Rand Paul Is For Immigration Reform In Principle, But Won't Support It

A new flurry of stories is hailing Sen. Rand Paul as “pro-immigration reform,” despite the fact that the Kentucky Republican actually opposed a bipartisan reform bill.

In fact, Paul opposed the Senate immigration reform bill even after it was amended to include a border “surge” amendment, because he said the amendment — which Sen. John McCain said would give the U.S. the “most militarized border” since the Berlin Wall — didn’t go far enough. As the bill was being debated, Paul also played into right-wing fears by claiming that undocumented immigrants were being given greater rights than American citizens.

In an interview with the anti-immigrant website WorldNetDaily yesterday, Paul’s spokesman Brian Darling insisted that while Paul appeared on a conference call with a conservative immigration reform group this week, he did not “advocate for the passage of anything.”

Darling also disputed a press release from the pro-immigration group, the Partnership for a New American Economy, which announced that Sen. Paul was “throwing his political weight behind an establishment lobby effort to get Congress to reform the country’s immigration system this year.”

He told WND that Paul’s staff “never approved any Partnership press release that said Rand Paul was going to push for immigration reform legislation this year, and we specifically asked them not to put that in any press release.”

So there you have it: Paul supports immigration reform with words, but won’t vote for a reform bill or propose one himself.

“Sen. Rand Paul never embraced amnesty on the call,” his office stated in an email. “Sen. Paul has never advocated for amnesty in any other forum and he voted against the Senate immigration bill.

“As a matter of fact, Sen. Paul offered an amendment on the immigration bill last year to strengthen border security by forcing annual votes in Congress before any benefits from the bill were authorized,” the statement said.

A press release issued by Partnership for a New American Economy announced Paul joined Norquist “to talk about immigration reform and the Senator’s ideas to strengthen border security, reform existing immigration laws for employers and attempt to find common ground on smaller immigration related matters.”

The Washington Times published a story Wednesday on the conference call with the headline “Rand Paul throws weight behind immigration reform effort.” The Times said Paul, on the heels of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s stunning primary defeat, “on Wednesday waded deeper into an issue that has proved perilous to some of his GOP colleagues, throwing his political weight behind an establishment lobby effort to get Congress to reform the country’s immigration system this year.”

Brian Darling, a spokesman for Paul, told WND the Times story mischaracterized Paul’s position.

“He didn’t go on any call to advocate for the passage of anything,” Darling said. “He was just there to talk about his views on the issue, which he’s talked about a million times before.”

Darling told WND the Partnership for a New American Economy had sent a version of its press release to him, and it was supposed to be changed.

“The one I saw was totally different from the Partnership’s press release that I approved,” he said. “I did see one version of it, and the version they published is different. The version that said Rand Paul was on the call to push for immigration reform this year was not approved. Not only was it not approved, we flagged that and told them, do not publish that in any press release.”

He said Paul’s office “never approved any Partnership press release that said Rand Paul was going to push for immigration reform legislation this year, and we specifically asked them not to put that in any press release.”

Paul Gosar Cites Eric Cantor's Defeat As A Reason House GOP Should Try To Impeach Eric Holder

Paul Gosar, the Republican congressman from Arizona who recently called for the impeachment of Attorney General Eric Holder, told WorldNetDaily’s Greg Corombos yesterday that Holder should be impeached over Benghazi, immigration, Fast & Furious, Guantanamo Bay and “violating criminal smuggling laws.”

He also pointed to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s primary defeat as a reason that congressional Republicans should pursue Holder’s impeachment: “This is growing by leaps and bounds. People are fed up, we saw the election last night, people are scared and they are angry.”

Steve King And Steve Stockman Warn 'Leninist' Obama Is 'Flooding The Border With Illegals'

Republican congressmen Steve King and Steve Stockman chatted with the far-right website WorldNetDaily yesterday, where they praised Eric Cantor’s GOP primary defeat and blamed President Obama for an increase in border crossings by young people, mainly from Central America.

King and Stockman agreed that Obama is using “a Cloward-Piven maneuver” to “flood” the country with immigrants in order to increase the share of the Democratic vote, particularly in Texas.

Stockman called Obama a “Leninist,” while King said that the U.S. could “send in George Patton and the Third Army” as in “the Battle of the Bulge.”

“I do feel this attempt to flood the border with illegals is a playing out of the Cloward-Piven theory,” said Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa.

“If you don’t see them bring reinforcements down there to seal the border, that means that, yes, it’s a Cloward-Piven maneuver to flood the country until we get to the point where we are an open-borders country that welcomes everybody, legal and illegal,” he told WND.

Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, agreed that Obama – who studied the chaos strategy at Columbia, according to a classmate – “is trying to do a Cloward-Piven thing with the border.”

“Obama follows all the far-left, Leninist, socialist-type stuff,” Stockman told WND.

He said it’s “an open secret Obama is trying to flood Texas with illegals to make it into a blue state,” with a Democrat majority.

“If we lose Texas, and it becomes like California, then the Republicans lose the chance of ever getting a Republican elected president,” the Texas lawmaker warned.

King agreed that one of the aims of the illegal-alien flood is to turn Texas into a Democrat state.

“You or I could shut that thing down in less than a week,” he said. “Instead of busing and flying illegals out of Texas, you fly enforcement people in.”

King said that while the U.S. is spending $7 a mile to defend the border, “we need to take people to plug the leak.”

“It’s the Battle of the Bulge down there, and you send in George Patton and the Third Army to relieve the surrounded 101st Airborne,” King said.

King said the shocking primary defeat Tuesday of House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor in Virginia was about immigration.

“The voters stepped up and supported a candidate who has done an excellent job of articulating how important it is to restore the rule of law as a component of American exceptionalism,” he said, referring to tea-party candidate David Brat.

Cantor has expressed support for the principles of Obama’s proposed DREAM Act, which would grant amnesty to illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as children.

“The establishment will try to spin this, but Cantor’s loss reflects a voter rejection of amnesty, and it should put the brakes on any effort to move amnesty legislation in the House,” King said.

Stockman said the “key to Cantor losing was that the conservatives – including talk radio – united behind one candidate instead of what happened in my race where you had different people on our side supporting different GOP candidates.”

Conservative Activist Mocks Threat Of Far-Right Violence As A 'Bogeyman' Same Day As Las Vegas Extremist Shooting

The same day that shooters reportedly motivated by far-right conspiracy theories killed three people in Las Vegas, conservative pundit Horace Cooper appeared on WorldNetDaily’s Radio America to claim that far-right violence is a “complete and total bogeyman.”

Cooper spoke to host Greg Corombos about Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to relaunch the Domestic Terrorism Executive Committee in the wake of incidents such as the anti-Semitic shooting in Kansas City and the attack on a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

He claimed that any focus on far-right violence is really “an attempt to marginalize” opponents of the Obama administration, remarks reminiscent of the right-wing smear campaign to discredit a Department of Homeland Security report [PDF] on domestic extremism.

Cooper is affiliated with several conservative groups including Project 21, the American Civil Rights Union and the National Center for Public Policy Research and was implicated in the Jack Abramoff scandal. He pleaded guilty to falsifying documents while serving as an official in the Bush administration.

Cooper: To shift the resources away from the threat that’s real to this theoretical problem is I think harmful to the safety of Americans and is more about a political agenda than it is in protecting Americans.

Corombos: What do you ultimately think that agenda is?

Cooper: It appears that there’s an attempt to marginalize people who hold views that are sharply different from those of the administration and much of the establishment.

Cooper: We’re particularly bothered by the mixing together so-called domestic insurrectionists and racists. There is simply no anti-black or anti-minority underground movement in America that is threatening in any way the stability of our government, the stability of our local governments, that is just a complete and total bogeyman.

WorldNetDaily Columnist 'Read Somewhere' That Obama 'Was Registered As A Muslim In Hawaii'

Former “700 Club” host Ben Kinchlow, now a columnist for WorldNetDaily, is citing the release of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl to suggest that President Obama is a secret Muslim.

Kinchlow knows this to be true because he “read somewhere that the president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama II, was registered as a Muslim in Hawaii.”

Finally, the first words, at the White House announcement, by the father of Sgt. Bergdahl were in Arabic: “bism allah alrahman alraheem“ (“in the name of Allah the most gracious and most merciful” – the opening words of every chapter of the Quran, except one).

Didn’t the president know enough Arabic, and the Quran, to know that? I read somewhere that the president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama II, was registered as a Muslim in Hawaii, was taught by Muslim teachers during two-hour weekly religion classes and in a speech in Egypt referred to “the Azan as one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset,” and said in his book, “Audacity of Hope,” “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction” (Page 261, paperback edition).

According to Clare Lopez, a former CIA operations officer, a strategic policy and intelligence expert with focus on Middle East national defense, WMD and counter terrorism issues, Bergdahl, “By uttering these words on the grounds, sanctified the White House and claimed it for Islam.” She continued, “There is no question but POTUS knows this.” (Lopez email to Allen West.)

And the president of the United States says?

Very interesting.

While living in Indonesia, Obama attended a secular public school and a Roman Catholic school, where he was registered as a Muslim because his step-father was a Muslim, even though he was not practicing. “[T]he school most likely registered children based on the religion of their father,” the Chicago Tribune reports, adding that Obama only participated in Catholic prayers.

Alan Keyes Claims Gay Rights Will Lead To 'Self-Inflicted Genocide' And 'Suicide For Humanity'

Alan Keyes, who is apparently under the impression that gay rights laws will turn everybody gay and create a childless society, writes today in WorldNetDaily that gay rights advocates are promoting the “extinction of humanity.”

In a column titled “Homosexual ‘Rights’: Suicide For Humanity?,” Keyes alleges that gay rights have no place in America because “the homosexual couple is not engaged in the act of human procreation.”

“If genocide is wrong for this or that race of human beings, how can self-inflicted genocide be right for humanity as a whole?” he asks.

As individuals, some human beings may find this activity intensely gratifying. But considered on the whole, in terms of its consequences, it implies the nonexistence of humanity. The homosexual couple is not engaged in the act of human procreation. Their activity is not haunted by the possibility of human offspring. It does not imply the reification of their responsibility for the future of humanity as such. The pleasurable satisfaction it involves does not draw individuals away from their particular selves toward a concrete physical union (in the child they conceive) that represents the perpetuation of their being as a whole, their human being. Their ecstasy is more like the highest pitch given off by a guitar string just before the turn of the tuning peg that causes it to break.

This simultaneous respect for the nature of the individual as a whole and the nature constituted by the whole of all such individuals is the hallmark of the natural law. Human sexual activity in the true sense (i.e., the activity of human procreation) is the concrete paradigm of this respect. Respect for the nature of human sexual activity, therefore, implies respect for the authority of the natural law. The special combination of human faculties allows human beings to act without such respect. But just as homosexual activity implies the extinction of humanity as such, so acting without respect for the natural law implies the extinction of humanity as a whole.

This reveals the supreme irony of the contemporary debate over law-enforced respect for so-called homosexual rights. In their clamor about global warming, poverty or an end to racism, those who advocate such respect pretend to be “humanitarians.” Yet they seek to discard our respect for the activity that implements the law (of the Creator) intended to preserve and perpetuate the nature of humanity as, in and of ourselves, we know it to be.

We do not forbid people to fly because they are born without wings. So the advocates of law-enforced respect for homosexuality may argue. But if and when they propose that, as a species, we should, like Icarus, fly into the sun, what then? If genocide is wrong for this or that race of human beings, how can self-inflicted genocide be right for humanity as a whole?

WorldNetDaily Explains How To Gay-Proof Your Kids

WorldNetDaily published a column today by Philip Irvin on “tactics for helping inoculate kids against homosexuality.”

Irvin runs a rudimentary website called Imploding Gay Power: No Way Born Gay, where he advises parents to tell their kids about “the absurdity of the ‘born gay’ idea,” which he posits will then spread around the child’s school until nobody is gay anymore. He also advises readers not to trust scientific studies on sexual orientation or the claims made by gay people themselves.

His claims also rely on ex-gay canards about homosexuality being a choice: “A choice becomes a habit, then a compulsion, and then an addiction.”

It might appear that the best way to deploy the tool of logical reasoning would be to share this information with pro-family activists or with friends. But what would we expect them to do? Use it to argue with gay activists? Nobody enjoys arguing with gay activists or appreciates being given tools with the implied injunction to enter the fray.

Rather, the targeted audience for this material is someone who would use it to protect rather than confront. These would be parents, uncles, grandparents, or anyone involved with youth, particularly parents whose kids will be exposed to the increasingly powerful and seductive voices of homosexuality. These adults can use this material to show their children the absurdity of the “born gay” idea.

When Dad shares this information with his son Johnny who may not be at risk of believing he is gay, Johnny is going to share this with his friend Sam who is at risk, and together they will talk to Bill. Eventually, this is going to find its way to the school principal who is forced to confirm that disseminating this material does not constitute bullying. This will lead to the discussions at the Gay Students Club, whose members are powerless to refute these arguments. Eventually, support for the gay agenda is crippled with the collapse of the “born gay” fallacy.

David Kupelian Says Revulsion To 'Yucky' Michael Sam Kiss 'Is Something Of God'

WorldNetDaily managing editor David Kupelian argued this weekend that the negative reactions to Michael Sam kissing his boyfriend on TV actually came from God.

“If you take a 5-year-old who looks at that and he says, ‘Ick, that’s gross,’ that is something of God, of innocence, goodness and wholesomeness in that child who sees something yucky,” he told “Mission America” host Linda Harvey.

He alleged that the “gay agenda” wants to “confuse” children, thereby “destroying that child’s mind and soul for life.”

Even though Kupelian’s boss, WorldNetDaily founder and editor Joseph Farah, wants to recriminalize homosexuality, Kupelian said conservatives like him “could care less if the people down the street from me are gay.”

Louie Gohmert Claims Obama Is 'Empowering Radical Islamists' Like Boko Haram

Louie Gohmert, an actual congressman, took to WorldNetDaily today to allege that President Obama is “empowering radical Islamists” including the Nigerian group Boko Haram.

The Texas Republican suggested that Obama should fight Boko Haram just like how “Bush went after the Taliban” with “a few hundred special ops and intelligence personnel” to “totally defeat them.” The US is still fighting the Taliban to this day.

A congressman is warning that Barack Obama’s terrorism policies not only appease Islamic jihadists such as the al-Qaida-linked Boko Haram, they empower such radicals, possibly contributing to the abduction of almost 300 Nigerian schoolgirls last month.

The policies also may have led to the murder of a family two years ago in the village where the girls attended school.

“As someone whose cousins were Christian missionaries in Africa, I have a difficult time watching the current administration appear to spend more time empowering radical Islamists in various countries than defending or protecting Christians,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, told WND.

Gohmert proposes a quick and uncomplicated solution to what policymakers are calling a religious cleansing at the hands of radical Islamic groups in northern African countries such as Nigeria.

“If this administration went after Boko Haram the way Bush went after the Taliban, a few hundred special ops and intelligence personnel could be embedded, give air support, then totally defeat them without repeating the Bush administration’s mistake when they added tens of thousands of troops that became ‘occupiers,’ and engaged in nation-building,” Gohmert said.

“We can and should help Nigerians defeat radical Islamists, then get out,” he said.

WorldNetDaily Pundit Wants To Put Obama In Jail

Recognizing that the process of impeaching and removing President Obama from office is a “dead end,” far-right WorldNetDaily columnist Jack Wheeler suggests today that Republican politicians move instead to prosecute the president for purportedly violating the Constitution’s Appropriations Clause.

“All patriots now have the opportunity to actively encourage Republican governors to have their state prosecute the president,” Wheeler writes. If successful, “Mr. Obama can be thrown out of office and go to jail.”

There are many barriers to impeachment. First is, you need Congress to do it. The invertebrates who run the GOP don’t have the spine for it. Second, impeachment is merely the indictment, issued by a House majority. That’s a many month-long arduous process. The actual trial is held by the Senate. Even if the GOP gains majority this November, it will be nowhere near the 67 votes to convict required by the Constitution.

So impeachment is a dead end. We need a law – a federal law on the books that bypasses Congress and for which you do not need the Justice Department to prosecute. It turns out there is just such a law. Here’s the law’s background.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 7, of the United States Constitution states:

“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”

This is the “Power of the Purse” clause, which Article I, Section 7, Clause 1, makes clear is exclusively held by the House:

“All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.”

But how do you enforce this power? Here is what may well be the single most important question to ask in America today:

Given that the current President of the United States is determined to bypass the House’s appropriation authority and spend gigantic sums on whatever programs he wants or enforcing whatever executive orders he issues, is there an enforcement mechanism for his violating the power of the purse clauses in the Constitution?

The answer is yes. There is a federal law that specifically codifies the power of the purse clauses and provides specific punishment for their violation by any “officer or employee of the United States government.”

This punishment is “suspension from duty without pay or removal from office,” and up to two years in federal prison.

Mr. Obama needs to be prosecuted in violation of the Antideficiency Act. He can be criminally prosecuted, per §1350, for knowingly and willfully violating it.

If a State, at the direction of its governor and attorney general, initiated criminal proceedings against the president as an officer and employee of the United States government for willfully violating the Antideficiency Act, the case per the Original Jurisdiction clause, must bypass all lower courts and go directly to the Supremes.

The opportunity is there on a platinum platter for Texas Gov. Rick Perry. Or Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. Or any GOP governor wanting to fire up his 2016 presidential ambitions with rocket fuel.

We have the Constitution and the specific federal law to put an end to the tyranny. It’s time to go on offense. All patriots now have the opportunity to actively encourage Republican governors to have their state prosecute the president and to help conservative law firms build their case.

The Antideficiency Act is the means by which Mr. Obama can be thrown out of office and go to jail. Let’s use it.

Larry Klayman Is Determined 'To Get The Truth' On Whether Obama Is 'Blackmailing' John Roberts

Larry Klayman may have absolutely no evidence to prove that President Obama used NSA surveillance to blackmail Chief Justice John Roberts into writing the Supreme Court’s decision upholding the Affordable Care Act, but the conservative legal activist claims he is just asking the question and pledges to “get the truth on this.”

And if Obama is (maybe) blackmailing Roberts, Klayman said in an interview with WorldNetDaily radio host Aaron Klein this weekend, then you know Hillary Clinton will probably take it to the next level.

“Unfortunately, there’s no way to sue the Supreme Court for decisions that it makes. There should be, and there should be a way to remove these justices for making decisions like that,” explained Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch who now heads Freedom Watch.

“But let’s take this possibility: Why did Chief Justice Roberts at the eleventh hour change his decision? He was going to side with the other justices and find that Obamacare was unconstitutional. Is it something that was dug up on him by the NSA or the CIA? Was that used against him to blackmail him?

“These are the kinds of things [the government is doing], and that’s why it’s so scary what’s going on with the NSA and the CIA. It can happen in a democracy. So that may help explain it, and perhaps we can reach these issues through the NSA cases that we brought, the NSA/CIA cases. I intend to get the truth on this.”

“If the government wants to destroy you, it has to access the information that it can use to do it, and that’s why this is so frightening. [It has] a greater capability than King George III had in 1776. The tyranny is greater today than it was at the time of the American Revolution.”

Regarding the status of the legal cases against government spying, Klayman said, “The bottom line is this: Our so-called government is trying to delay final adjudication of the constitutionality of the CIA and NSA’s programs, and as a ruse, President Obama is claiming he wants to make modifications to those programs. They’re not modifications at all.”

Klayman also said it’s not just the Obama administration citizens should be concerned about.

“Can you imagine Hillary Clinton having the power to use this?” he asked.

Joseph Farah Warns Gay Athletes Like Michael Sam Will Harm 'Innocent Children'

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is upset about “the recent flood of self-outings” by gay athletes. In a column today, Farah suggests that gay athletes stay closeted, while at the same time wondering “why the announcement of a preference and practice of a certain type of sexual activity is considered a heroic act.”

He concludes that since “it is especially cool to be a ‘gay’ athlete,” Americans must be valuing “abhorrent sex” over “innocent children.”

In his first major televised interview on the situation on his friend Arsenio Hall’s show, [Magic] Johnson vehemently and even pridefully denied being homosexual – and was cheered by the studio audience.

Why is this significant 23 years later?

Because today sports stars who say they are “gay” are treated like heroes by sports franchises, the media and the public as well. Back in 1991, that clearly wasn’t the case.

It was always cool to be an athlete. But now it is especially cool to be a “gay” athlete. Consider the recent flood of self-outings:

• Robbie Rogers became the first openly “gay” male athlete to play in a professional American sporting match last year when he took the field for Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy during a match against the Seattle Sounders.
• Sheryl Swoopes, a retired WNBA star and coach of the Loyola University Chicago’s women’s basketball team, came out in 2005.
• Brittney Griner, selected No. 1 in the 2013 WNBA draft by the Phoenix Mercury, is openly “gay.”
• In an exclusive interview with CNN, former San Francisco 49ers player Kwame Harris came out as “gay” after rumors circulated in the media.
• Gareth Thomas of Wales spoke about being gay to a British news channel in 2009.
• Germany’s openly “gay” Judith Arndt won the silver medal in cycling at the 2012 Olympics.

What’s the takeaway? What am I suggesting?

• I believe there it is unhealthy for a society to obsess over sex – especially abhorrent sex. Let me say it loud and clear for all those professional athletes who have been forcibly muzzled by their franchises under cartel control.
• It wasn’t long ago that most Americans would have agreed that homosexual activity is sinful. I don’t know what the polls show today – or even if anyone would dare conduct such a poll. Today, our culture celebrates sin. I’ll let you decide for yourself if that’s a good thing.
• Innocent children are among the most enthusiastic consumers of sports. Has anyone besides Derrick Ward considered the impact this shift in cultural sensitivities has on them?
• And, lastly, can someone please explain to me why the announcement of a preference and practice of a certain type of sexual activity is considered a heroic act? I don’t get it. I’m eager to hear from those who agree or disagree.

Jesse Lee Peterson Calls For NFL Boycott Over Michael Sam's 'Mouth Kissing'

Conservative talk show host Jesse Lee Peterson is urging conservative Christians to boycott the NFL over Michael Sam’s “mouth kissing” and “abnormal behavior,” which he believes is “an attack on masculinity and the traditional family.”

Furious at “the disrespect and lack of judgment Michael Sam showed for families and children when he decided to pull that gross stunt on national TV,” Peterson told readers of his Sunday WorldNetDaily column that “if you’re still spending money on games, souvenirs and supporting the NFL brand and you call yourself a Christian, you’re a liar and the truth is not in you.”

He warned that Sam’s “abnormal,” “flamboyant homosexual lifestyle” will inevitably turn the US into a police state like North Korea.

Millions of American families were caught off-guard by the disturbing televised image of black football player Michael Sam and his “boyfriend,” Vito Cammisano, mouth kissing after the St. Louis Rams drafted Sam. The liberal press is celebrating Sam for being the first openly gay player in the NFL.

The world has become one upside-down place! Christians are being slammed while homosexuals are being lifted up. An example is the treatment of the Benham Brothers. David and Jason Benham were set to launch their new home-renovation show, “Flip It Forward,” on HGTV, but the show was yanked because of their pro-traditional marriage and pro-life views.

GLADD [sic] and other LGBT homosexual groups are using Michael Sam’s race and his sexuality to force black Americans and, by extension, all Americans to accept an abnormal lifestyle. This is not about tolerance or diversity – it’s an attack on masculinity and the traditional family.

Respect? Have the Miami Dolphins and the NFL lost their minds? What about the disrespect and lack of judgment Michael Sam showed for families and children when he decided to pull that gross stunt on national TV?

Michael Sam says he wants to be judged for his performance on the field, yet it’s clear his real passion is promoting his flamboyant homosexual lifestyle. Sam is hawking pro-gay, rainbow-colored “Stand with Sam” T-shirts and paraphernalia on his website.

He secretly inked a deal with Oprah Winfrey’s network to do a documentary about his “life” without notifying his new team. Thank God, as a result of the negative reaction from players, the documentary has now been postponed.

It’s not hateful for Dolphins player Don Jones to point out that Sam’s gay mouth kissing was “horrible”; it was spot on! The team’s overreaction is an attack on free speech, and it will have a chilling effect across the league. We expect this kind of assault on individual freedom in communist North Korea, not in the United States!

They want respect for their way of life, but they don’t want to respect our way of life. If they can kill free speech and silence these guys, they can silence you, too!

I don’t know how Christian men can watch the NFL after the league’s cavalier disregard for decency and after the punishment they’re dishing out to players who exercise their freedom of speech. If you’re still spending money on games, souvenirs and supporting the NFL brand and you call yourself a Christian, you’re a liar and the truth is not in you!

Brian Camenker: 'Massively Destructive' GLSEN Pushes 'Psychologically Penetrating' School Programs

MassResistance head Brian Camenker is furious that several corporations are sponsoring a youth summit organized by the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN). The Religious Right activist told WorldNetDaily yesterday that the companies are supporting “massively destructive and offensive things.”

Earlier this week, Camenker's group issued a report warning of GLSEN’s “radical homosexual and transgender psychological propaganda” in schools: “It has set up ‘gay straight alliance’ student clubs (GSAs) inside thousands of high schools (and even some middle schools) across the country. GLSEN pushes a wide range of psychologically penetrating homosexual and transgender programs activities into the schools, such as the controversial ‘Day of Silence.’”

“It should outrageous and terrifying to families that these companies, which they trust to do business with, spend their money on such massively destructive and offensive things such as GLSEN,” said Brian Camenker, founder and leader of Mass Resistance.

“Over the years, they are probably the most vicious and aggressive group pushing the homosexual agenda in schools,” he said.

“They train kids that parents are stupid and ignorant and it is gay activists that are really the wise ones,” he said.

The instructions are “coming to your school soon,” the organization advised.

GLSEN, Mass Resistance said, is the nation’s largest homosexual and transgender activist organization working inside schools in all 50 states.

“It has set up ‘gay straight alliance’ student clubs (GSAs) inside thousands of high schools (and even some middle schools) across the country. GLSEN pushes a wide range of psychologically penetrating homosexual and transgender programs activities into the schools, such as the controversial ‘Day of Silence.’ It also directly organizes and trains teachers to integrate their techniques throughout the curriculum. Founded in the early 1990s by super-activist Kevin Jennings, it has a multi-million dollar budget, lavishly funded by corporate America and private foundations.”

The report says taxpayer dollars for the events come from the Massachusetts Commission for GLBT Youth.

“Unfortunately, most people – and especially most parents – have no idea the extent of the radical homosexual and transgender psychological propaganda being pushed at children in their schools, much less what’s going on behind the scenes. We hope to begin to remedy that,” the Mass Resistance report said.

Erik Rush: Obama 'Covertly Supporting' Boko Haram To Distract From Benghazi

Channeling former congressman Allen West, WorldNetDaily columnist Erik Rush wrote yesterday that the Obama administration is using Boko Haram’s kidnapping of hundreds of Nigerian schoolgirls as a distraction from the latest congressional investigation into the 2012 Benghazi attack.

In a column yesterday, Rush – who thinks President Obama “orchestrated” the Benghazi attack – claimed that “Obama and Co. will publicly oppose Boko Haram’s terrorism and carnage while ideologically (and perhaps covertly) supporting them” as part of their purported Islamist agenda.

Let it not be said that I don’t feel for the plight of the nearly 300 Nigerian high-school girls kidnapped by the Islamist group Boko Haram; indeed, anyone with a conscience ought to empathize with them and their duly distraught families. That said, the abduction of these girls and, sadly, their fates (should rescue efforts fail) pale in comparison to the atrocities committed across the world daily against women by Muslim men “in the name of Allah.”

At least two components of this tragic comedy are worthy of examination. One is the blatant and shameless distraction coming directly out of the White House and Hillary Clinton camp. Michelle Obama hit social media with her Twitter hashtag campaign; Clinton followed suit shortly thereafter.

Carried to its logical conclusion, the investigation into the Benghazi attack could topple the Obama administration, and then some. Clinton’s presidential ambitions could be irreparably damaged, depending on the outcome. So, both have ample motivation for diverting public attention from Benghazi. They, the press and powerful Democrats are attempting to set the stage for this investigation to be downplayed as much as possible; this is to say nothing of more subtle manipulation of the process in which the administration will no doubt engage.

The reason is that it has become politically expedient for the Obama administration to condemn Boko Haram, if only rhetorically. Their actual foreign policy objectives in Nigeria are similar to what they were – or are – in Egypt, Libya and Syria: Destabilize the non-Islamist regime in order to pave the way for an Islamist one. In Nigeria, Obama and Co. will publicly oppose Boko Haram’s terrorism and carnage while ideologically (and perhaps covertly) supporting them, and realize the added bonus of being on the right side of women’s issues back home.

WorldNetDaily Pundit Says Fox News Isn't Conservative Enough, Tea Party TV Network Needed

Last month, Burt Prelutsky of WorldNetDaily complained that Fox News has too many liberal contributors, and today another WND pundit also came out against Fox as insufficiently conservative.

Lord Christopher Monckton, like other WND commentators, is a zealous birther (but a big fan of Canadian-born Ted Cruz’s potential presidential bid).

In a column today, Monckton lamented that Fox News hasn’t promoted the birther conspiracy theory with the same fervor as WND. While Fox News has entertained birther conspiracy theories, Monckton said the network has succumbed to “the intolerance of the left.”

Monckton writes that a “24-hour TV news channel” led by “the tea-party movement” is now needed to push the birther conspiracy:

Why, for instance, has Fox News not dared to tackle the birth-certificate question in any depth. The reason is that, though it is generally fair and balanced, it is no longer unafraid. The intolerance of the left knows no bounds. They did not like Glenn Beck’s exposure of the ACORN scandal, so they hounded him and bullied his advertisers till he was forced out.

Everyone else at Fox is now running scared. The standard Saul Alinsky tactic of viciously and persistently attacking the reputations of any who dare to oppose the left works all too well.

The tea-party movement would justify its existence if it were now to establish a 24-hour TV news channel sufficiently independent of its advertisers and staffed by sufficiently tough-minded journalists that the bully-boys and Obots would be unable to frighten as they have frightened Fox.

Either way, the mainstream media to which much of my career was devoted are now doomed. And, given their culpable failure to do the basic job of a news medium, which is to publish all the news that’s fit to print, good riddance to the lot of them. I am ashamed of my former profession.

Larry Klayman Says Americans Must Overthrow Obama To Honor Holocaust Victims

Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman writes this weekend in WorldNetDaily that his campaign to literally overthrow President Obama through a popular uprising and military coup is just like the fight in Star Wars against “the Empire and its Darth Vaders like Obama, Holder [and] Reid” and that overthrowing the president is necessary to honor Holocaust victims.

Klayman, who was recently profiled in the Washington Post Magazine, cites the “never again” slogan to support his anti-Obama efforts: “Let us do so with the memory of over 6 million Jews, Catholics, other Christians, and mentally and physically infirm who were tortured, raped, gassed and burned alive in Adolf Hitler’s concentration camps. Never again! Never again!”

But it comes as no surprise that the Empire comprised of the likes of President Barack Hussein Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, who has called the Bundys and their supporters “domestic terrorists” and Reid’s lackey, Neil Kornze, who is a former aide to this truly evil senator, now head of BLM, are now illegally using federal power, such as the FBI, to investigate and likely prosecute those citizens who exercised their Second Amendment rights to successfully, for now, defend the Bundys, the nation and themselves from government tyranny. The Russian Putinesque behavior of these corrupt government officials and agencies is exactly what the framers of the Constitution intended the Second Amendment and other amendments, such as the Fourth and First, to be used for. The Second Amendment and its right to bear and use arms, and for We the People to have militias, in the truest sense of the word, were the result of identical behavior, with far less firepower than exists today, by King George III in the years leading up to and during the American Revolution. And, just like Obama, Reid and their goons, King George III struck back mercilessly, using every weapon at his disposal.

As during biblical and American revolutionary times, David is destined to prevail over Goliath, with the help of our Lord and Savior.

In the name of liberty and freedom, now let us, We the People, sound our own battle cry. Let us do so by pledging our allegiance to the nation, ourselves and our loved ones. Let us do so with the memory of over 6 million Jews, Catholics, other Christians, and mentally and physically infirm who were tortured, raped, gassed and burned alive in Adolf Hitler’s concentration camps. Never again! Never again! Never again will government power and evil officials get free reign to use the power of the state to destroy liberty and freedom and annihilate the people.

To Obama, Reid and their henchmen, including the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency, who undoubtedly are digging up dirt as we speak to give to government authorities like the FBI to smear and destroy the Bundys, their supporters and all of us who stand tall against their government tyranny, I say, “Go to Hell.” We will not back down from defending our rights and saving our country, no matter how you attempt to coerce and intimate us into remaining silent. While not demonstrating the eloquence of Thomas Jefferson or Patrick Henry, let us hope the Empire and its Darth Vaders like Obama, Holder, Reid and BLM’s Kornze get the message so we can avoid bloodshed and the sad consequences of what has now sadly become the Second American Revolution.

Erik Rush Wants House GOP To Charge Obama & Clinton With Treason For Benghazi Attack

WorldNetDaily columnist Erik Rush, who believes President Obama “orchestrated” the Benghazi attack, writes today in a column entitled “Will Benghazi Committee Consider The T-Word?” that the latest House GOP-led committee investigating the incident should charge Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with treason.

Lamenting that impeachment “will be essentially worthless in the practical sense,” Rush advises the GOP to consider charging administration officials with treason.

The primal revulsion felt when one pulls back a wall or floorboard to discover an unimaginable accumulation of vermin bristling beneath is difficult to describe. Whether it’s a seething mass of scattering cockroaches, mice, or rats, even those who aren’t squeamish concerning such creatures may find themselves fighting a combination of nausea and the fight-or-flight reaction.

I sincerely hope that Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and his colleagues on the newly minted congressional select committee tasked with investigating the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, have the belly for what they will most certainly uncover if they are duly committed to finding the truth. This is because there is so much more to this debacle than most engaged conservatives know, let alone the average American news consumer.

This evidence, as well as much more than we have space to address here, is indicative of a widespread plan to undermine American national security, foreign policy and the Constitution, all the while galvanizing our government’s power over us and the personal sway of players such as the Clintons, Obama, and their political affiliates.

The extent of these machinations, both in terms of time and scope, is positively dizzying. Whether this serial treason was taken on for reasons of narcissism, power and a false sense of invulnerability (as I suspect it was for the Clintons), or due to an abiding hatred of America and the desire to see her brought low (as was most certainly the case for Obama and his mixed bag of Marxist and Islamist ideologues), it still spells serial treason.

Whether the Select Committee on Benghazi will settle for the impeachable offenses (which will be essentially worthless in the practical sense), or the treasonable ones, again, remains to be seen.

Pamela Geller, Joseph Farah Compare Obama-Supporting Jews To Nazi Appeasers

Anti-Muslim activist Pamela Geller is outraged that the USC Shoah Foundation, a genocide history project founded by Steven Spielberg, is giving an award to President Obama at its upcoming “Ambassadors for Humanity” gala.

Geller, who believes Obama is “single-handedly paving the way for the next holocaust,” told WorldNetDaily that the award “is illustrative of the willful blindness of liberal Jews” who have “traded their religion” and “traded G-d (and their morality)” for political clout.

“Shame on Steve Spielberg for rendering ‘never again’ an empty slogan, devoid of meaning,” she said.

WND editor Joseph Farah, evangelist Ray Comfort and Laurie Cardoza Moore of the Christian Zionist group Proclaiming Justice to the Nations also denounced the USC Shoah Foundation, likening the group to Nazi appeasers.

“With all the work Steven Spielberg has done in increasing awareness of the Holocaust, and not just ‘Schindler’s List’ but his Shoah project as well, he just doesn’t get it. It’s astonishing,” she told WND.

Geller said the attitude “is illustrative of the willful blindness of liberal Jews.” “They have traded their religion for their politics. They have traded G-d (and their morality) for whomever is carrying the torch for human secularism. And now it is Obama,” she said.

She warned that Obama, through his action, or inaction, regarding Iran, is “single-handedly paving the way for the next holocaust.”

Geller said for the Jewish people, it’s “the late ’30s all over again.”

“Then too, the record of the establishment American Jews was shameful,” she said. “Then, too, Jewish leadership in America went along with the delusion that keeping the Jews out of Israel was the best course – because FDR said so. The American Jews went along then and they are going along with Obama now. Shame on Steve Speilberg [sic] for rendering ‘never again’ an empty slogan, devoid of meaning.”

Farah said no U.S. president since Israel was reborn in 1948 has been less of a friend to Israel or the Jewish people than Barack Obama.

“He seeks to redraw the nation’s borders in a way that would leave Israel unable to defend itself. He has sought to freeze building by Jews in and around Israel’s capital. He seeks a so-called peace agreement that would involve ethnic cleansing of Jews in a future Palestinian state. Obama is not operating in the spirit of Oscar Schindler. On the contrary, he is operating in the spirit of those who appeased Adolf Hitler in the 1930s. He is operating in the spirit of those who looked the other way as six million Jews were exterminated.”

Moore said that only are Spielberg’s comments “an insult to Jews around the world, but they are also an affront to the thousands of Christians and Muslims in the Middle East who are being slaughtered as a result of Obama’s failed foreign policy.”

“In giving this award to Obama, Spielberg and the Shoah Foundation have been shown to be both contemptible and irrelevant,” she said.

Evangelist Ray Comfort, whose projects include “180 The Movie,” said it’s “a tragedy beyond words that a man who produced ‘Schindler’s List,’ a producer who said ‘I ‘was put on this earth to tell the story of the Holocaust,’ would now honor a president that has done more than any other president to further the American holocaust of the killing of babies in the womb.”

Larry Klayman: Racist Outbursts From Don Sterling & Cliven Bundy Are Obama's Fault For Putting Whites In 'The Back Of The Bus'

Larry Klayman insists Americans had “stopped thinking in racial terms” until Barack Obama was elected president, which is why Klayman says that Obama is to blame for recent racist statements made by Cliven Bundy and Donald Sterling.

Klayman, who is working with Bundy on his foundering legal dispute with the federal government, warned in his Friday WorldNetDaily colum that Obama is trying to extract “reparations” from “whitey.” “[W]hites, and particularly rich ones, are now at the back of the bus,” as “Obama has set back the civil rights movement to the days preceding King and the advancement in race relations that followed his death.”

“While I cannot with certainty explain the recent outbursts of what the mainstream media perceived as racism by Cliven Bundy, owner of the Bundy ranch in Nevada, and Donald Sterling, owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, this feeling and latent resentment by whites that they do not have a president who represents their interests, but instead is prejudiced against them, may be a large part of the underlying cause,” Klayman said.

“Much as blacks experienced in the years leading up to Obama’s election, and even to today, whites now feel disenfranchised by our chief executive, and they may be striking back subconsciously with this resentment.”

Maybe Klayman will blame his slew of racially charged columns on Obama too.

We Americans had thought we had come a long way since the days of the civil rights movement lead by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Over the decades since his tragic death, freedom for African-Americans had been increasing, and their upper movement among all strata of society has been clear for all to see and experience. In effect, the American people by and large stopped thinking in racial terms; the words of Martin Luther King increasingly had taken hold in deeds.

While I for one did not vote for President Barack Obama in 2008 (nor in 2012), I felt good as an American that We the People had elected an African-American, something even our “enlightened” European white ancestors had never done. Indeed, while Obama obviously had received a large percentage of the African-American vote, it was white people who put him over the top and in effect elected him in both 2008 and 2012. As a result, both the African-American and Caucasian races had much to be proud of. They also had a right to expect that the new president would seek to represent all of us, not just his own people, in his new job.

But things did not turn out as hoped for. Obama and his cronies spent the next five years favoring African-Americans and people of color over all other groups of society, and it became painfully obvious that this socialist saw himself as the one person who could extract a pound of flesh for all the years of insidious discrimination against blacks, dating back to even the years before the founding of the republic. In effect, Obama and his friends – ranging from black Muslims, to anti-Semites, to anti-Christians, atheists and other ultra-leftists – saw his presidency as an opportunity to “settle the score” with not just conservatives but rich whites. If this meant bankrupting the country with higher taxes on rich whites and other means to extract what in effect were reparations, then this was the price that needed to be paid for past discrimination. It was time for “whitey” to pay up, and to hell with the economic and social health of the nation.

In this context, and as I have written before, the irony is that under the Obama presidency there has been a role reversal; whites, and particularly rich ones, are now at the back of the bus. While it is not politically correct in today’s world for whites to raise this feeling in public, there has developed regrettably and tragically an undercurrent of deep resentment among whites, which is now starting to manifest itself in major ways.

While I cannot with certainty explain the recent outbursts of what the mainstream media perceived as racism by Cliven Bundy, owner of the Bundy ranch in Nevada, and Donald Sterling, owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, this feeling and latent resentment by whites that they do not have a president who represents their interests, but instead is prejudiced against them, may be a large part of the underlying cause. Much as blacks experienced in the years leading up to Obama’s election, and even to today, whites now feel disenfranchised by our chief executive, and they may be striking back subconsciously with this resentment.

These remarks are wrong and offensive and certainly not politically correct, but regrettably they may be understandable given the highly resentful mood among whites created by Obama and his friends.

The atmosphere of racial divide President Obama and his comrades have fomented is extremely unhealthy if not cancerous for the body politic of this nation. It runs counter to the words and deeds of the person he attributes for his rise to the presidency, Martin Luther King Jr. Obama has set back the civil rights movement to the days preceding King and the advancement in race relations that followed his death.

If Obama does not start to show that he represents all Americans, expect more Cliven Bundys and Donald Sterlings to reactively bring race into the national dialogue.

Long before Sarah Palin started calling for President Obama’s impeachment, conservative activist Alan Keyes had been consistently urging Republicans jump on the impeachment wagon, even suggesting that Jesus Christ favors impeaching the president. According to Keyes, impeaching Obama would be the first step toward restoring God’s blessing on America by showing that we are repenting for the country’s sin of electing Obama, who defeated Keyes in the 2004 Illinois U.S. Senate race. “Do this as a prayer to the Creator God whose authority over justice... Yesterday, a WorldNetDaily pundit predicted that President Obama will soon order the military to arrest conservatives, but according to another WND writer, the "persecution has already begun"...on the Internet. Columnist Phil Elmore is upset at criticism directed towards Kendall Jones, a Texas teenager whose Facebook account was terminated after she posted photos of animals she killed on a safari. A Facebook spokesman said the company removes "reported content that promotes poaching of endangered species, the sale of animals for organized fight or content that includes extreme... MORE >

Larry Klayman marked Independence Day with a column railing against liberal American Jews, calling them “self-hating” and anti-Semitic. Klayman was upset that “the Obama regime and other Western leaders were quick to blame Israeli settlers on the West Bank” for burning an Arab teenager alive, which he claims is proof that President Obama and John Kerry are anti-Semites who are out to destroy Israel. (Three of the six suspects, all Jewish, have reportedly confessed to the murder.) Klayman went on to scold “liberal Jews” who “lose no opportunity to... MORE >

Another day, another WorldNetDaily column predicting that President Obama is going to confiscate firearms, impose martial law and imprison conservatives. Today’s warning comes from Morgan Brittany, who writes that Obama will use the increase in child migrants as a calculated way to incite an anti-Obama revolution, giving the president a justification to introduce “martial law,” start “confiscating our guns and ammo,” create a “totalitarian state” and begin a spate of “military arrests” Supposedly, the NDAA broadens the scope and power of... Readying for a potential presidential bid, Ben Carson has been speaking out about how everything from health care reform to gay marriage is part of a long-term communist plot to bring down America, inspired by Vladimir Lenin and Saul Alinsky and orchestrated by none other than President Obama. In the second part of Carson’s interview with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah last week, which he began by tying together pot use, Benghazi and the Pharrell song “Happy,” the conservative activist said “people need to wake up” about the subversive communist plot. In an interview with WorldNetDaily this weekend, Rep. Ben Carson sat down yesterday with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah to promote his new book “One Nation” and his potential presidential bid. It was quite amusing to watch Carson and Farah lament on WorldNetDaily — which regularly runs articles about how Democrats are literally demonic — that political activists too often “demonize” their opponents. Carson told Farah that he worried politicians like President Obama and Eric Holder are surreptitiously encouraging marijuana use in order to create a dumb citizenry. That way, doped-up Americans will be... MORE >

WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah is outraged that Elton John cited the teachings of Jesus Christ as a reason to support marriage equality, because obviously only anti-equality activists are allowed to point to scripture. In a column yesterday, Farah offered the musician some “tough love” that is “designed to save people from really bad decisions.” After calling same-sex marriage an “absurd” “oxymoron” that validates a “vile practice” and will bring down civilization, Farah argued that gay people can only take part in “make-...
