is an uncivil bill.

Swanson: When you have a state where the House leadership is performing a homosexual act on the front page of the Denver Post two months ago? Does God read the Denver Post? Do you think He picks up a copy of the Denver Post? He gets it. God gets the Denver Post.

Buehner concluded that Coloradans should be glad God “hasn’t destroyed the whole state yet” as “an act of grace.” But why were the fires concentrated in Colorado Springs, Buehner asked, “Why not wipe out Boulder or Denver” where all the Democrats live? He answered his own question: “Judgment begins in the House of God.”

Later, Swanson elaborated on the point, saying that Christians have not done a good of a job resisting cultural trends pushed by television shows and fashion. He described a particularly disturbing plane ride he took back from Australia, in which he was forced to look at other people’s airplane TV sets. “I’ve never seen so many breasts in all of my life,” he reported. “Every form of aberrant sexuality and women’s breasts are shown in front of me almost nonstop for fourteen hours.”

After saying that he was a victim of “oppressive” breast exposure, he criticized young men for “doing the metrosexual thing with the skinny pants and the little fairy shoes” and not growing out their facial hair as God commands. But feminism is also to blame, he said, as too many Christian women have embraced feminist fashions like hats and pantsuits.

Buehner: Colorado is asking for judgment and God is delivering it in little pieces. He is very gracious that He hasn’t destroyed the whole state yet; I think that’s an act of grace. But then the question is: of all of Colorado, why Colorado Springs? I mean, Colorado Springs is the Christian mecca. Why not wipe out Boulder or Denver? I mean those people are in more radical rebellion.

Swanson: Oh yeah, they’re Democrats up there.

Buehner: And the answer is: judgment begins in the House of God.

Swanson: Coming back from Australia, I’m stuck in fourteen hours of these visual presentations, sitcoms and stuff, on seventeen screens in front of me and I’ve never seen so many breasts in all of my life. The immodesty going on in our society is far worse than it was back when Cheers, Family Ties and The Cosby Show was playing. I mean every form of aberrant sexuality and women’s breasts are shown in front of me almost nonstop for fourteen hours. It’s just such an oppressive, horrible, horrible world and so many of our young girls in our Christian churches are running down to Wal-Mart and buying the same clothes. These are the sorts of things that I’m bringing out in front of God’s people, I’m saying: how are we going to repent of the sexual sin that is paraded in front of us in the wider culture? Why do we have to submit to theses sexual sins again and again?

I brought up androgyny and how many young boys are running out and doing the metrosexual thing with the skinny pants and the little fairy shoes. They’re working on the gender blender for themselves and they don’t want to look like a man and God is just so upset, He hates it when man are not manly in their approach. 1 Corinthians 6 speaks about homosexuality and feminine behavior and feminine dress for men. God does not want men to be androgynous and feminine like in their approach; He gave them facial hair for a reason.

These are the sorts of things that I preached yesterday because I said, you could just say, ‘well all of the unisex, homosexual, metrosexual stuff that’s out in the world is so bad but we’re not going to repent of anything, we’re not going to look any different, we’re not going to bear any fruits of repentance in the way that we dress and the way that we interact.’ Then I brought out the whole thing on feminism and how feminism has corrupted our women today. I brought out this quote from Forbes magazine, July 27, 2012:

It’s hard to deny the key role that fashion has played in the women’s movement…Ms. Magazine points to New York City women garment workers in the early 20th century who wore hats to signify that they were earning their own money, and thus financially independent. Women in the 1980s adopted a male style of dress—ties, tailored skirt suits, shoulder pads—in order to gain a foothold in the male dominated world of business. And Carol Moseley Braun, the first African American woman elected to the U.S. Senate, wore a pantsuit on the Senate floor in 1993, ending the Senate’s ban on women wearing slacks there.

My question was: Do you resist feminist trends? Do you argue with it? Do you find ways to oppose it? Or do you just succumb to it and just kowtow to feminism? Dave, I’m afraid this stuff is all over the place in our nice little evangelical, reformed, conservative, fundamentalist churches.

Buehner: Kevin my main text this last Lord’s Day: God is a consuming fire.

Gay Legislator Blocked from Speaking in 'Rebellion Against God's Law'

Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Sims, an openly gay legislator, was blocked from speaking on the floor of the state House on Wednesday by a colleague who believed Sims’ plans to speak about the U.S. Supreme Court’s marriage decision would be in "open rebellion against God’s law.”

According to WHYY, Rep. Daryl Metcalfe raised a procedural objection to stop Sims from speaking during a part of the House session in which legislators often give wide-ranging remarks.

"I did not believe that as a member of that body that I should allow someone to make comments such as he was preparing to make that ultimately were just open rebellion against what the word of God has said, what God has said, and just open rebellion against God's law," said Metcalfe, R-Butler.

Metcalf is a far-right legislator who has sponsored a marriage amendment to the state’s Constitution and “birther” legislation, and called for overturning birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment in order to “bring an end to the illegal alien invasion.”

Sims, who said he appreciated the apologies and support he received from other Republican members of the House, has asked the legislature to reprimand Metcalfe for his comments.

Charisma: Satan Using Gay Marriage to Ban Straight Marriage

Charisma news editor Jennifer LeClaire writes today in her column, “Satan’s End-Time Strategy to Outlaw Traditional Marriage in Full Swing,” that “we are in the end times” as a “satanic agenda” will soon “mainstream gay marriage” and “eventually end” marriage between opposite sex couples.

Clearly, our nation is seeing Romans 1 play out before its very eyes because although we know God, we have chosen not to glorify Him (Rom. 1:21).

Our Supreme Court has “exchanged the truth of God for the lie” (v. 25). A growing number of our citizens are fine and dandy with the fact that women exchange "the natural use for what is against nature,” and more are accepting of the fact that men have left "the natural use of the woman" and have "burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful” (vv. 26-27).

Many of our nation's leaders have given in to a “debased mind” (v. 28). Our nation is marked by “all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness” (v. 29). Many of our citizens are “full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful” (vv. 29-31).

Our Supreme Court just opened the door to more of the same. Could it be possible that one day marriage as an institution could be outlawed altogether? I believe that is part of Satan’s end-time strategy.

Paul hints at this in a prophetic letter to his spiritual son, Timothy, more than 2,000 years ago. Paul wrote, “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry” (1 Tim. 4:1-3).

We are in the latter times. We are in the end times even now. And many are indeed departing from the faith. Less than 1 percent of 18- to 23-year-olds have a biblical worldview, according to a recent Barna Group survey. Seven in 10 Protestants ages 18 to 30 who went to church regularly in high school said they quit attending by age 23, LifeWay Research reveals. And the Pew Research Center’s Forum on Religion & Public Life reports that half of former Protestants who left the church said they turned away from their childhood faith because they stopped believing in its teachings—and about 40 percent said they did so because they do not believe in God.

We are in the latter times. We are in the end times even now. And some are indeed giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. Look at the likes of Rob Bell, with his “no hell” theology; John Crowder, with his distorted hypergrace messages; and Carlton Pearson, with his universalistic “gospel of inclusion.” Then there’s the false justice movement that talks about Jesus while holding Bible studies, worship meetings and performing good works—but it’s a different Jesus at the center. These are just a few of the doctrines of demons circulating through the church today that are leading us toward the end-time harlot church.

We are in the latter times. We are in the end times even now. And some are indeed speaking lies in hypocrisy. Some are indeed living with a seared conscience. So the question is, Will 1 Timothy 4:3 be the next part of this prophetic Scripture to come to pass? Will we see governments forbidding marriage? I believe it’s inevitable as we get closer to the Second Coming of Christ. I believe the institution of traditional marriage will come under attack in parts of the earth as the deceptive gay marriage agenda continues to gain momentum.

Today’s rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court are about more than allowing gays to tap into federal benefits that, until now, were reserved for couples in traditional marriages. Today’s rulings set into motion a dynamic that could mainstream gay marriage in this nation sooner than later—and forward the satanic agenda to eventually end a godly institution that’s almost as old as the world itself.

WND: Obama Wants Kids 'Brainwashed into Believing They're Homosexuals' and 'Emulating Street Thugs'

Columnist Mychal Massie is convinced President Obama is turning kids into gay street thugs through public school brainwashing…and it probably goes without saying that the venue he has chosen to publicize this revelation is WorldNetDaily. In his column, Massie compares Obama to “the serpent that beguiled Eve in the Garden” and one of the snakes Saint Patrick drove out of Ireland, before pouncing on the bogus claim that Obama made comments attacking parochial schools while visiting Northern Ireland.

“True to his petulant, narcissistic sociopathy, he chose to lash out at the Catholic Church,” Massie writes, adding that “Obama would rather have children from grades K through 5 to grow up with instruction about homosexuality” and learn “about abortion and birth control devices.”

Besides learning about homosexuality and abortion, according to Massie, kids won’t learn much else in Obama’s schools: “He wants children to grow up in failing schools with poorly educated teachers providing even less instruction than they themselves had received…. Having children brainwashed into believing they’re homosexuals and lesbians, emulating street thugs and graduating from high school with minimal reading, math and comprehension skills is not what we want for our progeny.”

Saint Patrick may have been recognized for driving the snakes out of Ireland, but this past week one of them slithered back in. Obama is the personification of an elapid that is now without the appendages some believe the serpent that beguiled Eve in the Garden had possessed before it was made to slither upon the ground. That said, he has not shed the character of the personage incarnate in that first serpent.

But Obama sees Catholic schools as the bane to social stability and antagonistic toward his worldview and social order. He said, “If towns remain divided – if Catholics have their schools and Protestants have theirs, if we can’t see ourselves in one another and fear or resentment are allowed to harden – that too encourages division and discourages cooperation.”

I am convinced that his words were carefully chosen and intended to undermine the authority of the Catholic Church while providing him a thin veneer of deniability.

Obama is deeply resentful of the stand the Catholic Church has taken against his health-care legislation. And true to his petulant, narcissistic sociopathy, he chose to lash out at the Catholic Church before the audience he did.

Obama had his educational purview shaped by the Marxist pedophile Frank Marshall Davis, Saul Alinsky and Jeremiah Wright. That does not mean we should allow his views to corrupt ours.

Catholic-school education remains one of the finest educations children can receive. I applaud the verbiage of the archbishop when he said, “Catholic education provides young people with a wonderful opportunity to grow up with Jesus.” Obama would rather have children from grades K through 5 to grow up with instruction about homosexuality. He would rather have children grow up as his daughters (according to the words from his mouth), learning about abortion and birth control devices. He wants children to grow up in failing schools with poorly educated teachers providing even less instruction than they themselves had received.

But for those of us who believe that the Word of God is final and that Christ-centered education is critical, the words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:33 are undeniable truth. Paul wrote, “Be not deceived: evil company corrupts good morals.” Having children brainwashed into believing they’re homosexuals and lesbians, emulating street thugs and graduating from high school with minimal reading, math and comprehension skills is not what we want for our progeny.

Solomon: Obama Is Gay and a Wannabe Drag Queen

Stan Solomon interviewed antifeminist icon Phyllis Schlafly last week to rail against the women’s movement. When Schlafly repeated her claim that feminists “control the Obama administration,” it gave Solomon the opportunity to go one step further: “Barack Obama is a wussy guy who throws a ball like a girl, who everyone knows was involved in homosexuality and I think he is the stereotypical—if he could get away with it he’d be in drag. I don’t think he’s a man at all and he leads a whole group of men that are that way.”

Schlafly, whose son is gay, didn’t address Solomon’s, er, colorful claims, but criticized Obama for “catering to the gay political agenda” and said that an unsuccessful marriage equality bill in Illinois was a “defeat for the gays” and their fight against “real marriage.”

Steve Deace Fantasizes about Assaulting Jason Collins

Anti-gay talk show host Steve Deace is still reeling about Jason Collins’ decision to come out of the closet, and on the Friday edition of his radio program, even fantasized about assaulting him. Collins had been engaged to a woman when he was closeted and while his former fiancée Carolyn Moos said that she was “shocked” by his announcement, she hopes Collins can be “happy” and “stay true to who he really is, inside and out.”

But Deace had a much uglier response, saying that if was her father, it would be a good thing we “have a waiting period to buy a handgun” and saying that Collins would have “an indentation from the side of his face, permanently ensconced on my knuckles.”

He then turned right around, did a fundraiser with Michelle Obama and now is doing LGBT promotion, and that’s really what this in the end is all about. If a guy was having sex with your daughter for years while he was also having sex with other guys, asked her to marry him, then called off the wedding but then said he wanted to stay engaged to get married at some point in the future, and engaged in this behavior for six, seven, eight years, hey dad, would that guy be a trailblazing hero to you? No, he’d be a real good reason why maybe we have to have a waiting period to buy a handgun, that’s what he’d be. He’d be an indentation from the side of his face, permanently ensconced on my knuckles, that’s what he’d be to most dads. That’s what Jason Collins did to his girlfriend, but he’s a hero, when Jason Collins does it, we call him a hero.

Tony Perkins Attacks Red Sox for Hosting 'Pride Night,' Lauds Museum that Discriminates Against Same-Sex Family

Family Research Council president Tony Perkins joined MassResistance president Brian Camenker in condemning the Boston Red Sox for hosting a “Pride Night,” which included Jason Collins throwing out the ceremonial first pitch. Red Sox fans gave Collins a standing ovation, despite Perkins’ erroneous claim that “most parents object to” gay rights. Perkins quoted Camenker in calling homosexuality “destructive” and called on fans to tell the franchise not to “bombard families with a controversial message.”

This month, the Red Sox are delivering a new pitch--for homosexual rights. Hello, I'm Tony Perkins with the Family Research Council in Washington. The Red Sox may have won their game on June 6th, but they sure struck out with some fans. People who paid to watch baseball had to sit through a celebration of homosexuality, too. For the first time in franchise history, Boston decided to host "Pride Night" and bombard families with a controversial message. Jason Collins, the openly gay NBA player, threw out the first pitch. And the Sox even donated a portion of the proceeds to a radical LGBT group. Unfortunately for parents, the team kicked off its "Calling All Kids" program the same night, meaning that a lot of children were exposed to an agenda--and a topic--most parents object to. "For a professional sports team to promote behavior that's destructive," said conservative Brian Camenker, "... is problematic." Let's hope the Sox hear from a lot of fans who tell Fenway that's no way to run a franchise!

While Perkins was upset that the Red Sox welcomed gay fans, he thanked a Florida museum that discriminated against a family headed by same-sex partners by revoking their “family membership.” He even accused the parents of persecuting the museum:

At a Jacksonville children's museum, they've got one thing on display: religious conviction. Hello, I'm Tony Perkins with the Family Research Council in Washington. When it comes to the family, there are no substitutions. That's what a Florida children's museum tried to explain to a lesbian couple, who wanted a family discount. We're sorry, the director said, but the museum's policies are very specific about families needing a mom and a dad. So is Florida law, which defines marriage as a union of a man and woman. So when a mom put her name where the application said "dad," the office was justified in saying no. The difference was only $10, but that didn't matter to the woman, who shouted down the director and threatened to sue. In a statement, the museum said it did nothing wrong by making a policy consistent with their religious beliefs. These days, people care more about political correctness than right and wrong. And if America isn't careful, this museum's freedom will be just another relic from a bygone age.

In his October newsletter, Focus on the Family founder James Dobson has a pretty clear message: Because of gay rights, America is at risk of joining Pompeii and Ancient Rome in the ranks of societies “so corrupted by evil that divine judgment eventually destroys them.” “We have not yet reached the depravity of Sodom and Gomorrah, but that appears to be where we are headed,” Dobson warns, citing the Supreme Court’s decision striking down “sodomy” laws and subsequent lower court decisions preventing marriage discrimination. “His justice will... On his “Trunews” radio program last week, right-wing conspiracy theorist Rick Wiles argued that American voters are now powerless against the Obama administration, warning his listeners that, regardless of how the midterm elections play out, they should anticipate the “iron fist of tyranny” from the “mac daddy” president as he tries to maintain political power. “If Barry Soetoro’s socialist Democrats win, against all odds and common sense and history, we’ll know that America’s elections are rigged,” he said. “On the other... Minnesota activist and Michele Bachmann pal Bradlee Dean reacted on his radio show Saturday to the incident in Houston in which a group of Religious Right activists sued the city over an LGBT-inclusive nondiscrimination ordinance and a number of pastors who had helped collect signatures to repeal the bill received subpoenas. Dean declared that the Houston hubbub was “a prime example” of his claim that “the homosexual agenda is there to upend your sovereignty.” He argued that Houston Mayor Annise Parker, who is a lesbian, backed the nondiscrimination law in order... In an interview last week on Voice of Christian Youth America’s “Crosstalk” radio program, Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality denounced President Obama as “the most pro-homosexual president in our history.” LaBarbera told host Vic Eliason that Obama has “homosexualized our military” and “has done great damage to the morality of this country by helping persuade people that this sin is okay through his actions of helping to normalize homosexuality.” “So Barack Obama will have to answer to God for all that he... In an interview with an Iowa newspaper this week, Rep.
